The Journey of the Love of the Haram Child

The Journey of the Love of the Haram Child
Chapter 5 Other Women

The atmosphere of the city of Lampung this morning feels so cold because of the rain all night. Not to mention the white clouds are still enveloping so that the sun has not shown its glare even towards 8 am.

Misela who had done all her work returned to her room to lay her body on the bed.

No greetings this morning with her mother-in-law. Even Miss Wardah always avoids and discards the face of Misela.

Rangga had gone out of nowhere since this morning. The husband who was married for one week did not have a permanent job. Sometimes being a truck driver sometimes join the building of the house.

While Mr. Karjo has also gone to his family's material store since long ago.

Misela felt lonely in this house. Misela who is usually so cheerful is now just a lot of silence and daydreaming.

"Next week I'm going to college. I have to wait another week, it seems so heavy."

Misela woke up from her sleep and sat staring at her cell phone screen. He seemed to be very focused on the polsel. Sometimes he laughs when he reads a chat message in a group.

"Hmm it feels lonely when you're away from you."

When he was cool with his phone suddenly there was someone who said hello.

"Assalamu'alaikum."

"Who...!"

Not yet Misela answered the greeting that her Mother-in-law had approached her first.

"Wa'alaikumsalam salam cah ayu here enter. Let's sit down first." Wardah was sitting next to the guest.

Misela wondered who she was until her mother-in-law was so gentle with her style of speech. Misela simply listened to their conversation from behind the door of her room.

"When did you get back from Taiwan?"

"Just yesterday, Ma'am e. Where is Bu e Mas Rangga?"

"Oo biasah Rangga serabutan. He said he had come to the village of Sido Mulyo Ndok."

"Oo that. Yes, this is Ma'am e I brought souvenirs for Bu e and family."

"Will bother everything to cah ayu."

"That's a bother, ma'am, it's just a regular cake. It's good to drink coffee hmm."

"Hehe, are you not back in Taiwan again, Ndok?"

"Engga Bu e has been working continuously for 5 years you do not go back to the village."

"But you're still pretty Ndok. Your hair is lo slick tenan ireng straight too." (Good, black and straight)

"Oiya Bu e is Mas Rangga really married?"

"Yes Ndok just a week ago."

"Which one is Ma'am e?"

"It's not far away. It's Tanjung Krajan village which leads to Metro city."

"Oo there. Surely she is beautiful, Bu e sampe Mas Rangga wants to marry her. Whereas in the past Mas Rangga promised to wait for me to go home, Mom e."

"What is Ndok. I didn't even know you had that promise."

"Yes Bu e so this was a shock to hear the news of Mas Rangga was married and I rushed here. Mas Rangga doesn't exist."

"Later malem you come here again. We talked about wes suwe ora ngerasani." (have not talked about people for a long time)

"Yes ma'am, I'll be here again. I'll go home first, ma'am e. Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumsalam."

"Duhh just try not not to be blessed to marry the bastard child. You must be my ghost now, Ndok. I'm pretty smart looking for family money is also good. Huh wes is going to eat this bread like it's really good lo."

While the curious guest was away there was a person holding back his cries in a closed room.

"Who is that woman? Why is the conversation so exciting. And again my mother-in-law likes her so much." Bathin Misela's.

Misela sat on the lip of her bed. Just thinking about what he can do. The lips that had laughed just disappeared.

"How can I be received in this family, O God. I beg you to strengthen the servant in this position."

The twilight has passed. The moonlight now illuminates the cold night. Mr. Karjo and Mr. Wardah were sitting on the porch of their house. Rangga has not yet returned.

Misela locked herself in the room. It is also free for him to sit on the terrace with them.

"Assalamu'alaikum Pak e Bu e."

A girl approached Mr. Karjo and Ms. Wardah and kissed the back of their hands.

"Wa'alaikumsalam Masyaallah Nindi really here again lo Bu e seneng deh." Ms. Wardah patted Nindi on the shoulder.

"When does Nindi come home from Taiwan?" Ask Mr. Karjo.

"Yesterday Mr. e." Answer Nindi.

"La this is her cake from Nindi lo Pak e. I forgot to say." Said Ms. Wardah.

"Alhamdulillah Mr. e. Rangga still hasn't come home?" Nindi stared into the house.

"Ndok Not yet. Maybe overtime." Answer Ms. Wardah.

"It's a pity that I'm not here to see you again." Nindi looks sad.

"Well that's Rangga coming." Ms. Wardah pointed towards Rangga who stepped closer to them.

"Assalamu'alaikum Ma'am, sir. I want to shower first."

Rangga did not see Nindi who was smiling looking at him.

"Kok Mas Rangga cuek that's Bu e." Nindi is getting sullen.

"Maybe he's tired Ndok wait for him to take a shower first yes later I call."

While in the house Misela was wiping the clear liquid that soaked her cheeks. Warmly welcomed her husband who had just entered the house.

"Mas just got home. Can I make you some coffee?"

"Yes Dek, you can take a shower first."

"Yes Mas. Want to take a bath with the water anget Mas?"

"That's fine."

"If so, I will prepare first."

"Yes, go to the room first."

"Yes, it's."

Rangga went into the room to take off his clothes. While Misela sincerely and happily prepared warm water and coffee for her husband.

Once everything was ready Misela went into her room and called her husband.

"The mas is ready. Take a shower first."

"Make it baby."

"This is the coffee here, huh Mas."

Misela put a cup of coffee in front of her dresser. Rangga just nodded.

"Kok Mas Rangga was not heard talking to a woman named Nindi earlier?" Misela thought and sat down to play her phone.

Rangga finished his shower and changed his clothes. Rangga was about to drink coffee made by Misela but had not had time for the glass to stick in his mouth, heard Bu Wardah calling his name.

"The ladder here first."

Misela held Rangga's hand.

"Why baby?"

"Can't you leave from the outside go straight in again?" Misela tries to seduce Rangga.

"Yes dear. Wait, maybe something's important."

Misela just nodded.

Rangga also went out of the room and went to the terrace of the house. Rangga was slightly surprised to see Nindi sitting among her parents.

"Loh Nindi you've come home from Taiwan?"

Nindi who was greeted by Rangga smiled happily.

"Yes Mas Rangga how are you?" Nindi said then kissed the back of Rangga's hand. Rangga smiled too. But there was a wounded heart behind the window.

"I'm good Nin. You're getting pretty." Praising Rangga for Nindi made Nindi blush in embarrassment.

"Mas Rangga can do it. I haven't seen your wife Lo Mas I want acquaintance." Nindi.

"No need to let him be jealous. Let him in the room. She's that...!" Said Ms. Wardah.

"Mom....!" Mr. Karjo tried to hold back what Ms. Wardah was going to say.

"Ah this is a souvenir cake from Nindi you try delicious loh."

Ms. Wardah offered a piece of cake to Rangga.

"Em it's good, ma'am." Rangga also spent the piece of the cake.

That night was a conversation between them. Misela no longer wanted to hear what they were talking about and decided to go back into her room.

"Like I'm not the daughter-in-law this family was expecting."
