CHAPTER 31: A confession

The originally dark sky is now turned into light with a beam of sunlight that begins to rise in the eastern horizon. Alarm rings echoed in the room filled with thick books and several sized dolls waiting for the owner to touch it. Hands that are still limp now creep rampant looking for sources of noise that interfere with the comfort of his sleep.

"Young....." Moanna covered her mouth with her left hand. "I feel like I've only been sleeping for an hour." He said without realizing that he spent the night to sleep for more than six hours. Really enough time, right? But that's how people are, never feel enough about everything.

Moanna pulled her body to sit for a moment before finally going to the bathroom to clean herself up. His long hair looked as disheveled as lion hair as well as the appearance of wearing only nude pajamas.

A few minutes later Moanna was done with him. Now he walked out of the room to meet the mother who must have been in the kitchen preparing breakfast for him.

But the strangeness felt when he did not hear any noise from the kitchen. "Mama?" Call Moanna while walking slowly to the kitchen.

Apparently there's nobody there. Not even used cooking tools exist. Where did her mother go? wasn't he here yesterday? Moanna now turned to another room that was a little rowdy in her house. And how surprised he was to find so many people in the guest room. There was his mother, Alvin, who was of course with his two confidants.

"What's this?" moanna asked curiously when she arrived in front of the people who were having a serious conversation.

Her mother immediately approached Moanna and pulled her to join them. "Explain this!" Pinta mama while pointing at a pregnancy test device stored on the table.

"That's a pregnancy test." Moanna answered lightly to make the men in the room shake their heads. "Is he pretending to be stupid?" muttered Rei in his heart.

"He's a doctor but it turns out to be a sham." Ledek Kenzo in his heart. They did not think that Moanna could think that way.

"Moanna, Mama's serious!" Sergey Mama who thought that his daughter was turning things around with his jokes.

"I'm also serious mah, it's a pregnancy test kit. Mama knows, doesn't she?"

The debate between mother and son made Alvin shake his head. "Is this yours?" Cut Alvin until the two women who were struggling turned to him.

"What do you mean?" moanna was astonished with a cynical look in her eyes.

Alvin took the pregnancy test. "Is this thing yours?" ask again.

Moanna's eyes were wide open. "Of course not!" Rigorously. "Where did you conclude that it was mine?"

"Mama found it from a garbage can in the kitchen. If not you, who else?" Lead Mama.

Yesterday while cleaning the kitchen, he accidentally saw the device in a garbage can. To make sure that what she thought was true, Mama Moana took the object which turned out to be a true pregnancy test. Since she was convinced that it must have belonged to her daughter, Moanna's mother immediately called her daughter for an explanation. But unfortunately because of her work, Moanna was unable to explain it and she was forced to wait for her daughter's return.

"Now admit it, Moanna." Her mother asked her first child to confess.

Moanna stood up immediately. "Aw what? What am I supposed to admit?" Sergey moana with growing anger on him.

Moanna looked at Alvin, "NO WAY!" Moanna. "We've only been in contact once, is it that easy to grow?" Moanna said she had unknowingly admitted that she and Alvin had been in a married relationship. The people sitting in the room seemed to be holding back their laughter because of Moanna's foolishness in trying to dodge the accusations with a confession.

Kenzo shook his head slowly, "He willingly admitted it, instead" The man's inner self.

"It's not as complicated as I thought." Rei's mind was relieved that he no longer needed to look for hard evidence of the Moanna pregnancy that he and Kenzo had made up.

The two men who knew the truth of the incident could only smile in their hearts. Because if just a little bit of their lips move, Alvin will quickly realize it and all the plans they put together will be in vain. It was a pity that such a funny moment was not accompanied by their laughter.

"I-i mean.. " Moanna tried to explain what she meant. But damn, they had all heard the confession from his mouth straight away.

"You've already admitted it, so mama hopes you understand." Said the mother while holding Moanna's two arms still standing. "Mah..." Lirih.

"I'll take responsibility." Alvin cried until Moanna's bright brown eyes stared at him.

"Should I marry a man I just met?" Moanna Whine. "After all who will take care of this impromptu wedding? I'm so busy." He went on to look for reasons to deny Alvin accountability. Unbeknownst to him, Alvin has more than a hundred men ready to be deployed to do such a thing, including Rei and Kenzo.

"Give it all to me." Alvin said as he rose from his seat. "you just need to come to the venue without bringing anything." He then went to the exit followed by Rei and Kenzo.

"I DON'T WANT TO!" Moanna.

"I don't need your approval!" Alvin firmly with a sharp gaze that pierced Moanna's feelings. Yes after seeing Alvin's gaze just now, Moanna felt Alvin's true personality side, Evil and cruel.

That's how Moanna's feelings define Alvin's eye gaze. "Wouldn't you be wrong with your mother's decision to marry me to that man?" Moanna asked with eyes that began to turn red and shed tears.

The old woman stroked her daughter's hair. "Mama's sure he's the best man for you and your future baby." The wrinkled hand was now stroking Moanna's flat stomach.

After getting out of Moanna's house and getting into his car, Alvin immediately asked his two confidants to take care of all the needs of his marriage. "Are you seriously going to marry that woman?" Kenzo asked again to convince his master's decision.

"Is my face less serious?" Upset Alvin stared intently at the rearview mirror.

"He seems to want to kill someone right now." Kenzo muttered as he looked at his master, he could not stop thinking that Alvin would marry a new Doctor. It's because of him and Rei, isn't it?

"Well, when do you want the show to take place, Vin?" Rei's question cut Alvin's sharp gaze at Kenzo.

"Wednesday, I want the first Wednesday" Alvin replied without hesitation.

"Alright, that means five more days." Rei said after making a reminder on his tablet calendar.
