The blind old man nodded, “Your Majesty, I came to the Luo Mainland only to avoid catastrophe in the Netherworld World. Now, I want to find an opportunity to go back and see if I can find out where my teacher is..”.
The blind old man was referring to the Patriarch of the Mystery Lantern Clan, Lord Zhang.
Returning to the Mysterious Market in Jade City, it was the location where Feng Zun had first met this blind old man.
He was the same blind old man, who sold four Mysterious Lanterns.
In the past, not a few people wanted to harm the blind old man, but without exception, all of them had to suffer greater losses under the power of this blind old man.
The founder of the Mystery Lantern Clan and Long Shangdi knew each other, and he had once given the World Suppressing Amulet to Liu Yaoshan.
However, Liu Yaoshan was unwilling to carry out his agreement. He could not return the World-Empressing Amulet.
In the end when they met, Feng Zun came and charged the World-Empressing Amulet to this blind old man.
That was how Feng Zun became a 'Rebtedness Cleaner' which was taboo and most feared by the entire Mystery Lantern Clan.
And that blind old man was Lord Zhang's disciple, and was the last lineage of the Mystery Lantern Clan.
According to the blind old man, Liu Yaoshan had disappeared while searching for the Reincarnation Coffin, and there had been no news of him since then.
“You want to find Liu Yaoshan and avenge your teacher, Lord Zhang?” asked Feng Zun.
The blind old man once told him that, five hundred years ago, Demon Emperor Damballa, ventured into the Netherworld World in search of Long Shangdi's whereabouts.
Demon Emperor Damballa failed to find Long Shangdi, but he managed to find the teacher of the blind old man, Lord Zhang.
He tried to capture Lord Zhang, but Lord Zhang instead used a self-destruction technique. With that he managed to escape and used the God Wheel from Liu Yaoshan to send the blind old man away from the Netherworld World.
However, his injuries were so severe that, upon seeing his disciple manage to leave, he died.
Damballa was behind all this, he was the one who started all this grudge.
But Feng Zun had already guessed why that primordial oldest demon ventured into the Netherworld World five hundred years ago to search for Long Shangdi.
He was most likely trying to figure out his whereabouts!
“True.” said the blind old man.
He looks sad.
A moment later, he took a deep breath, “Your Majesty, as you know, I have taken Su Chi as my disciple, so the pedigree of the Mysterious Lantern Clan will continue. Even if I return to the Netherworld World and face calamity, I will not regret.”
After a moment of silence, Feng Zun said, "I'm the one who implicated your teacher, and I'm the one who should avenge him."
The blind old man was flabbergasted, “Your Majesty, what.... what do you mean?”
Feng Zun patted him on the shoulder, “All you need to know is that I will help you deal with Demon Emperor Damballa, and I will help you get justice for your teacher."
The blind old man was dumbfounded.
Feng Zun sighed and cut him off, "Listen to me... For now, don't rush back to the Netherworld World. After all, the Eternal Dark Domain was already under the control of Zeng Mo Palace. If you try to come back, they'll definitely get in your way."
He paused for a moment, then added, “After all, I will definitely wander into the Netherworld World one day, since I need to take some heirlooms that the teacher has left behind and entrusted to his friends. If the time comes, we can travel together.”
The blind old man immediately agreed, "Good!"
