Chp. 16 Level 0: Boss Monster.

Everyone had returned and were in the great hall of the Cathedral. They were confused by what had just happened, the reason was that there were still around twelve hours until level 0: Slime Farm ended.

"What is this?!"

"What was that notice?!"

"There's a Boss Monster, on the zero floor?!"

They were all shouting and noisily themselves about what had just happened. Everyone who looked at each other's screens, was then stunned to find the first rank score twice as many as the second rank. The player in the spotlight is named Evans Mallory.

"Who is this player named Evans? The score is very, crazy-!"

"Where is this player? I've never heard his name before."

"This player must be very powerful!"

They still couldn't believe what they had just seen. But from all of that there are some people who are noisy about other things.

A young man became the center of attention of several people. They laughed and pointed at the young man. They also don't want to make fun of him.

"Hey, look! Looky!"

"Haha. Basic pervert-!"

"Pfft. He's very brave, Ahaha."

Everyone who saw him now laughed at the young man who was not wearing any clothes and was turning to hide. The expression that this young man showed was just flat and as if ordinary.

Fortunately there were two people who immediately realized the origin of the commotion was near them and immediately ran over to him.

"Here, hurry up and put it on!" A tall and stout man gave him a pair of trousers. While one more person who saw him just laughed while holding his stomach, "Ahaha-!"

This young man paid him no heed and simply grabbed the pants directed at him and smiled in thanks.

...***...

Evans found himself waking up in the afternoon under a large shady tree with a fit feeling then rubbing one eye and peeking at the two, he saw Jeff and Eric who were about to finish their hunt.

Evans did not expect that the habitat he found would end up flattened by them. The originally bustling habitat full of hundreds of slimes the size of an adult cow now looks deserted and empty.

Evans then stood up and yelled at Eric who was not far from him, "I'll go for a while to the toilet."

Eric, who turned his head in a fit of annoyance at Evans, simply cursed and told him to go as far as possible and never come back.

Eric didn't think that when he answered him, he just conveyed what he had in mind a long time ago. Eric then turned around and left to continue his party with the slimes.

Evans smiled awkwardly and turned around leaving the two behind.

**

Evans wandered around for a while before finding the lake.

Initially Evans intended to search for food in the slime habitat but he found no food at all there, only a small lake and weeds.

Evans then suspected that the slimes only drank water without eating any food, so their bodies deserved to grow.

Evans cupped his hands together in a bowl and rinsed his face, the cold and fresh feeling that made him addicted to rinsing repeatedly.

Not only that Evans also drank the water, after a mouthful of all thirst even hunger instantly disappeared. Evans smiled faintly because the taste of the water was even very good.

After being satisfied around Evans did not immediately return to meet his two friends, but tried to sleep on the river bank and was looking at the sky that afternoon.

Again Evans imagined the face of Ney while staring into the sky, even he felt very missed him. So many memories and regrets that he left to her.

Evans only promised that if he could one day return, he would try to be honest with his feelings and fight once again.

But what Evans had to do, such a thing would never happen in his mind. There were even 1.2 M players incorporated and they had only reached the 21st floor despite 20 years of being on the island.

Eric said he had to let it go.

Evans got up and stood up from his position, he was rethinking how to find this slime habitat. Evans stared at a barren, brown mountain with a little grass attached.

In fact Evans found this slime habitat because of a strange light.

The light was purple like an inverted peg radiated and towered high into the sky, the light was already there even when Evans first came.

Not only were the barren mountains but the hills also gave off a purple aura, and after Evans got close to the purple aura it slowly disappeared.

Evans was initially indifferent when he saw the purple light, but gradually regained consciousness if only he could see the light. Evans was then a little curious about the light, he gave directions to the others to move there.

Evans was also hesitant to see many players turning around and giving up, but Evans also realized that the purple light he saw was getting smaller as if to signal him.

Evans, who is convinced that if there is something there then motivates Jeff and Eric, does not know what motivation he gives is working or not, but for sure the faces of both of them have not changed at all.

They followed Evans from behind.

Evans also seemed hesitant on his journey and before everyone changed their minds, Evans was forced to spur his pace faster, thank goodness the two were able to follow suit.

Ever since Evans entered the Tower here, he felt changes to his physique, such as strength, density and everything else all rising sharply.

Outside the island Evans could not bring out all his strength or his body would collapse and get injured, but with the system that's here Evans has now managed to unleash his entire potential without having to worry about getting hurt and such.

After Evans was in front of the three green hills, the purple aura emanating from him then slowly disappeared. Evans, who saw it, immediately pulled Jeff and Eric to find out what was really behind the hill.

Evans was a little unconcerned if the one behind him was a habitat of hundreds of giant slimes, he just smiled faintly and then patted both the shoulders of the person beside him.

That's how Evans found the slime's habitat and now all that's left is a pillar of light and purplish in front of him, the light stood upright on top of a barren mountain close to three other hills.
