Mira smiled as she looked at Feer who was carried by ummi. Arumi and Mira approach Feer.

"Sorry, I'd love to hold baby Feer. But since I'm from the hospital, she's afraid it'll make her uncomfortable." Mira approaches the ummi Dalilah.

Arumi smiled, then again permission to visit Zahra. Doctor Kevin wonders what Arumi wants to say, and what Mira whispers. They also say goodbye after seeing Farid and Najib's children. Farid's doctor told Kevin to drive Mira home safely.
