Chapter 21 - The Wonders Avoided

Lian and Eris continue their journey through a labyrinth filled with danger and darkness. They walked as far away from where they fought first and tried to find a way out of the underground world.

Suddenly, they saw a light in the distance, and they felt relieved to finally find a way out. However, as they got closer, they realized that it was not the light coming out, but rather the light from an open magic portal.

"Don't go there, Lian," said Eris. "It's a very dangerous road."

"But I want to know what's in there" Lian said.

Eris tries to persuade Lian not to leave, but Lian persists. Finally, Eris followed Lian towards the portal.

As they enter the portal, they are dragged into a completely different world. Everything seemed to change, even the air they breathed felt different.

Suddenly, they are attacked by unknown creatures. Lian and Eris struggle to survive, and they work together to defeat the creatures.

After the fight was over, they continued on their way, and Lian felt grateful that she had seen the miracle, even though it was extremely dangerous.

However, Eris felt uneasy, and she knew that she had to keep the portal a secret so that no one would know about it. He took the decision to destroy the portal so that no one could use it anymore.

Lian does not understand why Eris did it, but she appreciates the decision and knows that Eris did it for the good of both of them.

They continue their journey through a dark and dangerous labyrinth, hoping to find a way out of the underworld. However, they know that their adventure is still not over and that danger is always menacing in every corner of the labyrinth.

However, the use of magic turned out to make Eris run out of energy and fell weak on the ground. Lian immediately approached him and took care of him attentively. Just then, Eris opened her heart and expressed her feelings to Lian. She confesses that she has been in love with Lian since the first time they met and wanted to be with her.

Lian was shocked and was moved to hear Eris's confession. She feels the same feeling and finally expresses her love to Eris as well. The two together experienced that beautiful moment, but their happiness did not last long.

Just as Lian was about to run out of steam, she suddenly realized that she had the same magic abilities as Eris. He harnessed his power and managed to defeat the leader's monster.

In homage to their adventures, Lian chooses to open a bookstore and expand people's knowledge of the mysterious and magical underground world. Meanwhile, Eris continues her magic journey and becomes a great magician in the upper world.

Although their adventure has ended, Lian and Eris know that they have found something more precious than anything they could have imagined: perseverance, friendship, love, and sacrifice. And they will always remember their adventures in an underground world filled with wonders and dangers.

However, Eris seems to already know the end of their adventure, and admits that she must return to her real world.

Lian does not want to let Eris go, but she understands that she has to respect Eris' decision. They hug each other one last time, and Eris gives Lian a magic necklace as a memento.
