Chapter 30: Love and Ambition

“What's your plan after this?”

Firtos who is famous for not talking much, now becomes more chatty since joining the Arcansas army.

“It looks like I'll be traveling soon.”

“Where?”

“Back to my island. I have something to finish there.”

“Are you going to bring all your soldiers? If they stay here it will be very dangerous. I slaughtered them with eight of King Trill.”'s men

Arcansas takes Firtos to the field. The entire army at work was focused on the two men. At Arcansas's command, all gathered in a circle.

“We will have a new leader. Today! Officially, I chose Firtos as the leader of the fourth division under the banner of Dormogat!”

The cheers sounded simple to each other as Arcansas raised Firtos' hand upwards. Bravely, he clenched his hands and saluted all the soldiers. Although there were confused and whispered to each other, why Arcansas immediately trusted people from Peglaisch.

“He will replace the fallen Torakh! I hope you guys can respect him!”

“Master. Why do you trust him so easily. He is a traitor to the kingdom. Are you not worried if he just wants to infiltrate our group?” yelled at one of the titans.

Nothing else can be done, Arcansas has made a decision, if there are still people who oppose it again, it could be Arcansas will be angry and kill members who do not agree with his decision.

“To replace the commander of the third army! I'll choose one person among you!” shouted Arcansas.

All went back to silence, they looked at each other. Who will bear the title of commander.

“With full awareness, I call you to serve me! Come before me! Ulvir! You will accept this post!”

Everyone was surprised, especially Ulvir himself. He did not expect that Arcansas gave an important position. Ulvir set foot, all eyes on him. Swordsman from Suin who just joined, got the best position.

Arcansas must have seen the potential they have. Ulvir is also a legendary swordsman just like Arcansas. While Firtos is a great warrior from the west who is very strong.

“You will serve me! Ready to sacrifice with all your soul and body. Always bow to my orders and be loyal to me forever!” Arcansas announces his inauguration.

“Ulvir! You were chosen as the commander of the third division in place of Serkalo! Firtos you're going to do a tough job with your division in place of Torakh! Are you running commands and carrying a big load on your shoulders?”

“Yes, Milord!” shouted Firtos and Ulvir together.

They both knelt before Arcansas. With a raised sword, Arcansas declared his decision out loud.

The whole army cheered again. New troops, more powerful forces. Arcansas hopes to conquer the Pegalisch Continent as soon as possible.

Inside the tent, Livinett was curious about the commotion outside. He could not see because he was locked in a very strong iron cage.

The four divisions have officially recovered! Daz, commander of the first army, second commander Fell, third commander Ulvir, as well as fourth commander Firtos.

The confusion over celebrating happiness has not stopped. Arcansas has again announced something amazing.

“Besides commander! We also get a new strategist who will devise every war plan in this army!”

The whole army was getting more and more excited, they were fiery looking forward to who the Arcansas would choose.

Fell decided to accompany Arcansas. He was not allowed to participate, but after a long discussion, Arcansas finally let the boy come to Suin.

“Who else will come there?” ask Fell.

“I and Livinett. I'll take him with me. No, Ulvir will also come.”

Fell was flabbergasted, he did not think that his master would take the princess to Suin. It would be very troublesome to have to watch over the princess.

Arcansas stared at him sharply.

“Ya!” livinett answered with sobs. “You ruined everything, my family, the royal warriors, and all the peace I had! Goddamn you!”

“Please curse me as much as you. Your beauty makes me want to have you. I say again, marry me. Then I'll let your father live. However, my ambition must still be realized, I will rule this continent.”

“You're just a greedy foul devil! I'm not talking to you anymore! Go!” Livinett was crying hard.

“Yes. We'll go together,” said Arcansas.

“I hope you die!” Livinett's desperate.

“Stop crying or I'll hit your face!”

Arcansas actually went up black, but his face looks flat. Livinett's cry continued to sound, Arcansas's ears getting itchy.

“Shut up! You're a spoiled princess! I said shut up!” Arcansas moved, he was about to grab the princess's hair. Through the crack of the bars, his hand almost grabbed Livinett's long hair.

Suddenly the action is stopped by Lian. When was he there? Suddenly he appeared like a ghost. Arcansas stopped his intentions.

“Stop this woman's cry!” arcansas said he left Livinett.

Lian nodded. He approached Livinett who was still confined. It's so sad. Lian could not bear to see the princess tormented.

“Mr Princess. Stop crying. I won't talk to you formally. Like before, I've been sassy with you. Now, please stop crying.”

Livinett's cries began to recede, she looked at Lian.

“Do I have to be tormented like this. Tell him to kill me!”

“Mr Princess. I've heard all your talk. If you don't want to marry her, it doesn't matter because your heart isn't good. Try to accept the situation—I mean—ia doesn't want to hurt you.”
