Means: O God, I beg of you the goodness of my wife and the goodness of the character you keep in her. And I take refuge in you from the ugliness of my wife, and the ugliness of the character which you keep to her." Ibn Majah, Imam Abu Dawud and some scholars of hadith.

Or you can use :

"Allahumma baarikli fi expert wa baarik li-ahli fiyya warzuqhum minni warzuqniy minhum."

Means: O God, Lord, bless me in my family's troubles. Bless my family in your troubles, grant my family (wife and descendants) sustenance from me, and grant me sustenance from them." HR. Thabrani.
