Chapter 54

The man who had just gotten off the container truck started walking towards Brian. His appearance did look ordinary, but the katana in his hand made him look very scary. The killing aura could be clearly seen coming out from his body.

Meanwhile, Sean, who had been sneaking into the trench, tried to get up to get out of there. He was really lucky to still be able to survive thanks to the airbag that held his body to not crumble, due to the accident earlier.

"Fuck you, who's too careless to put these damn drums on the streets!?" sean grumpily looked at Brian and started walking towards him with his legs limping.

Brian glanced briefly to the side looking at Sean indifferently, before dropping his gaze at the stranger. Brian had no idea what the man wanted, but it seemed that man had dropped the drums from his container truck.

"You're still alive? I thought you were going to die silly earlier." Brian told Sean nonchalantly.

"What did you say?" Sean squealed in annoyance at Brian's scorn, "You must be very happy to see how I'm doing right now, right? If I die, then there's no more hindrance for you to be able to have Kimberly completely."

Sean still thinks Brian wants to take the girl. He doesn't know that this race is just a game for Brian.

"I'm not interested in Kim at all, don't you understand too!?" Brian was getting bored of it.

"Heh, if that's why you cheat, ha!?" Sean snapped at Brian while pointing his index finger at Brian's nose. He thought Brian had cut it short in this race.

"What do you mean?" Brian asked, next to his eyebrows went up because he was surprised to hear Sean's accusations.

"Don't pretend anymore, Brian, you must be the one who deliberately planned all this, right?" Sean pointed at the drums blocking the streets.

Brian could only faintly smile before saying, "You're accusing me? You better look back first?"

Sean immediately turned around, and how surprised he was when he saw the tall man standing before him.

The man's eyes were brown, his skin white and clean. His face was also quite handsome, his appearance did not reflect the figure of a murderer at all.

Yet Sean could still feel, an infinitely terrifying aura enveloping the man.

"Who else are you? Why did you suddenly appear here!?" Sean who was already so emotional, he couldn't help himself from yelling at the man.

"I'm here to finish my job!" said the man in a flat tone.

"What do you mean, what task do you want to complete!? Brian do you know him, don't tell me he's your errand boy!?"

Suddenly Sean was instantly sent flying with a single slap by the man earlier. He was slammed into the asphalt right next to Brian. Sean grimaced in pain and was powerless to get up, never had he felt such a powerful slap. He felt his jaw almost fall off.

Meanwhile Brian could only narrow his eyes seeing that. She did not expect the man before her at this moment to be quite capable as well.

He was able to defeat Sean with just one slap.

"Now it's your turn, kneel down and I will give you an easy death!" exclaimed the man to Brian with his deadly gaze.

"Kneeled? I don't know what this is all about, but. I'm sorry I can't do that!" brian said casually.
