Karim freezes. The pain she had felt suddenly disappeared somewhere as a little girl cried out in panic next to her. It was very curious to say Karim, but his tongue felt like numbness. His body trembled as his eyes unintentionally stared at the little girl's eyes. That face....

'Eleanor.....'

"Grandfather, which grandfather is sick? I'm sorry, I was chasing a big cat so I didn't see Grandpa walking from the other direction. Once again I'm sorry, Mother" said Elea panicked. "Grandfather, let's talk. Grandpa's not mute, is he?."

Elea grew even more panicked when this old grandpa would not respond to her words. He was so scared that this grandfather was going to die because he hit him quite hard earlier. Elea's panic and confusion grew as the old man shed tears. He assumed it must have hurt so much that this old geezer cried and fell silent like this. Elea was sure that this old geezer was not mute because she had just heard himself as this old geezer groaned in pain while holding his chest.

When Elea was confused, three guards came to her. Their eyes were wide open looking at Elea's forehead and legs that were covered in blood. Without saying much more, one of them immediately carried him and took him away from there. Leaving the old grandfather who was still crying without a sound.

"Uncle, don't take me running away. Grandpa almost died because of me, we can't leave him. Come quickly back and help him!" elea shouted while beating the chest of the guard who was carrying her.

"Mrs please obey. There was another Uncle there who would help the old man. Now the Madam's legs and forehead must be treated immediately or we will all die killed by the Young Master" the guard replied as he continued running.

"But pity that grandpa, Uncle. Looks like she had a heart attack" Elea said again.

"I know, Madam. Take it easy, someone will take care of it later!."

"Uncle doesn't lie, does he?."

"No Madam" said the guard.

Elea finally complies and chooses to remain silent as the guard takes her to a shophouse not far from the park. He was shocked to see Levi running up to him with teary eyes.

"Elea, why are you so stupid. Your shoes!" levi shouted in a trembling voice as he looked at Elea's bloodied legs.

"Sister Levi, brother traitor!" accuse Elea of being angry. "Why did you leave when I was scared. You know there's a doctor there who wants to kill me. Brother Levi is evil!."

Levi and Reinhard were stunned to hear Elea's rampage. They did not expect that this little girl could bring out emotions as well.

"Uncle, let's go home. I will complain to Sister Iel only if Levi's sister has betrayed me. Let's just know he can't be an actor anymore!" sengkul Elea while pursing her lips.

The corner of Levi's lips and Reinhard twitched at Elea's threat. Really, being angry even this little creature can still make others shake their heads with his mischievous behavior.

"Elea, let me treat you first, the wounds on your legs and forehead. If left without cleaning immediately, the wound can rot. Do you want your legs cut off, hem?" refer Reinhard while asking another doctor to take the medicine box.

Take it easy, all the doctors who are here including Reinhard no one wears a doctor uniform. They reasoned that they could treat because they used to be members of scouts where each member could master a little medical science. Elea who started to feel pain in the soles of her feet finally obeyed Reinhard's words and let him treat her injured leg. He was still reluctant to speak to Levi as he still considered him a traitor who had left him alone when the evil doctor was chasing him.

Meanwhile, Jack, who thought that the voice he heard earlier was that of Elea, cursed violently as soon as the little girl he touched turned around. The little girl was not Elea. She was a woman who was aged but had a pesky mini stature very similar to Elea's posture.

"B*ngsat! It was clearly Elea's voice. I couldn't have misheard it, but why could anyone else have I found? Or else Elea may have left this place. Aarrgghhhhh!" annoyed Jack while rubbing his face until reddened.

Because he was still very curious, Jack finally circled the park area to make sure that his hearing was not wrong. While walking around, he sent a message to Fendry to hack into all the CCTVs in the park. He needed evidence to convince him that it was his little girl. The soft voice was still clearly ringing in Jack's ears. He remembered how his little girl moaned while pleading not to be hurt.

"I'm sure it must be Elea. It must be him!."

Jack's steps came to a halt when he saw an old man being exposed by two men wearing black suits typical of bodyguards. His mouth twitched as he knew who the old man was.

"Sir Karim, what's wrong with him?."

"Sorry gentlemen, what happened to Mr Karim? Why is he like this?" jack asked, blocking the guards.

"Who are you?."

"I'm Doctor Jackson" Jack replied. "What happened to my patient?."

"Oh, is this old man your patient?" ask guards.

"Yes, a few days ago he went into the hospital and I handled it. Now please tell me what happened!."

The two guards looked at each other. One of them then explained what happened to the old man who was still at home sculpting.

"This grandfather was accidentally hit by our mistress. And he seems to be in a lot of pain. We intend to take him to the hospital!."

"Crashed?" jack asked while looking at Mr. Karim's entire body. 'What a weird thing, if he got hit he should be in pain. But why does Mr Karim look like he's in shock? Who was the one who hit him earlier?.'

"Yes, hit. Our mistress was exercising and had no idea that this old geezer would appear from the opposite direction behind the corner. So yeah they accidentally collided."

"Then where is your mistress?" ask Jack to wonder.

"At the hospital. He was seriously injured by the collision" the guard replied. "Doctor Jackson, we'll excuse you."

"Sir, let me take this patient to the hospital. I happen to be working in a hospital owned by Group Ma and will soon be leaving there. Take it easy, you can check my work schedule there if you're worried that I'm going to abandon this grandfather!" jack said that the guards would not take Mr. Karim away.

"Is it okay, Doctor Jackson?" ask the guard a little doubt.

"It's okay. Just trust me."

"Well if that's what you want" the guard said, then handed the old man to the doctor in front of them. "If this grandfather can talk please apologize from us. And this is my cell phone number, just call me if this grandpa asks for money."

Jack nodded as he received a business card from the bodyguard. He then began to pick Mr. Karim up and took him to his car.

'Eleanor, that's you son, you're alive. This is my dear grandfather, the grandfather who has made you suffer all this time. It's Grandpa son!.'

Jack was astonished to see Mr. Karim shed tears. As soon as they got to the place to park the car, in a hurry he took Mr. Karim in and immediately drove his car to the hospital. Jack was quite panicked when Mr. Karim started having trouble breathing while pressing on his chest. Worried that something might happen, Jack contacted the hospital and asked them to prepare for his arrival.
