"I am the General of the third army, Lucas Etrezia. Nice to know you, new member." Lucas bowed his body, paying little respect to Rito.

"I came here on the orders of the Young Emperor to recite the edict of the empire." Lucas stood up and pulled out a fancy-looking paper roll from his clothes.

After Lucas took out the fancy paper scroll that turned out to be a scroll containing the imperial edict, Lucas immediately read out the contents of the edict.

"The Emperor invited Lexy, the leader of the Night Shadow in the Ghetto, not to arbitrarily go in and out of the upper world and not as heartily kill nobles no matter what the motive behind it. If anyone dares to violate, then Lexy as the Ghetto Leader and his subordinates will be sentenced to severe punishment." Lucas closed the paper after he finished reading it and immediately rushed to sit back down.

"Damn, this is getting more and more troublesome." Lexy clucked loudly without trying to hide her grievous look before the imperial knights.

"That's all. But how dare you not kneel before the imperial order?" Lucas started to bleed. He could not get angry while reciting the edict from the empire, that arena was tantamount to insulting the emperor.

"This is an insult! I arrest you for your contempt for the Emperor!" Lucas stood up from his chair violently. His hand grabbed the sword and pulled it out of the sword sheath, brandishing the tip of the sword at Lexy.

"What do you mean by humiliation, huh? I have never insulted the Emperor or spoken ill of it. Then where do you say that it's an insult?" Lexy raised her eyebrows, looking down at Lucas.

"Based on a fucking woman! kneeling before the Emperor's decree is an obligation!"

"really? Then bring me proof that it's an obligation!"

"Basic fucker!" Lucas hardened his jaw. The veins on his forehead started sticking out from behind the skin.

Lucas was upset that he could not provide the evidence the tomboy woman had asked in front of him. The rule that required kneeling before the Emperor's decree was an unwritten one, so there was no concrete evidence that could be shown by him.

"So get to the point. Don't waste too much of my precious time." Lexy started smoking her cigarette, making Lucas even more upset and wanted to get out of the situation quickly.

Lucas threw his back on the back of the chair. He took a few deep breaths to calm down.

"I found evidence from a camera attached to the residence of a nobleman named Yanoa Reylo that three members of the Ghetto, were, I mean three members of Night Shadow infiltrated last night and killed several guards and the owner of the residence aka the nobility itself."

"Then what? Didn't the treaty say that the empire wouldn't interfere with every affair my family did? Then on the contrary, I will also not intervene on any matters of the empire."

"The problem is the boy." Lucas pointed at Rito who was sitting not far from Lexy, making the woman turn her head instantly.

"Well, you can get out now." After asking a few questions, Lexy asked Rito to get out of the room.

Lexy actually knows very well that Rito lied to her but seeing Rito keep the facts secret makes Lexy assume that Rito has his own personal problems.

While Rito who was suddenly kicked out of the room felt very confused. He decided to head to the training ground because he had a training schedule with Damond.

"What does this mean? Why did you let the boy out? I'm not done with him yet!" Lucas raised his voice, staring irritatedly at Lexy who was doing so at will.

"That's enough! My new family member is deeply disturbed by your presence. Immediately lift your feet from my territory!" Lexy flashed an intimidating glare. He gave off a slight killing aura that made Lucas break out in a cold sweat.

"All right, I'm leaving! Anyway I'm done with my business to deliver the word from the empire." Lucas stood up, fixing the clothes he was wearing for a moment.

"And as for the damn edict, tell that pretentious brat who ascended the throne prematurely, that the entire Ghetto family aka Night Shadow will never follow him." Lexy smiled at Lucas.

"That means you've declared war on the empire."

"Well, yeah, yeah. Now get out of here, emperor's dog."
