Finding a Way Out
Sabrang felt his whole body ache tremendously, he tried to open his eyes but felt extremely heavy. He could hear someone talking to him but his body was not ready to respond.
"How could he have survived after falling into this valley". The young man muttered as he looked at Sabrang's body.
Sabrang is still trying to move his body until it drains his internal energy but still can not be moved.
"Fire dragons, what's going on with my body?".
"That's your body's normal reaction when it receives my strength, after a few days you'll recover. All this time your body has received only a little bit of my strength because Suliwa sealed me, now that Anom has removed the seal I can release all my strength in your body. If you don't have a 7-star body, your body is already destroyed when you received my power".
"So then, now you can try to possess me and seize my consciousness huh?". Sabrang smiled slightly.
"You scared?". The fire dragon chuckled.
"I've never been afraid of you one bit". Sabrang said slowly.
"You seem to be overconfident kid".
"Maybe more precisely I believe in you Fire Dragon". Sabrang.
"What do you mean?". The fire dragon stared at him sharply.
"If you want to take over my body then now is the right time but you didn't. I realized that when you saved me from the impact at the bottom of this valley, you took a moment to take over my body to make a flame guard to dampen the impact. After we landed, you decided to restore my consciousness". Sabrang smiled warmly.
The fire dragon was seen throwing its face away as Sabrang looked at him.
"Help me to recapture the Malwageni and destroy the demon valley. Maybe what Grandpa Rakiti said was true, it could be that one day I will become a new Demon Valley without me noticing. But I have decided to seize what is my ancestral right to the Malwageni and stop them. If on that journey I start to change I want you to stop me by any means Fire Dragon".
The fire dragon fell silent at Sabrang's request. He did not stop thinking about the child before him, when everyone tried to have the power of the Fire Dragon to rule the world of Sabrang alliance instead asked him to stop it if he deviated from his original purpose.
"Do as you please, boy". The fire dragon then drained its energy throughout Sabrang's body, before long Sabrang began to be able to move back his body.
He opened his eyes slowly and looked around him.
"You're sober? You're so lucky you only got broken bones in some parts of your body after falling from a high place". The young man shook his head in disbelief at what he saw.
"You?". Sabrang looked at the young man before him.
"My name is Ciha, I am a member of the Star of the Sky. How did you fall down this softness?".
"The story is long, when my friend and I were going to visit your sect in the middle of the road we were attacked by dozens of masked warriors and now I'm ending up here". Sabrang slowly sat down and moved his hand.
"Decker? you certain? The sky star sect forbade its members to study canoegan science". Siha scrunched her forehead.
"I can't be wrong, I'm facing them alone".
"I'm sure it was Daniswara". Ciha recalled that just before she fell into this valley, she saw Daniswara practicing canuragan science. Luckily he mastered the air-protective seal that kept him from being killed when he fell and hit the bottom of the valley.
"Danishwara?". Sabrang scrunched his forehead.
"He was the leader of the Lintang Wukanjar group, I had seen him practice canuragan shortly before I fell".
Sabrang nodded slowly while trying to understand the situation he was facing at the moment. If it's true that Daniswara is one of the leaders of a large group in the southern Star why he tried to kill Sabrang and his friends.
Sabrang felt that something was wrong with the Sky Star sect. Suddenly, he remembered Rakiti's message before they separated.
"Do you know where I can meet Andaru?". Sabrang asked slowly.
Ciha's countenance changed instantly and became wary of Sabrang.
"You know him?". Siha looked at Sabrang suspiciously.
Sabrang shook his head slowly "Rakiti's grandfather told me that if I encounter any problems here I can ask Andaru for help".
Ciha was seen nodding "Oh the old man. Mr. Andaru is my keduaku, we are from the Wakulu Latitude group. I can help you meet him but before that we have to find a way out of here first". Siha looked around him.
"Aren't you a member of the sky star?". Sabrang scrunched his forehead. As one of the members of the sky star Ciha should know the ins and outs of her territory.
"There are some places that only the sect master can enter, I can't possibly know all the areas here". Siha smiled wryly.
"Then how are we gonna get out of here?".
"I've heard if this valley is connected to the Sect Chief's room, I'm not sure if the news is true or not but we can try it out". Ciha looked at the three caves in front of her while sighing.
"You'll never get to the top if you just sit around thinking about the path you're going to choose. Let's try to enter it in turn". Sabrang tried to get up from his seat but suddenly his body again felt pain.
Although the fire dragon had tried to drain his energy but some of his broken bones needed time to recover.
"Don't push yourself too hard, I'll wait until you recover and we're gone".
Sabrang shook his head "My current friend doesn't have much time if what you're telling me is true. Give me a moment to recover my body, tomorrow we go". Sabrang said to Ciha.
Ciha simply nodded while frowning her forehead at Sabrang's words. He felt that with the current condition of Sabrang's body it would take at least one full moon to recover, how could he just ask for time until tomorrow.
But he chose not to ask further, he decided to take a short nap after a few days of not sleeping because of taking care of Sabrang.
Sabrang closed his eyes again to meditate.
"Would your energy heal my internal wounds so quickly?". Sabrang asked the Fire Dragon.
"I told you that if your wounds took a few days to heal, I could have channeled my energy a little more to ease your pain but your body would not be able to take it. You'll get hurt worse if you force it".
"So you can help me ease this wound?". Sabrang asked again.
"What are you planning?". The sound of the Dragon rises.
"I'm tired of being in this valley, I need to get out of here as soon as possible".
"I told you that you'd be badly hurt, boy. Right now your body has not been able to accept my power".
"Do I have any other choice?". Sabrang slightly snapped at the fire dragon.
The fire dragon gasped in shock at Sabrang's reaction to him.
Sabrang let out a long sigh before returning to talk "I really have to quickly return to the top of the Fire Dragons, afraid that something might happen to them".
"You sure you can accept my power?".
"I've told you if I believe you. Now quickly flow your energy we don't have much time".
"You are a stubborn child". The fire dragon shook his head.
Moments later, the fire dragon sent more energy throughout Sabrang's body. Red flames began to engulf Sabrang's body.
Ciha almost jumped in surprise to see Sabrang engulfed in flames.
"Looks? so this kid is a Fire Dragon user?". Siha looked at Sabrang unblinking.
The entire area around them became bright due to the fire that was getting bigger and bigger enveloping Sabrang.
