Chapter 11: The Deadly Smile

"Aren't you, the number 2 participant who took the cooking exam earlier?!" Dian said with surprise.

After seeing the face of the woman in front of him, Dian was surprised because the woman he saw was the woman he had defeated earlier in the cooking competition.

Dian indeed felt like he was no stranger to the clothes he saw. But since that moment the woman's face was nowhere to be seen, she was each less certain before.

"Eh, so what are you..." She began to realize who Dian was.

"Yes, I'm the number 4 player. The one who won the cooking race before." Tell Dian.

"Dian, just call Dian." Answer Dian.

"Then my name is Lara, if I may know. What's D-dian doing in a small, narrow alley like this?" Ask Lara.

Lara's heart was still pounding looking at Dian. Therefore his eyes did not look at Dian's eyes but his forehead. Even saying his name made him nervous.

But Dian didn't seem to realize that at all, "Ah, I just bought some ice cream around here." Answer Dian.

"Es cream? What do you mean it's mountain ice cream at the end of the alley?" Ask Lara.

"Eh? Aye right. Have you ever bought it too?" Ask Dian back.

For some reason, Lara smiled satisfied to hear Dian's words just now. He tidied up his appearance for a while before asking Dian. "So? How's it feel?" Ask Lara.

"Eh? What do you mean the ice cream? Ah, I haven't tried it. I actually bought it just for my sister because she's craving." Answer Dian.

Dian turned around from Lara, and walked to the back of the alley to pick up the ice cream she had hidden earlier for fear it would fall if she brought it with her while fighting earlier.

Dian was immediately panicked to find out that the ice cream he was under melted. "Wire, it melts into it." Complain Dian.

Dian ran past Lara, and headed outside the alley to get home.

"I'm sorry Lara, but I have to go back home if my sister gets angry!" Said Dian to Lara who was behind him.

Lara who saw Dian leave in a hurry, chuckled. "Hihihi, it looks like the ice cream melted.." Ringis Lara's.

After running for 5 minutes, Dian got to her house and immediately entered.

"D-dian's home..." Said Dian while taking a breath.

Her sister who was sitting on the dining table chair, looked towards Dian with her face that was more upset than before.

"Kakak~~~ko long time ago really buy ice cream doang?" Mira said with a smile.

Dian shivered to see her smiling sister, she knew that a smile was not good. But that was because his brother was very angry with him.

"Pardon me! Sis met thugs on the street and had to take a way around so that it was not squeezed!" Dian tried to reason.

"Sister...don't tell me it's melted?" Mira said with a gripping smile.
