CHAPTER 41

In the luxurious throne room, each pole is lined with gold-plated Griffin-shaped ornaments with the eyes tucked in white clear jewels that emit a cold light from the warm Surya.

The large window with the picture glass displays the majesty of the pillar and the Goddess who rides the pillar gracefully. Large curtains hang on each side of the beautiful glass and emphasize the luxury inside.

The soldiers stood in front of a large door made of gold with ornaments equal to the pole in the throne room. Ministers sat neatly on the right and left sides of the throne of the great emperor they loved.

The empress and the concubines sat behind the emperor with a pale cyin-colored transparent silk border with red lotus flower embroidery on the bottom with wide green leaves.

The expanse of red velvet carpet was exposed from the door to the throne of the emperor who was occupying his throne and stared intently as if asking for an explanation of all his actions.

In front of the emperor was a middle-aged man with the base of his right hand wrapped in a white cloth with a sharp-smelling spice stain, and his left hand wrapped in a cast of support for his broken left hand. That middle-aged man who was none other than the imperial general himself.

"My general, can you explain all this?" Asked the southern empire while throwing a scroll of parchment.

The parchment scroll fell in front of him and opened perfectly, the middle-aged general was shocked by the writing that listed all the crimes that had been committed in the past. Such as arbitrarily acting, acting insolently and harassing women who do not want to follow their wishes, extortion, even corruption of war funds and construction of facilities.

"Y-that m-ulia, I can explain all this..." Said the general with a stammer and sweat running down his forehead.

"No need to explain my general. Everything has been proven that you've done the wrong thing." Reject the Emperor firmly.

"Y-Your highness, please listen to my explanation first." The general's words stopped because the emperor's right hand was raised indicating that he would not listen to anything.

"Penjags! Drag this traitor and pin him down now!" Emperor's orders were firm.

The knights hiding behind the huge pillar immediately came out and dragged their general violently. " Your Majesty, please listen to me!. Give me one more chance..!" Shouted the general while wriggling from the grasp of the knights who dragged him roughly.

The large door opened and let the knights pass by and shut back, but the general's cry continued to echo in the hallway of the great palace.

After the general's poor voice was gone, the emperor refocused on continuing the trial that had just been delayed. "Do any of my ministers know of a girl who is so brave as to challenge our imperial general?" Ask the emperor with great dignity.

"Your highness, according to witnesses, the girl was carrying one magical beast and an ordinary cat and a mysterious black-clothed girl." Answer the Social Minister.

"Then do you know where he is?"

"According to the spy I sent, yesterday morning the girl caught up with the great general of the Griffin pillar." Minister of Research.

"Has he returned to the capital city's department of investigative revision?" Ask back.

"Not yet your honor." Minister of Research.

"Calm down, my soldier, what's wrong?" Ask the emperor with a calm water.

"Your majesty, a tower emerged from the direction of the Griffin Pillar's lake." Said the soldier with a bad breath.

The look on the emperor's face instantly turned into a happy one that was originally as calm as water now became a rippling water. "Are my soldiers really what you say?" Asked the emperor with a lively and happy spirit that radiated from his old face.

"Right, this lowly servant does not lie." The soldier said with certainty. Then the emperor stood up from his throne and headed to the door of the gilded room. Everyone in the luxurious room immediately followed the emperor's steps before them.

They pass through a long hallway with ornaments made of gold, shiny jars filled with various flowers that give off a charming fragrance and displays of paintings that adorn the walls are golden yellow.

After reaching the end of the hallway, they are immediately greeted with a beautiful stretch of garden and a terraced fountain splashing cool water from its high peak. A cool spring breeze instantly greeted their happy faces.

From the park, there is a tower that floats in the air and radiates light on it with its majesty. The light seemed to challenge the bright shining Sun.

The faces of everyone in the southern empire became a multiplied bliss. First the return of spring, second the death penalty to the venereal criminals that haunted them all this time and the last to reappear the tower dear Griffin pillar that they had waited for that hundred years.

"Goddess Callista has granted all our prayers." Said the emperor gratefully and haru who filled his tired old heart and face.

"Truly my emperor, our prayers as well as our suffering people are now granted by Goddess Callista with the help of that mysterious girl." Said the empress who still looks beautiful at her old age.

"Tell all our people that there will be a great feast to give thanks to Goddess Callista three days ahead." The emperor said in his voice.

"We will be as noble." Speak to the ministers with passion and simultaneously.

"You can go back, and dance the investigation, stay here there's something I want to say." Pinta the Emperor.

"Okay, your honor." Said the Research minister. Then all the ministers returned to their respective residences and ordered below them to deliver the glad tidings to the entire people of the southern empire.

In an instant, all the people from the upper or lower circles knew the feast of gratitude towards the Goddess Callista they were glorifying.

"My minister, do you know the characteristics of our savior?" Ask the emperor on the bench of the garden that has been placed near the fountain.

"According to people who had seen the mysterious girl, she had a pair of eyes that were different in color with her glorious crescent moon sign, and her hair was as black as night." Clearly the sun of inquiry.

"Is that girl very pretty, Minister?" Ask the queen in curiosity.

"According to the person who had seen her, the girl was very beautiful, but she had a cruel and cold temperament which the empress was noble." Clearly the sun of inquiry.
