Chapter 22: The Surprising Challenge

"Dad, Dian dateng cools down." Say Lista.

On the wooden chair that was located facing towards the disciples who were practicing, Uncle Casey was sitting with his sinister face as usual.

"Huh? that skinny kid? why did he come here all of a sudden?" Said Uncle Casey.

Dian, who knew that what was meant was him, approached Uncle Casey and said hello to him.

"Duringly did not meet uncle." Dian.

Uncle Casey pointed his face towards Dian, and watched her body from toe to head as if analyzing it.

"Hmmh, as usual your body still looks pathetic son." Said Uncle Casey.

"Dad...Dian dateng made a visit because of the horror of my father with high blood pressure, his welcome period is so anyway." Say Lista.

"It's up to me to welcome him, but okay. Thank you for visiting." Said Uncle Casey with a joke.

Dian laughed bitterly and scratched his head in response.

Dian already knew that Uncle Casey had a pretty strong attitude in speaking to him. He had even been scolded for intending to skip lessons.

"Sensei, what other exercises should I do?" Said a male disciple who walked over towards Uncle Casey.

Uncle Casey turned his head from Dian to the disciple in front of him, the disciple was a handsome man with blonde hair and a well-trained body.

"Oh Albert, you're done warming up, aren't you?" Said Uncle Casey cheerfully.

Different when talking to Dian, Uncle Casey spoke to Albert with a joyful expression.

"Yes sensei, anu...if you can know who this is?" Albert asked while looking at Dian.

Uncle Casey turned his face towards Dian. "Ah her? she's my niece who comes from my sister, her name is Dian." Said Uncle Casey.

Dian smiled towards Albert. "Greetings, I'm Dian. anu...Albert?" Said Dian while directing her hand to shake hands.

Albert who saw that accepted his hand department and smiled also towards Dian. "Yes my name is Albert, I also know Dian." Reply Albert.

Right now, Uncle Casey's favorite student is Albert, and that's what caused Uncle Casey to speak so cheerfully towards Albert.

Even though Dian is the niece of her sister, Uncle Casey does not care about it. He's been tough on Dian since he was a kid.

"Oh yeah, what if you guys just do a match practice now?" The Uncle Casey.

The entire hall, which had been noisy because it was filled with the sound of students practicing, suddenly came to a halt and looked towards Uncle Casey who had just spoken something shocking.

"Eh? Uncle? why suddenly.." Dian surprised.

"Dad, Dian hasn't been practicing for a long time!" Grumpy Lista

"S-sensei..are you serious?" Albert smiled bitterly.

Everyone in the hall froze to hear Uncle Casey's proposal. But Uncle Casey insisted and pointed at Dian.

"Son, you still haven't forgotten everything I taught you before, have you?" Ask Uncle Casey.

"Of course I didn't forget it, but..."

"Then it's decided, you will compete here. Right now." Said Uncle Casey.

Dian sighed resignedly hearing his uncle's words, while Albert who had just looked at Dian, put on a worried face. "S-sensei, is it alright if I fight with him? but judging from his body he's kinda.."

Hearing Albert want to say something, Uncle Casey smiled. "Weak right? so don't hold back against him, okay?" Said Uncle Casey.

"It is precisely because of that that I do not want to fight him, if I am serious against him then maybe.."

"Albert, don't underestimate Dian." Saying with a serious face.

Dian who heard Lista defending her from the side, pointed her face at Lista in surprise. "Eh Lista?"

"He used to be the most proud disciple here before, don't take him for granted." Continue List.

Dian used to be Uncle Casey's favorite student before, but still the treatment he received was harsh. It's different with Albert now.

Even so, Dian remained adamant to stop tutoring to his mother. Because Dian was so scared of Uncle Casey back then.

Dian quit tutoring in 6th grade SD. At exactly 12 years old. But even though he stopped, the teachings that Dian received he did not forget even though his body might be quite stiff because it never practiced.

Seeing Lista said with a serious face. Albert took a long breath. "Alright, I'll fight him seriously." Her speech. "But don't blame me if anything happens ok?" Continue Albert.

Dian could only resignedly hear Albert intending to fight him seriously, but he did not feel afraid or doubt. It was precisely for some reason that his blood felt burning inside his body. "Well, what else, right?" Her speech.
