Chp. 69 Level 11: Towards the Ten Floor Tower(4).
It is amazing this is what is expected of someone with their swordsman job is very good at choosing a sword as his weapon. Evidently from Lan Suzi's current weapon as well as the one she gave Evans, both of them were extremely beautiful and also sharp.
Lan Suzi who was listening then felt flattered, she then told how her struggle to get this crystal sword.
"This sword was my favorite sword. I got it with..." Lan Suzi was so enthusiastic when telling a story.
While telling the story, the two of them continued their journey and went around the entire area of the Third Floor trying to find out where Bam was.
**
The two of them finally reached the Fourth Floor Tower, once again Evans was also hunting monsters here.
They spent up to two more hours here, after making sure there was no sign of Bam they finally continued their journey to the Fifth Floor Tower and left the area that was only surrounded by this savanna.
Arriving at the Fifth Floor Tower, Evans and Lan Suzi were immediately greeted with hordes of goblin-type monsters. They were very numerous there might even be around thirty more.
"Why is there always a goblin on every floor, anyway?" Lan Suzi clucked in annoyance, she now intervened and helped Evans to speed up their journey.
Killing these goblins would not gain much experience and was a waste of manpower and time. Evans who understood this then allowed Lan Suzi to come along to help.
**
"Don't we just have to run away." Evans asked after seeing Lan Suzi slaughtering more than dozens of goblins with breaths that were now hunting.
"Huffs... Huff... You're right, then... Why didn't you tell me from earlier!" Lan Suzi sheathed back her sword and started running leaving the goblins followed by Evans behind.
Actually Evans did deliberately tell this at the last moment, he even smiled on the sidelines of the fight seeing Lan Suzi who was trying hard to quickly end the battle.
While Evans himself even relax and beat the makeshift goblins, only taking the closest to him. Maybe all this Evans did just for the entertainment.
But even so Evans was also a little astonished why before Lan Suzi had not thought of running away and leaving this horde of goblins.
**
After the two felt quite far away with the horde of goblins earlier, they rested under one of the trees. Evans looked at Lan Suzi who seemed frustrated and angry, this was clearly visible from his slightly wrinkled face and also glared.
"Do we need to rest for a while, you look very hungry now." Evans asked with a slight raise of one of his eyebrows.
"No. We're still going ahead before the sun goes down, we need to get to the Sixth Floor as soon as possible."
"Why on the Sixth Floor look at your face now-Don't tell me you want to go there because you want to enjoy the attractions there." Evans looked at Lan Suzi for quite a while, no answer came out of him.
They then continued on after sitting down long enough to recharge their stamina. Since the two entered the Tower they have never once rested even if just sitting or drinking like now.
From the First Floor, Evans always fought with monsters that blocked their journey.
Lan Suzi himself was surprised by the stamina possessed by Evans, even though he was always involved in the fight but did not show fatigue on his face, very different from her who had started to feel tired and aches all over her body.
Once again Evans and Lan Suzi continue their journey to find Bam's whereabouts. Lan Suzi walked forward with Evans behind her.
**
"Ah... Finally, we arrived... Haaah... This place is very much touted by everyone, a place known for its natural beauty and pleasant atmosphere. The most used place for players to vacation, Pinewood Campsite." Lan Suzi smiled widely as she said so.
They finally reached the Sixth Floor after tracing through the entire Fifth Floor and found no sign of Bam's whereabouts there either.
Lan Suzi stretched her body after countless times drawing fresh air in through her nostrils and making a long sighing sound, it seemed like she was looking forward to their journey on this Sixth Floor.
The first time Evans had arrived at the Sixth Floor, he was also a little curious about it. It seems like this place is commonly used by players to rest and also they call it the best vacation spot on the island.
The area on this floor was surrounded with pine forests and green mountains formed from three volcanoes that merged into one. Players set up tents, built camps and also many wooden huts were found.
These wooden lodges provide food and also a place to stay at varying prices.
But the most famous here is the hot spring. This hot spring is built very large and luxurious under the foot of the mountain and utilizes sulfur coming from the mountains.
Evans then followed Lan Suzi from behind, heading for one of the huts rather than the campground. On the way Evans saw a lot of players dressed in uniforms.
Lan Suzi said if they were the guards here, "They were the ones who made the monsters on this floor disappear. In short, they seemed to be paid to protect this place from bad-intentioned players and kill monsters that constantly revive."
Evans was slightly amazed after hearing that, seeing a place filled with many frightening monsters could be turned into the most fun entertainment place. They do very good business here.
**
Evans was finally able to breathe with relief after arriving at the inn of one of the wooden huts there. They booked a separate room, and now Evans is sitting on a soft, comfortable bed.
Evans seemed to be thinking about something, sitting with his legs crossed staring out the window. Evans sighed softly, "There's no purple aura here either." He was a little regretful of it but bugs were indeed hard to find.
Recalling the journey from the First Floor to the present, the bug found was only on the Second Floor, it was also the wreckage of a car that had been rusted and neglected for a long time under the tree.
"I'm a little curious what kind of bug it is. Well it seems like there is no other choice, after my money is collected. I'll try to fix it. Ah, and there's also something strange in the lake."
Before Evans recalled more clearly what he had actually seen, the door of his room was knocked violently twice by a familiar voice and called out to him.
