Chapter 107

While Brian and Zoya are on their way home, Brian's phone rings. He immediately reached into his pocket, but Brian looked very difficult because of his driving condition and also happened to be wearing pants that are a bit tight.

"Damn it, who else is calling at a time like this." Brian said with annoyance.

Currently his car was in the middle of a fast lane, therefore he could not reduce his speed let alone stop to pick up the phone.

Zoya, who saw how troubled Brian was, felt a little moved and immediately helped Brian to get his phone out. "Here let me help" said Zoya who began leaning toward Brian.

Brian flinched as his thigh was touched by Zoya, he was speechless and immediately glanced at Zoya with a puzzled look before turning his gaze again to the streets.

"Why are you wearing tights like this." said Zoya, who tried to get the phone out of Brian's pants pocket.

"Have left it, I don't want to pick up the call. Anyway I was driving, it's not good to call while driving." Brian said with his facial expression that began to turn red, when in fact he could not stand his body continuously touched by Zoya. He felt a high-powered electric shock running through his body.

Zoya continued to try her hardest, saying, "What if this is an important call for you."

Brian just kept quiet and let Zoya work, finally the phone was successfully removed. Zoya hurriedly lifted and stuck it to Brian's ear.

Brian replied in a flat tone, "Hello..."

"Sister! Why did you pick up the phone for so long?" there was a scream of a teenage girl from across the phone.

Brian recognized the voice, and soon a layer of ice covered his beautiful pupils, "It turns out you're a sandwich. Don't you know I'm driving right now? Why are you calling me at a time like this? You're not supposed to disturb people who are driving, it can be very dangerous." Brian's voice sounded very cold.

"Ck. How do I know you're driving." Kiara replied no less coldly.

Brian massaged his eyebrows with his right hand before saying with great firmness, "Quick say what you want, Kia."

Hearing her brother's voice that was no longer friendly, Kiara hurriedly turned a little soft and spoiled, she replied, "Sister... actually I called because I wanted to tell you that there's no one at home right now."

"Keep what I care about" said Brian.

"We're at a seven-star Golden Pure restaurant right now, sister. Dad brought everyone to dinner together tonight. I want you to come here soon." Kiara said seriously.

"Why did he suddenly do this kind of thing?" ask Brian suspiciously.

"So, I think he's in a good mood. That's why he invited us to dinner together, after all we have not been together like this for a long time" Kiara said. Then he continued to talk in a whisper, "Maybe you want to have a closer relationship with your future in-laws, brother?"

Hearing that Brian's two eyes immediately narrowed sharply, there was no way his father would do such a thing, because he also knew how unhappy Alex was when he looked at Zoya.

Could it be that his father was planning something there? Brian is too suspicious of his father's intentions, so he thinks for a moment before deciding to go there with Zoya. But before Kiara closes the call she tells Brian that her father also invited Marcell.

"It's over?" asked Zoya who was staring at Brian's phone screen.

Brian glances at Zoya meaningfully, knowing that this may be his father's plan for Zoya. Brian didn't want anything to happen to Zoya because of the old man. However, she and Zoya cannot avoid Alex for good. He knew this day would come, where he would fight his entire family just for this woman who had changed his life. This might just be his first test, Brian felt really bad if he had to step down. Coupled with the presence of Marcell in this dinner, making Brian feel very challenged.

Finally Brian decided, "Miss is chatty, my father invited us to Dinner. Do you want to come?" even so Brian still asked what Zoya wanted. Because for him now Zoya's wish is everything.

Since Alex's arrival, Brian has decided to deepen his relationship with Zoya. He doesn't want Zoya to stay away from him later just because of the pressure from Alex. That's why Brian's been paying more attention to Zoya lately.

So why didn't Brian just say it in person?

The answer is, because Brian feels himself is very rigid and not romantic. He did not know how to express his feelings with sweet sentences like in a drama series. He prefers to take direct action and hopes Zoya will be sensitive first.

Zoya smiled sweetly as Brian asked her, she replied, "Young master, I'll just follow your decision, but I suggest you should still go even without me. This is your family's show, you can't not come."

Brian understood Zoya's intentions, this woman must have felt herself unworthy to join Brian's family.

Brian however does not want his woman to go down like this, sooner or later Zoya will still be the mistress of Cody someday. That's why she wants to make Zoya a more resilient and authoritative woman like herself. He wants to get used to Zoya.

"Your father and mother were there too, are you sure you don't want to come?" ask Brian again.

Zoya was stunned for a moment, 'Why did the big master invite my family to dinner with them as well? Earlier I saw the great master so indifferent to me as well as my family. What makes him so generous? Ah no Zoya, you can't have negative thoughts like this, isn't it good that the great master is kind to your family?' zoya muttered in her heart.

Then Zoya immediately asked Brian, "Is that really young master? Where are they having dinner?"

"At the Golden Pure restaurant." replied Brian.

Zoya immediately gasped and shouted, "Huh.." Her expression was filled with disbelief.

How not, Golden Pure restaurant is the restaurant with the most luxurious international standards in Golden Sea. Only people who were famous and had extraordinary status could set foot there. Even to book a single seat, people had to register their name first in the guestbook a week early. Zoya did not expect that the big master would take his family to the fancy restaurant without following the procedures.

But forget it first, now Zoya is more thinking about the situation of her parents who are already there. Both of Zoya's parents have never gone to such a luxurious place, Zoya is afraid that her mother and father will not be able to adapt and feel very humble when around the nobles.

Just like he did at Marcell's party.

"Young master, then I'll come with you" said Zoya.

Brian nodded, and immediately drove his car towards the Golden Pure restaurant.
