Chp. 3 Job Classes.
After a short lecture from Instructor Henri, the assistants immediately came forward and took over the line. Each assistant instructor is responsible for overseeing 2 people.
Is it too much? This Instructor could even keep an eye on dozens of people to hundreds of cadets. But with this division, it is expected that each prospective player can develop more optimally.
"When training begins, we don't want to hear anything other than, Ready Sir-!"
"You are also not allowed to speak or answer, let alone argue. There will be a time when you are welcome to ask. And now is the time, please raise your hands."
Everything has been explained quite clearly. Finally, the division of the group was made, they each went to one Assistant Instructor according to the choice of the prospective players themselves.
Of the twenty people who were marching, Evans knew a young man who was his age. Evans continued to follow him from behind, they headed to one of the Assistant Instructors there.
The Instructor introduced his name, and told them to introduce each other's names.
"I-I, I'm Eric, E-Eric Wilfreed." Eric answered with a stutter.
"My name is Evans Mallory." Evans replied with a brief breath.
The Assistant Instructor showed no interest after they mentioned his name, he simply told them to follow him.
They headed to the pool facility, a short exercise that morning was swimming.
**
Evans and Eric are in the dressing room. After changing into swim trousers Evans then greeted Eric, he only knew if his school friend and his best friend from small, also selected as a player.
Eric was a green-haired young man, his hair always covering both his eyes. He always walked down looking down and always gave off a hostile aura. His body was so thin even as bone-skinned.
"You're also a player."
"Sad." That was his first reaction, for some reason the relationship between the two of them became distant and increasingly visible aura of hostility.
The Assistant Instructor then gave the order for them to circle the pool ten times within ten minutes, a delay of one minute would be a penalty of one more round.
Eric and Evans eventually failed to complete their training, they were punished and ended up finishing in 21 rounds.
"Huffs... Huff..." Breaths were hunting out from the green-haired youth. While one more person looked relaxed, he smiled thinly as if teasing Eric.
After the break, they continued the exercise until the breakfast meal arrived.
**
Twenty would-be players now entered a study room, inside which contained tables and long chairs, a large white board and a projector hanging from the roof.
In front of them was now Instructor Henri and his friend who were wearing white lab coats.
"I didn't think you'd put on a tired face." Instructor Henri said with a disappointed expression.
'Isn't this because of the training you gave me?' Inner room.
"Instructor Henri, you're too loud. Let them rest for a moment, look at their faces." Said someone with a lab coat. He said he would give fifteen minutes to prospective players to rest in his class.
Instructor Henri who heard it, glared furiously. He was struck by lightning hearing an absurd word, coming out of the professor's mouth.
'Hi-hiih. Why did this man want to torture them so badly?' Inner man in lab coat, he was frightened when he saw Henri glaring towards him.
Evans arrives in class and sits at the very back table with Eric. Evans ignored Eric's gaze, telling him to stay away from him. Instead, Evans considers this an opportunity to restore their relationship as it once was.
Everyone took advantage of his time by doing something like sleeping, eating a snack, or chatting with his countrymen like Evans does now.
Evans was chatting one-way with Eric, then listening to the talk from those around him after a long time of not getting a reply from him.
"Ah, tired. My training from earlier is just push ups, sit ups and more."
"You're still good, my training from then on was just cycling. Huff..."
It seems like every Assistant Instructor has different training methods.
**
Fifteen minutes finally passed. An expert now introduces himself as Prof. Rise, a researcher is best known for the theories she proposes.
Many do not believe it and consider it crazy, but it does not take long. His research is slowly beginning to prove and is now used by governments from all over the world.
Everyone is listening to the information provided by Prof. Rise, for three hours she has delivered a lot of knowledge about the Tower, players and monsters. Do not forget many basic things submitted to prospective players.
In Tower players will get a job with different levels for each person.
[The level for the job is.]
1. Class Legends
2. Epic Class
3. Rare Class, and
4. Common Classes
The players inside the island used a currency called coins. These coins are very valuable and can be obtained by fighting monsters, trading and services there.
Coins can be used to buy food, items, skill cards and various other things sold within the island.
Inside the island, players had to work according to their jobs. Like Miner (Common Class) they have to work as miners inside the island to earn coins.
Or Warior (Rare class) they have to work inside the Tower, adventure there and kill monsters to get coins.
There are so many jobs on the island that adapt the real world, if there is no facility for them to get coins, then they will create it themselves. And like that, until finally the entire island is now filled with cities and others.
But there are also jobs that are beyond reason, this job is found in games or fairy tales and legends.
"All of those things were created with the help of what players call, the System." explains Prof. Rise, she looked at all the faces of her students who now looked disheveled.
'It looks like it's going to take a long time.' Profs. Rise smiled seeing that. Now Prof. Rise further explained the important part.
"Stigma" is sometimes referred to as talent (Talent), a gift or derivative (Gift) of some kind. What is certain is that "Stigma" is attached to a human being before he was born and will be clearly seen when they enter the island, becoming a player there.
"Stigma" Very rarely encountered, there are only a few players who have it even the number can still be calculated with the fingers. Because stigma is not shared by everyone, Prof. Rise did not discuss it further.
"If jobs and coins are the most important, why do we have to do training?" Ask the person sitting in the front row.
Before I answer that, Prof. Rise took a deep breath, "Because there are so-called player stats..."
[There are four "Stats" players there.]
Speed(SPD) \= Attack (ATK) player
Defense(DEF) \= Health point (HP) player
Intelligence(INT) \= Mana point (MP) player
"With training you will become stronger, as a result you will get many innate stats." Clearly Prof. Rise
Built-in stats cannot be upgraded if the prospective player is already inside the island. Innate stats have a crucial role, distinguishing the abilities of every player within the island. That's what's behind the training.
There used to be a soldier who became a player, he then became the strongest of players who had the same level even several levels above it.
*Every player who goes up 1 level, their stats also go up (+5) entirely.
*Every 10 levels they will get (20) stats points.
*Stats points can be used to fill the stats you want to upgrade.
Maybe if it wasn't stopped by Instructor Henri, Prof. Rise would still babble with her enthusiastic face. It irritated Henri who saw him, "We're leaving, we'll move on to the next session..." Henri cut Prof. Rise
"Well..." Profs. Rise could only sigh sadly.
**
"Huffs. So because of that huh? Why is this called, training in hell."
"Truly hahaha, every second feels like a year."
They prefer practice on the field, rather than sitting quietly in that narrow classroom.
"I think Instructor Henri is more humane hahaha." Say wrong candidate player heard with a sharp ear from the Instructor.
Henri's small heart as if slashed, he called out to all his Assistants and gave orders, to increase the practice to become
mode: Devil.
At first everyone refuted but with one small pat, made them all simultaneously disperse. Henri just smiled seeing that.
In the distance, someone was running towards their group. From his shadow he had a stout and tall body. Henri who saw it tilted his head, as if feeling familiar with his face.
The man then raised one hand, and saluted Henri. Henri finally understood who this person really was, he was...
"Captain Kopasus, Jeffrey Agler!"
