CHAPTER 8: Promising Business

Shameful sunshine came out from behind the clouds illuminating some medical personnel who were standing in the hospital parking lot waiting for the arrival of the main director to give the preface to them before leaving for Orlan as a volunteer. Leo stood near Cira holding a medium-sized suitcase containing his needs. While Cira, the woman was covering her face from the angry look that blinded her eyes. Even Cira occasionally looked at Leo who was enjoying the morning without interruption because the man was wearing a black hat on his head.

"Are you okay?" Rio's asking who saw Fio's appearance was different from people's. The nurse was wearing warm clothes to cover her neck. Not even a mask forgot to wear. Fio had the flu because yesterday he came home late at night splitting quite a heavy rain. This is what he received later.

"I'm fine. Tomorrow will be better." Answer Fio. Moanna who was standing not far from Fio then approached, "Do you need anything? Like tea or warm milk?" Moanna offers a hot drink to Fio because she happens to be going to the cafeteria to ask for an instant coffee.

"Hem, I can." Answer Fio. Moanna goes to the hospital cafeteria before Felix arrives. Because he was sure that the man would arrive late from the schedule that had been determined.

Less than twenty minutes Moanna was back. But Felix has not yet arrived to give a preface. Conscious people standing under the hot sun began to feel annoyed and cursing, even occasionally cursing their superiors. "It's warm milk for you." Moanna thrust a medium-sized cup at Fio.

"Thank you." Fio said then drank a little warm milk. After three times Fio sipped milk, Felix finally came along with Serena and the senior doctor who was sitting in a wheelchair.

"Are we not going now?" Ask Rio.

Felix looked at the origin of the voice then shook his head, "who said that? I'm just telling you to wait here not to leave!" Ketus Felix and then just leave. Not to forget he also looked cynically at Moanna before he finally walked away from the place.

People immediately rumbled to talk about the words given by Felix which contained only a thank you. Though if only it can be done at the airport when they are about to leave.

Serena who saw Felix staring at moanna like that then went along to do it. Staring while mocking Moanna who was his senior doctor.

Cira who caught the incident immediately approached Moanna. "Hey, why are they staring at you like that?" Ask.

Moanna smiled, "She followed the person walking in front of her." He said and was immediately understood by Cira.

"Hey, what if we wait in the cafeteria? Because lunch time's still about an hour away." Said Doctor Leo.

"All of us have lunch." Sahut Rio who is also a doctor. The five of them then entered the hospital to the cafeteria leaving a field filled with cars.

While in Orlan, Alvin was already with Rei who arrived in the city yesterday afternoon. After explaining what he knows about the city's casino boss to Alvin, Rei now arranges a meeting between Alvin and the casino boss Orlan who turns out not to be a native there, but an old man from Turkey.

Alvin stood on the balcony staring at the trees swaying in the wind. His mind suddenly returned to recall the main thing that was talked about during the meeting between the family heads. That is the desire of the Benvolio family to penetrate the drug business that is predicted to have a profit ten times that of liquor and even the casino.

But because of a car accident experienced by Marco and Alvin makes the old man lose his life. So that makes Alvin forced to go up to replace the father while finding out the mastermind behind the accident that he thought was unnatural.

"Wrong and true are with you. I have no right to judge a person's right and wrong just because of his habits. " Answer Rei.

Deg. Alvin's heart was touched by Rei's words. Does he have to change his habits? Returning to being a miserable child due to the loss of his father, or continuing his life as Signore? So if he changes everything he has lived now, will there be a change?

Time passed so quickly that it was not felt now Alvin was sitting waiting for the arrival of the king of the Casino in Orlan. After several times tasting his coffee, several men in neat suits came to his desk. "Good night, Alvin Fortino." Greet the man.

Alvin raised his eyes to look at the face of the man who had greeted him first then stood up. "Good night, Mr. Ilker Agha." Sapa Alvin while answering the hand of the old man from Turkey.

"Have you been waiting for me for a long time?" Ilker asked as he pulled up the chair in front of Alvin for him to sit on.

Alvin smiled, "i never wait for someone." The answer. "But because of you I'm willing to spend my time sitting here. " hereinafter. As a signore and the leader of every family, he should be the one who awaited his presence. This was his first time waiting.

Ilker Agha only laughed at the words of a man much younger than him. "I believe what you said, Mr. Fortino." Her speech. "What would you like to see me?"

Alvin who was sitting cross his legs now he lowered and brought his body closer to the table. "Just get to the point because I don't like pleasantries." Alvin has started his business. "I heard you invited my cousin to do business with you, but he refused and instead advised me" said Alvin and confirmed by Ilker.

Ilker smiled. " Of course you're interested because the benefits I'm giving you are quite promising." Timbal Ilker happy. "I'll give you ten times if you give me 1000 Euros as a start." the guy made an offer that made Alvin a little surprised by the multiples.

How not, developing a business in a place like this does not even guarantee abundant profits. But how can this man give such a large multiple?

Rei took out two papers with the agreement written on the business deal that happened that night. "Give me your signature here and take the paper as proof that this business has tied us up." Said Alvin who gave a paper containing his signature to be exchanged for the property of Ilker Agha.

Ilker Agha picked up the pen and scratched the paper as ordered by Alvin. "You're very careful." Said the man after he finished and exchanged the papers. Either the praise or ridicule that Ilker meant. What is clear is that now all have agreed and Rei also handed a suitcase containing 1000 Euros to the person beside Ilker.

"Everything's done, thank you for coming. Excuse me!" Pamit Alvin then left Ilker Agha with his men in a round table that still has some dishes containing food on it.

"Rei, I want to know more about Ilker Agha!" Alvin orders Rei when they both get into their car.
