The Marriage Business

The Marriage Business
TMB CHAPTER 6 - Emotional

Gretel immediately elbowed Ethel for bringing her in this strange situation.

"I expected her, she's just a crazy old woman!" pissed Gretel.

The girl came forward and approached the old woman called Madame Elouis. Gretel ruffled her waist there.

"Everybody will die too, don't use such a thing to frighten others including my stupid brother!" he added.

Ethel certainly did not accept hearing Gretel's words. "Don't call me stupid, Gree!"

"You've always believed in myths, if I don't, you'll be cheated!" reply Gretel.

"I'm still a lot better than you chasing after Hansel when you know he doesn't like you, that's part stupid!" Ethel still doesn't want to lose.

The two brothers were fighting there.

"At least I have more confidence in my life than you always hide under daddy's armpits!" gretel's insinuation is so striking.

"Gree.. you..." Ethel clenched both his hands.

It was getting hotter that made Madame Elouis laugh at the quarrel of the two brothers.

"You two are both selfish, if you're always like that then everything you're going to do must be a mess!"

"Gretel, you were always selfish for forcing Hansel to like you. Why don't you try to make her comfortable by your side?"

"Ethel. You're always afraid to do something because you're afraid to fail first. You're not like your daddy who's always confident. So, get rid of that fear and face it all..."

Because it was still hot, inexplicably Madame Elouis' words were very disturbing to both of them.

"SHUSH ON!!" ethel and Gretel shouted at the same time.

The two of them came out of the tent and were still in a state of emotion with each other.

A few minutes later, they woke up.

"Gree, did we mention a name?" ask Ethel.

"I don't think so but why..." Gretel swallowed his saliva.

They finally looked back and the tent was no longer there. Ethel and Gretel then looked at each other and....

"Frost...."

***

Today's events are so unexpected, Gretel still wonders who Madame Elouis really is.

"Is she a witch?" gretel's mind is goosebumps again.

Gretel, you were always selfish for forcing Hansel to like you. Why don't you try to make her comfortable by your side?

"What is it?" gretel muttered as she recalled the message from Madam Elouis.

That night, Gretel tries to welcome her husband home in another way. Gretel tries to prepare dinner by heating up the lasagna.

"One!"

"Two!"

"Three!"

"Four!"

"Five!"

Gretel counted in her heart with her eyes looking towards the door and right at the number five the door instantly opened.

Gretel's calculations are always accurate, Hansel comes home on time. I don't know at what time Hansel met his girlfriend but the man always came home at the same hour.

"My husband, have you eaten yet?" ask Gretel.

Hansel frowned because Gretel was not as naked as she usually was.

"It's good that he's conscious" Hansel said. The man did not respond to Gretel for wanting to clean up first.

However, without her guessing. Gretel precedes him and prepares his bath needs.

"My husband, what kind of scent do you want? Do you want to take a bath in a bathtub or a shower?" ask Gretel.

"I can do it myself, Gree!" Hansel tries to turn down Gretel's help as usual.

Gretel approaches her husband and tries to undress Hansel. "At least let me help you undress!"

"You look different today?" reprimand Hansel who can catch his wife's moody face. He knows how persistent Gretel is.

"Today I received the misfortune of Ethel" said Gretel, staring at her husband's face. "Some one of us is going to die!"

"Do you believe in such a thing?" asked Hansel while chuckling.

"I don't believe it and I'm not afraid to die just that I'm afraid I can't see you anymore" Gretel said.

For some reason Gretel became emotional, the girl's eyes glazed over. "I really like you, my husband. It's not just an obsession, it's all saying that I'm stupid but I can't get rid of this feeling for a long time!"

"Is it true that I didn't have a chance? Just give me a chance once, I won't force you to make another child!"
