The Legend of the Stone Princess Livinett

The Legend of the Stone Princess Livinett
Chapter 28: Livinett and Lian

When it got dark, the fireplace was lit. The soldiers were partying to celebrate the victory. A win that opens up for the next step. Arcansas is very confident that he can control the Pegalisch Continent in the near future.

He seemed to forget the dream that haunted him, about a mysterious nation called Lemuria. Will Arcansas be able to realize all his wishes? What is Lemuria like and is a place called Earth true? Maybe the answer is approaching Arcansas soon.

Ulvir and the twins asked Firtos. Why Firtos chose to betray and join Arcansas. There was no reason other than to return the favor. Firtos believes that Arcansas helped fight Liobo.

As the night wore on, many soldiers were already asleep. Lian was still busy tidying up the leftovers in the soup kitchen. The tent for the kitchen is larger, located under a cliff.

The mountains gave everything to them. Starting from water, food to fresh air. Lian finished with her busyness. He and the other chefs began to clean themselves.

The thick fabric Lian was wearing started to crumple. He planned to pick up another shirt in the big tent where Livinett was locked up. Arcansas is sleeping with the Wilson twins. Only a few soldiers stood guard near the pile of wood.

The flames of the bonfire were still burning at some point, there was a female titan sleeping in a strange position, she was sleeping on her back. Who else if not Filiora. The male soldier who had been stalking him was seen near the woman. The two men chuckled and looked at Filiora's crazy body.

Lian walked into the tent, Livinett curled up in the darkness. With a torchlight, Lian picked up a block of wood and sat down near Livinett. They're separated by iron bars.

Livinett opened her eyes and looked at the woman.

“Have you finished your meal, Princess?” ask Lian.

Livinett didn't say. Lian took a breath. He felt sorry for the princess. Because of the war, he suffered.

“Let me talk to you—then deign.”

Stay quiet, Livinett doesn't say. It was like he was running out of all his energy. Even opening your mouth is not possible.

“I know this hurts, but you have to be strong. Arcansas must have freed you.”

Lian just kept talking. He doesn't care if Livinett listens to him or not.

“Do not see Arcansas as a villain. Although he likes to be rough, but his heart has a good side. He will definitely not hurt you.”

Livinett woke up. He looked at Lian curiously. Why do some women say Arcansas is a good man.

“What do you mean?” finally Livinett.

“Not—I mean—there's still a good side, she's got it.”

“Why are you talking like he's a good guy. I don't understand—erh.”

“Arcansas once helped me who was about to die—he treated me.”

“I don't understand what you're saying. If he's a good man why wage war and kill many innocent people.”

Lian became speechless when she heard Livinett's question. The two women were discussing the figure of a cruel man named Arcansas.

“Listen—may be like looking for a defense. Try from two sides to judge about it.”

“From which side do you want. He it's just a villain—”

“Do you love her?” chirp Lian.

Livinett didn't understand the woman's question. Why did Lian suddenly enter and invite Livinett to speak.

“You are very beautiful, Princess Livinett. Trust me—not like me.”

“Hei. What are you talking about? What's your name?” ask Livinett.

“My name is Lian”

“Lian—do you love that man? I know from the look in your eyes.”

Lian was surprised. He did not expect that Livinett would reverse the words Lian had said herself. It seems Livinett is suspicious of Lian's behavior which suggests that she has feelings for Arcansas.

Lian blushed her face, she looked away. “No. I—only—”

“Are you going to accept Arcansas? To—married..”.

“No!” Livinett cuts Lian's speech. “Do not think strangely. From the bottom of my heart, I hate him!”

“Why can? Can't I be forgiven anymore? What if you could make peace, and stop the war. Maybe—Arcansas will follow the idea.”

“Which may he want to make peace. His heart has been overcome by darkness and sheer lust.”

“Baik—bed, Princess. If you need anything, you can ask for my help.”

“Thank you.”

Lian left the tent. The guard who was in front of the tent door also slept very soundly. Only a small laugh could be heard from the fireplace near the sturdy stake. The mast strengthens the viewing tower, two titans are on top. They waved their hands down.

It seemed like he was joking, no intruders came. Camp conditions can be calm until morning. Lian walked towards her tent that was side by side with Livinett's tent locked up.

Arcansas sleeps soundly, he seems to not care about the circumstances around. But, he suddenly showed a facial expression that was very unpleasant to look at. He moved here and there, kicking a pile of wood nearby, occasionally groaning.

He sleeps on his back, rolls over, then spins around like a propeller. Fortunately not in the tent, if in the tent, it is certain that the tent collapsed.

Apparently not his habit, he seemed to be having a strange dream. His breathing is getting faster, like a person with asthma. His hands clenched, feet kicking. His forehead wrinkled, cold sweat running down his face. Is he having a nightmare?

Arcansas twitched, wriggling like worms. His breath hunts, his lips whipped like a baby suckling at his mother. Clouds seem to cover the stars.

His hands clasped tightly. The veins on his arms showed a shape like rows of green worms. The wind was blowing fiercely, the trees around were twisting.

Arcansas awakened. Chests fireworks. Arcansas looked around, he looked confused. Every place feels foreign to him. On the right side there is a very high cliff. Arcansas looked to the left, apparently there was a very deep abyss.

“Hoi!”

Arcansas shouted, his voice echoing, as if trapped in a hollow space and then reflected back to his ears. The reverberating sound of his screams was still faintly heard before he finished inhaling a second time.

Silent for a moment, large rocks appear under cliffs, thick grass, as well as a small path. Is it in the Aranos Mountains? Arcansas seemed to be thinking, it seemed like he was at the foot of the mountain.

The abyss to his left was dark, deep and narrow. However, as he gazed far ahead, there was still another sloping wall flanking the Arcansas.

He was in a valley, convinced that he was indeed trapped in a canyon, he immediately took a few steps back. He put on a fine ear, his eyes staring sharply to the southeast, there was a river below, increasingly convinced that he was indeed between two cliffs.

Below is a deeper canyon with a heavy flow of water. What the heck, why the condition is like a stacked step that is increasingly jutting down.

Could it be the valley that became the connecting door to the world of death? The valley between the cliffs seemed frozen, Arcansas close his clothes. His mouth let out steam, like it was picking up snow. Small fumes dance as the Arcansas exhales.

The sloping cliffs look like a crab claw. Ready to clamp Arcansas who was standing between the two cliffs.

The cliffs are higher than the body size of the Arcansas. Very high, not even possible to climb. Arcansas can't jump to get to the top.

He looked like an ant that was under a giant tree. His body seemed to be nothing when compared to that huge cliff.

As if he were plunging down, it also felt very deep. Maybe he will hover long enough before finally splashing into the river. So deep, it must take thousands of stairs to go down.

“Is anyone here?!”

Arcansas again shouted, immediately reverberation sounded again. There was only him, there was no one at the bottom of the valley. The gorge below seemed to be the result of cracks when the cliff split. The great river was also more like a basin of land filled with water and flowing rapidly eastward.

Arcana...

Suddenly there was a whisper, it was like being inside the head of Arcansas. Whispers calling his name, out of nowhere. Arcansas was instantly alert, he turned left-right, there was no one. He looked up, there was only a very high dark sky.
