The Fate of Narendra Women

The Fate of Narendra Women
83. Decision Decisively

"That's acceptable advice."

When everyone was tense about Lily's words and Demeter's gaze, Ainias went in with her approval. And as if not enough with that, Hera actually came with Aether and Orion.

"That's your advice, Demeter?" ask Orion directly.

When the head of the family asked their most heartless, cruel sister and could sacrifice everything, even Dionysus laughed palely.

Sure oes. Who would have thought such a proposal could be put forward by someone who did not want Narendra to be smeared?

But if true, then this groove leads to things that Demeter is happy about.

A ruin without having to dirty the ends of her dress in the slightest.

Demeter knew Ares was glancing at her in disbelief, and Dionysus seemed to expect him to say no. But Demeter chuckled a little, feeling their situation had become very funny.

"Yes, Uncle. That's my proposal."

"My sister—"

Orion raised his hand, preventing anyone from speaking, including Aether. "What's underpinning it?"

"Everyone's dissatisfaction with Narendra." Demeter left Ares' side, standing beside Orion and Ainias. "I don't like this situation, Uncle. When the self-esteem of each of my sisters collapses with each other. It was common to see them ridicule each other, but to the point of doubting the leadership that had been well chosen, I guess everyone had been 'damaged'. Reformation needed. A firm decision needs to be taken."

"By killing all your brothers, except one of them?"

"Yes, Uncle. And I chose Brother Aether."

"Aether?"

"Sister Aether has been born to be the heir of this family. I felt that Big Brother had failed in acting, was careless in making decisions, weak in seeing the situation, really making me sick. But if all the dead left Brother alone, the responsibility within him would be forced to attend."

Dionysus covered his face and tried not to laugh.

Really only Demeter was able to say that in front of everyone, all the would-be corpses she could choose.

"But ...." Demeter approached Aether, rubbing her stiff face under the pressure of circumstances. "I'll wait until Kamila opens her eyes, if she opens them."

It was approved by Ainias.

The red-haired girl passed, followed by Dionysus and Ares.

Demeter's advice might be brutal. But compared to Aether's caution, the outcome of that decision ninety-nine percent was certain.

Until you could say, their deaths were just waiting for Demeter to announce it.

"Young Master."

Aether flopped down on the bedside chair of Kamila who was still closing her eyes soundlessly. When Hera offered a drink to calm him down a bit, Aether shook her head weakly.

"I think there is indeed a mistake in this family," Aether murmured in a desperate voice. "We survived six generations without a problem. Eight generations if counting founders."

"You'll never find a family without problems, Young Master. Especially a family this big."

Yes, but for those eight generations in total, everything seemed to be in control. Of course there is a problem. Very much trouble.

But Aether has never read a single issue in the diaries of its ancestors about half Narendra committing suicide or their sister rebelling over love affairs.

"Come, Hera. I want to be with Kamila."

After his wife came out on Aether's orders, the man brought the chair closer. Grab Kamila's hand and hold it.

"I didn't help you even though I enjoyed your body." Aether rubbed the girl's hand. "You did your best, Kamila. I am the one who failed to notice everyone. Either you or Iaros."

"...."

"I'm sorry to trouble you, Little Brother. I'll try my best, as best I can."
