Avoiding Kevin

Ummi has a single daughter in Ndalem. Mira and Mina are still in High School.

Mira moves in with the clothes she brought not too much with Mina, as they are only temporarily looking to see if Kevin is earnest or not.

Mira was embarrassed to come out of the ndalem with a knee-length shirt, then she outsmarted him by wearing a skirt and hoodie with her hat. Because he was embarrassed to come out of the pesantren with a little skimpy clothes.

"Are you leaving, son?" Ask ummi.

"Yes, ummi. Take Mina to school."

"Be careful on the road, don't speed too much with the bike." Mira smiled, ummi Dalilah really became her mother's successor.

"Ammi, Abah. Mina left for school first." Mina kissed the hands of the two in turn.

"The new thing feels again, seeing the child wants to go to school in the morning. Real school, and pursue your ideals." Abah stroked Mina's head.

After saying goodbye, Mira and Mina came out to leave immediately. But someone's car just arrived.

Ummi and I looked at each other not knowing the car in front of him.

"Assalamualaikum," he said. They just saw when the guy came out.

"Wa'alaikum salutations."

"I'm sorry ummi and abah, can I drive Mira and Mina?"

"Where do you know that Mira and Mina live in Ndalem?"

"I asked Farid the doctor, because he was the son-in-law of Abah and Ummi who is now the parents of Mira and Mina. I found them in the old house, but they weren't there."

"Sorry doc, I'm leaving with Mina. Faster use motor, today Mina there's an early picket." Mira nudges Mina's arm.

"Assalamu'alaikum," he said drove his motorcycle out of the pesantren yard.

Doctor Kevin was a little disappointed, but he kept smiling and saying goodbye to abah and ummi.

"Like him, Doctor Kevin is indeed a good man and really the same Mira." Abah.

"We'll see, Abah is up to Mira. Because according to her, she's no match for Kevin's doctor who has everything."

"If Kevin's doctor is serious, he must convince Mira to accept." Because a man who is really serious, will definitely fight for his woman. Not just wanting to have and leave. Mira just feels unworthy to be with doctor Kevin who has so much more of everything, than her who is only a nurse and orphans is not suitable with a doctor who is already living well from childhood.

Mira arrives at the hospital, she takes off her helmet and rush into the bathroom to remove the Hoodie and the skirt.

"Mira," call her after Mira comes out of the bathroom.

Mira who while tidying up her clothes saw who was calling.

"Excuse me doc." Mira was about to leave, but her hand was held by Dr. Kevin.

Seeing her wrists in hold, Kevin's doctor immediately took off as Mira looked at her.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to ask you. Why do you always seem to avoid me?" She looked at Mira.

"I'm not avoiding, maybe it's just the doctor's feeling." Mira only glanced at it and returned.

"Is it because of my words that I will marry you?"

"Yes, that's what I think. I just don't want to be given hope, or hope in Kevin's doctor, which is not necessarily certain for me. Moreover, I am different from doctors, people like me are not comparable to doctors, parents of doctors also definitely want a daughter-in-law who is equivalent to you. Excuse me." Mira immediately left after taking out all the uneg-uneg that she had always thought of.

"Astaghfirullah, why did he say that. He doesn't know mom and dad. They're not who Mira thinks they are, my parents always accept her children's choices, most importantly good people." Doctor Kevin only saw the departure of Mira, he knew if women do not like to just be given hope.
