Chapter 40: Banquet

"Where? Did you guys beat up that piggyback and make him cry?" Ask Rex.

On the doorstep of Rex's house, his 5 men were currently standing there to report about what had previously happened when they ambushed Dian.

5 The men managed to escape when Dian intended to beat them up. And because they knew they couldn't hide the actual incident, they decided to come to Rex's house and tell him straight away.

"B-boss.we.." One of his men had trouble explaining.

Rex was a little astonished at the behavior of his men. It was because it was not usual for them to behave awkwardly like this. "What's wrong? is there a problem?" Rex tried to guess.

His men stared at each other awkwardly, after which they nodded their heads as a statement of agreement to Rex's question. "Oi, don't tell me you guys..."

His men who heard his boss had already guessed about what happened, immediately raised their voices. "Boss, the boy.I'm sorry but, we've really been outdone by him."

"What?!" Rex shouted in disbelief.

Dian, a weakling whom he has bullied since the 10th grade and has never fought back in the least, manages to fight off 10 of his men who ambushed him in an alley.

Of course he was hard to believe it, all this time his men never lost in beating someone, let alone just one person like Dian. "B-meaning, 5 other children...."

"the 5 of us are now being knocked down in the alley, they are completely beaten up by it." One of his men explained.

"M-impossible, how could..." Rex is speechless.

He initially did not feel the slightest doubt, if his men would come to his house and bring news that they had finished making Dian battered in the alley.

But what actually happened was the opposite, his 5 men had currently been exposed in the alley due to being battered. He didn't think Dian could do that.

"Did you guys gang up on him? simultaneously?" Ask Rex Panic.

"L-yes, we ganged up on him and pinned him down so he couldn't escape. Yet as if he was hitting a ghost, the blow from us had absolutely nothing hit that person.." Obviously one of his men.

"W-how can it?! Wasn't he just a gibberish who was even silent when in the bully?!" Rex was upset.

Rex hits the wall of his house upset, and starts thinking about what he should do. "The boy.shit! so it turns out he's hiding his true abilities.." Rex Mumbles.

Rex then turned his brain to revenge, he did not accept the fact that his men were defeated. It was the same saying that his boss was also defeated, and Rex did not like to be considered a loser at all.

"After this, I want to ask you guys to-"

{Hp's voice rings}

Hearing his phone ring, Rex put off his words for a moment and picked up the phone he had in his pocket. "Hello? Ah, hon. Yes, of course I don't forget my promise." Rex said in his phone.

The one calling Rex right now is his girlfriend, and it looks like he's asking Rex about something.

"Yes-yes, today isn't it? Yes, as I promised before. We're going to my dad's hotel today and dinner there. Of course I'll drive you in my mercy car okay? Yeah-yes, I love u baby." Rex said on the phone.

"Get ready boss!" Answer the five men.

Hearing the answers of his men, Rex closed the door of his house to immediately change clothes and went to pick up his girlfriend.

After establishing a relationship with Permanent Partnership, Dian was invited by Mr. Pilos to dinner with him at one of the hotels he owned. And it was no ordinary hotel, it was a very famous 5-star deluxe hotel in his city.

"Excuse me, I have an appointment with Mr. Pilos..." Said Dian to the Security Guard in front of her.

"Promise meet? wait a minute, are you Mr Dian?" Ask Security Hotel.

"That's right, my name is Dian." Answer Dian.

Mr. Security hotel when he found out that the man in front of him named Dian, immediately raised the road barrier and let Dian in. "I'm sorry, please come in sir, the Boss is waiting for you on the 10th floor." Reassure the Security Guard.

"Okay, thank you." Dian.

Dian put his car into the basement of the hotel, and the security guard who spoke to him drove him to the VIP parking lot. "Please park here sir." Navigate Security.

Dian followed the instructions of Security and parked it in the VIP area, it was a spacious room that was empty and had a guardrail that had sensors if anyone intended to break through.

"Is it okay to park here?" Ask Dian.

"It's okay, because the boss himself told me to drive you to the VIP parking lot." Security Hotel.

"That's it, then thank you." Dian.

In the VIP basement, there is an elevator that connects directly to the hotel lobby, Dian was asked to use it, Dian so there is no need to bother walking far from the Basement to the hotel lobby. Dian used it immediately and arrived quickly.

{Ting!}

The elevator arrived at the hotel lobby, When Dian came out of the elevator, the two female hotel employees each lowered their heads in front of Dian. "Welcome Mr. Dian, we've been waiting for you." Their Greetings.

Dian was surprised that the reception he received was so regular, he did not expect that he would be treated as a special guest. At first he thought he would just be treated like an ordinary person. "Anu, I want to meet Mr. Pilos..."

"Please follow us, we'll take you to the special elevator." Said officer 1.

Dian was directed again to a special elevator located right next to the public elevator. People around the lobby started to see it because rarely did anyone use it except the hotel owner himself.

After boarding the elevator, Dian arrived at the 10th floor quickly. Dian was then escorted into the restaurant and saw a luxurious decoration filled with various expensive decorations around it.

There was a red carpet that covered the rest of the restaurant, then an instrumental classical Jazz music, and every table in the restaurant was made of glass and covered by a red tablecloth on which was a set of plates, cups, spoons, forks and a vase of flowers in the middle.

The condition of the restaurant was quite quiet, probably because the cost was very expensive. At the end of the restaurant. There was Mr. Pilos waiting for Dian. "Oh, Dian. You've come already." Said Mr. Pilos.
