On such a clear day, white clouds dotted the sky in the morning. The sound of birds singing was heard from the trees of the campus garden area. A girl was running down the hallway holding a few books. He looks very hasty. Her hair was unraveling and floating in the air as she ran.
"Damn, I'm late." Umpat Zoya, a 20-year-old girl who is famous for being very smart on campus. Dressed in a simple knee length dress, Zoya caught the attention of several other students.
Leighton University is where all the great and successful people are born. This private university not only hosts students from elite families, but also students who have good talents such as Zoya Amanda.
Four semesters have passed and Zoya has never paid for college. Aside from the scholarship Zoya also gets funding from her internship as a dancer along with her grub.
"Why did you ask me to clean up the main room this morning, I'm late now." Zoya continued to curse feeling a little annoyed. This morning her mother told her that there would be a big guest coming, so she had to clean up a very large room before leaving for college. "When the room was never used, who was the big guest that my mother talked about."
Zoya continued to run while looking at her watch, so that without her realizing there was a man who appeared from the corner of the hallway.
Brucks.
Zoya bumps into the tall man, all her books flying into the air.
"Ouch..." Zoya groaned in pain falling to the floor, she held her scuffed left elbow.
"Are you walking around with no eyes?!" The tall man still stood up and scolded Zoya in a slow but piercing tone to the bone.
Zoya looked up looking at the man's face faintly. He then put his glasses back on and saw a figure so handsome standing in front of him. For a moment Zoya felt a little stunned, she had never seen such a handsome man like a prince, with his black Hoodie the man looked so cool.
"Hey, you hit me, look at my elbow until it blisters!" Zoya then regained her senses and began to stare at the man cynically.
Zoya then picked up one by one her books scattered on the floor.
"Eat him, next time if the road uses the eyes." The man then left regardless of Zoya sitting on the floor. And he accidentally kicked one of Zoya's books on the floor until it was dragged far away.
Seeing the man's attitude Zoya gawked in disbelief. Instead of apologizing and helping Zoya who had fallen on the floor, the man arrogantly left.
Zoya then stood up and shouted, "Hey, stop!" his expression looked very upset.
But the man ignored Zoya and continued to move forward.
Zoya's blood boiled and rose to her head until her face looked red.
"Didn't you hear me, you hit me and you just left, your mother taught you." Zoya's anger was so explosive, that she threw her head towards the man.
Hearing his mother called the man turned his head back and tilted his body slightly to the side. So Zoya's sandals miss and instead landed on the face of a female lecturer.
Seeing that, Zoya's face immediately changed, her forehead wrinkled, both her eyebrows raised and her lips stiffened showing an anxious expression.
"Suyaaaaa......" Shouted the female lecturer in anger.
"Oh, I'm dead." Zoya said with a regretful expression.
The man did not even flinch at the slightest sight of it and chose to continue walking leisurely.
"Meet me in the room now!" Excite the lecturer while holding his own Zoya.
Zoya quickly picks up all her books and leaves.
...
In the rectorate room was seen a middle-aged woman sitting facing the Rector who was leaning leisurely in her chair.
"So, Mrs Cody, because of your business, you moved your son here." Said the Rector with a serious look.
"Yes, we had to leave it here." Said the woman.
The rector looked at his face seriously.
"So he's your son, Brian Cody."
"Yes, Brian here say hello to your uncle."
Brian walked over with a nonchalant look, he pulled up the chair and started to sit down casually.
"Brian, you look a lot like your father." Said the Rector for pleasantries.
"Don't ever equate me with that old man." Brian's reply sounded very firm and frightening.
Instantly, the Rector was surprised to see Brian's cold attitude. Just this time he saw a child calling his father that way.
"Brian! Please take care of your words, forgive him sir! Brian is like this." Said Brian honestly, he did not hide Brian's impudent attitude towards his own father.
"Hmm, I get it. But you don't have to worry about the family I'll keep him here, tomorrow he'll be in."
"I'm so grateful, then we'll excuse us."
With a somewhat embarrassed feeling his mother Brian pulled his son's hand to leave the room immediately. He felt a little embarrassed because Brian could not control his emotions in front of the Rector.
In the car Brian is seen casually sitting in the back with both hands running across the shoulder of the chair.
"Brian, if you can't speak well in front of us, at least don't do it in front of other people." Michelle's mom Brian. He warned his son to be more polite in front of others to maintain the dignity of the Cody family.
"Is this a threat, a warning or advice." Said Brian indifferently.
"Brian, I don't know until when you keep acting like that, as if we're enemies to you." Michelle continued to nag her son from the front seat.
The relationship between the child and the mother looks very strained. Although Brian comes from a wealthy family, it does not make him live happily. Because of Brian's family problems until he had to move to University. Not at his will but it was the will of his own parents, he even felt that he had been dumped by both parents.
"Huh, ask yourself that." Said Brian indifferently.
Seeing her son's cold demeanor, Michelle was unwilling to continue their debate. Because he knows if this continues, it will lead to unwanted things.
"Come sir, go to Cody's mansion." Michelle told the driver.
Dutifully, the driver stepped on the gas.
Vroooms.
Mercedes Benz was driving away from the parking area of the campus.
In the afternoon at the Cody family mansion, a guard opened the gate when he saw a Mercedes approaching.
After a little shopping for her son, Michelle finally reached the mansion she had left for eighteen years.
As he went out and stepped on his foot, he felt that memories of the past were so warm that they came to him. He stared at the grandly standing mansion with a feeling of being moved.
Then a pair of middle-aged men and women came out of the mansion and greeted Michelle with great respect.
"Welcome back, madam."
Say them simultaneously while bending their bodies forward.
