The Love Story of Arumi

The Love Story of Arumi
Misunderstand

Arumi simply handed over her reporting duties, then after being absent she had permission to return. Arumi wants to see her husband on campus. Arumi kept thinking about the incident when he had just arrived, Joseph always met him, he was very sorry for Zahra. It would be appropriate if Zahra accused him of being an actor, because maybe in Zahra's mind only Arumi was the only woman who always made Joseph want to divorce her.

Arumi had arrived at the campus parking lot, where her husband was teaching, and got out of the car and walked to find out where Abyan was.

Arumi saw two students who were like no strangers to him, the student's face was Arumi like she had seen him.

"Excuse me," Arumi approached the two students he saw.

"Yes, who is it?"

"I'm sorry, I'm looking for Mr. Abyan's room. Can you guys drive me?"

The two students stared in confusion towards Arumi.

Arumi looked at herself, afraid that something was wrong with her appearance, but there was nothing wrong she thought.

"What's looking for Abyan's father?" ask her like she doesn't like it.

"I'm his wife" replied Arumi smiling.

The two students gawked, "ah yes, I just wanted Vi, mbak this is Mr. Abyan's wife."

"Yes I also thought I'd seen it before" he replied.

"Can you guys drive me?" ask Arumi again. Because they are busy with their own chat.

"Let's get me delivered."

"Call me Arumi," Arumi smiled, followed the two students, to be escorted to Abyan's room.

"Thank you" Arumi said after arriving in front of Abyan's room.

"Sama-sama, please excuse me." Arumi replied with a nod and a smile.

Arumi turned around to knock on the door, but the door was not tightly closed. Arumi intends to give Abyan a surprise, he holds the door handle and pushes her.

But how shocked Arumi was, when she saw her husband in the room was seen holding the hand of a woman. Arumi's smile disappeared instantly, "Mas Aby."

Abyan and the woman inside turned towards Arumi.

"Arumi," Abyan is shocked to find his wife in the doorway.

"What did Aby do?" arumi asked as Abyan's hand was still holding the woman's hand.

Abyan noticed Arumi's gaze on her hand, quickly she released her hand from the woman.

"A-arumi, what are you doing here?"

Arumi just smiled holding back something that would slide from her eye patch.

"Why is Arumi here? is Aby feeling disturbed? alright. Arumi's gone! excuse me," Arumi closed the door again quickly and turned to where her car was in the parking lot.

"Arumis... Hey, it's not that, it's that you misunderstand," said Abyan chasing after Arumi who had passed speeding up her footsteps.

"Arumis. Just stop! I want to explain, this is a misunderstanding."

Arumi still did not understand Abyan's words, he continued to accelerate his steps.

But Abyan's footsteps were wider than Arumi's, Abyan held Arumi's hand against him.

Arumi just kept quiet not saying anything, the feeling that was still chaotic according to her would be calmer when she told her husband. But what happened was that his feelings were getting foggy.

"Arumi, listen to me to explain first. What you saw earlier, it was a misunderstanding, "Abyan tried to tell Arumi the truth, but his wife did not respond at all.

Arumi gets into his car quickly, Abyan chases after Arumi, but Arumi first enters until Abyan just knocks on Arumi's car window.

"Arumi, this is a misunderstanding. Listen to me first! Arumy."

Arumi just glanced at him, then drove back his car leaving the campus area.

"Arumi, this is a misunderstanding," he said, which is clearly not going to be heard by Arumi. Abyan rubbed his rough face, his wife returned angry with him after yesterday's incident.

...******...

Abyan had finished teaching, he sped up the speed of his car to get to his in-laws' house.

"Assalamu'alaikum," he said smiling kindly as Arumi's maid opened it.

"Wa'alaikum salutations."

"Arumi, is it over bi?" ask her.

"Yes, non Arumi above. As if he had come home from his room, he had not yet come out of his room," his aunt's remark made Abyan say goodbye to his aunt.

Abyan is afraid to knock on Arumi's room door, fearing that his wife will avoid him again and not talk to him.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Arumi." In the end Abyan knocked on Arumi's room door.

"Wa'alaikum greetings," Arumi opened her room door smiling.

"Mas is home?" Arumi greeted Abyan as usual, she kissed her husband's hand and took the bag Abyan was holding.

"Arumi, mas-is

"Mas must be tired, right? already Arumi prepare her warm water, after that we go down and eat." Arumi came in with Abyan's bag.

Abyan was confused by his wife, not that she was angry. Why is it so ordinary now.

Arumi turned to look at her husband who was still at the door, "Mas Aby, why don't you come in? no more in this room?"

Abyan hurriedly entered to hear Arumi's words, although still in confusion with his wife.

"You sick?" ask Abyan.

Arumi scrunched her forehead confused by Abyan's question, she approached Abyan and took her hand, sticking the back of Abyan's hand on her forehead, in order to feel whether Arumi was feverish or not.

"Is Arumi hot?" Abyan shook his head.

"Mas Aby why the hell? take a shower, then eat, eh wrong prayer first." Abyan just nodded, Arumi shook her head smilingly encouraging her husband to enter the bathroom.

"Why this? should be angry, right? I just don't want to hear my explanation."

"But it's better this way, because it was also a misunderstanding, than I was in cuekin." Abyan flushed his body with water.

"Astaghfirullah, O Allah. I can't do this, I don't want to make Mas Aby do bad things. If I pretend not to be hurt, is it possible that Aby will continue to hurt my feelings?" Arumi had wanted to be ordinary, but he could not, Arumi had to strike again.

She wants Abyan to explain later, nor does she want to suudzan with her husband.
