Zillan did not ask Dania to order her secretary to give her medicine but Dania herself ordered her secretary and took her name.

After her secretary left, Zillan took her medicine and pulled out her phone and sent a message to Dania thanking her for asking her secretary to give her medicine.
Dania who received the message from Zillan just read it without avenging the message.
