The increasingly cool chat hours must be ended after the ashar adhan reverberate. Dzakir pampit for prayer at the mushola near the house of Misela. Misela and Adelia prepare the food.
"Dzakir doesn't look foreign, does he?"
"These are Bun"
"Yes Mother Kayak has seen that but where?"
"Mother knows our governor?"
"You know what this has to do with Dzakir?"
"Pak Dzakir is the son of our governor Mr. Surya Alfaruq Bun."
"What?"
"It's a habit to not be surprised."
"Can you be in the same place as the son of the governor?"
"Have Bun let's spit up Mr. Dzakir finished his prayer."
"Oh yes."
Misela and Adelia have always been compact when it comes to preparing food. So everything was done quickly. A menu of fried chicken, asem vegetables, sambel terasi then lalapan cucumber and cabbage already in the title at the dining table. Not to forget Misela prepared dishes, spoons and glasses.
"Alhamdulillah. Already done try to see Mr. Dzakir has finished yet to pray. If you're here right away."
"Yes Bun."
Misela went back to the living room and found laughter there.
"Seru very much Pih sampe ketawanya that is very." Said Misela who was curious about the chat the three of them.
"Yes, Mr. Dzakir, this is cool." Hanan replied while trying to hold back her laughter.
"Let's eat first pih everything is ready. Mr. Dzakir let's eat before we go home." Take Misela very politely.
"Ah so troublesome this. But I'm hungry." Said Dzakir while stroking his stomach.
"Hahaha let's eat first." Take Hanan.
The family enjoyed their food.
After finishing eating Dzakir say goodbye. It was getting late in the afternoon while he had to travel a little far.
Dzakir's return was very felt for Misela. I don't know what the current feeling is like but the most obvious Misela feels is loneliness again.
"I'm weird, I don't want to see him go." Gunam Misela's.
The atmosphere that had been crowded was gone. Now Hanan and Adelia will have a serious talk with Misela. Aldian just listened. After getting an explanation from Misela Adelia cried. Her heart was very sick to find her daughter a widow at a very short marriage.
But not Misela's name if she can't calm her family. Misela decided to invite her parents to meet Rangga's family.
_________
After magrib Hanan rented a car for a trip to Rangga's house. Hanan wanted Misela's matter to be quickly resolved.
Until there Rangga house is having guests, namely Nindi's parents.
"Assalamu'alaikum." Greetings Hanan in the doorway.
"Wa'alaikumsalam." Reply simultaneously the person who had laughed out loud without realizing that Hanan's car was parked in front of Rangga's house.
"Sir Hanan? Misela?" Mr. Karjo was surprised.
"Why surprised sir?" Answer Hanan.
"Please enter sir." Mr. Karjo walked over.
Hanan, Adelia and Misela entered but there was no seat there. Hanan looked around. Rangga was sitting on Nindi's side and their hands were joined together.
"What a wonderful you Rangga. Just one week you've married my son now you've dared to hold another woman's hand. What kind of man are you Rangga?" Hanan yelled at Rangga. But Rangga did not dare to answer.
"And your Mr Karjo is a father like what supports the wrong actions of your son?" Hanan continued on with a high note.
"Sir Hanan you realize you haven't lied to our family." Said Ms. Wardah who overflowed her emotions.
"I mean lie?" Hanan.
"Misela's not Mr. Hanan's son is she? Misela's a bastard, right? And Misela must have followed in her mother's footsteps. She's definitely not a good woman and she's definitely not a virgin."
Deg.
Adelia's heart was broken hearing Miss Wardah's words. Adelia stood opposite Wardah.
"My actions were wrong. And all that is not an element of intentionality. There is no such thing as an illegitimate child. All children are born holy. How can you say that to a mother." Adelia said so grimly.
"Ora, you need to defend Ms. Adel. What is clear is that you guys have been smoking aka lying to all of us. I have a daughter-in-law whose seed comes from an extramarital relationship. Ora Sudi me." Ms. Wardah casually dodged while folding her hands together.
"Astaghfirullah's. Mum..." Adelia has not said her body was being held by Misela.
"Mother is not to continue. The discussion is not good. Sayidina Ali once said silence is gold. So avoid debate even if we are right Mother." Misela calms Adelia.
"Shortly Son. Mommy wants to ask, are you really not a virgin?" Adelia looked at Misela.
"Nauzubillah Mother. Misela and Mas Rangga have not even had a husband and wife relationship because Misela is still menstruating since the first night." Misela answered with confidence.
"Have you heard my son say? You'll regret throwing diamonds after bricks like him." Misela said while pointing at Nindi.
"What does she mean, Mom?" Said Nindi's father who did not accept his son in the same as a brick.
"Look at her appearance is not much better than my son you despise. Miss Wardah are you sure that your second daughter-in-law is still a virgin?" Adelia's getting emotional.
"Mother. It's enough not to go on. Misela told you not to argue even if we're right." Misela lowered Adelia's hand which was still pointing at Nindi.
"Let's go home. We know what this family really is. Let Allah repay them. Hurry up and get your stuff left behind, son." Hanan said still staring cynically at Rangga.
Misela went to the room and cleaned up some clothes and stuff. Fortunately, Misela did not bring much stuff when she went to her in-laws' house.
The living room was silent for a while until Misela came out of the room she had slept in for eight days.
"I'm waiting for your divorce papers. And I hope Mas Rangga is happy with Nindi. May Nindi be the woman you've been craving for." Misela looked at Rangga who was wrong because of her confusion.
"Let's not say much when you're done quickly get out of my house. We still have business to discuss." Bu Wardah said rudely pushing Misela.
"A...!"
Misela was in a bit of pain because Bu Wardah's hand pushed Misela's broken hand.
Adelia wanted to avenge Bu Wardah but Misela shook her head.
"We say assalamu'alaikum." Misela said still with her manners.
Misela and her parents went home. With tears Adelia regretted everything that had happened. But Misela could always keep both her parents calm.
Meanwhile, in the same living room, people there became a sour face.
"Nindi you're still a virgin, right?" Ask Ms. Wardah because she doesn't accept Adelia's words.
"You asked me that anyway." Rangga replied trying to defend Nindi.
"Pak e Bu e Nindi came home first. Let's talk about this wedding tomorrow. The atmosphere is so awkward like this." Nindi said as she got up from her seat.
"Why don't you answer Ms e Nindi's question?" Jerk Bu Wardah.
