Episode 19's

Since William didn't have much time he just greeted him and left the place, he walked with great strides towards his workplace. Because he stepped quickly he finally reached his workplace, there were some workers who had come and were clean. Since he did not want to disturb the other workers, he walked towards the kitchen through the back lane. When he was at the back door that was clearly open, he went inside and saw Widia's grandmother and Lia's sister cleaning the kitchen. William then took his uniform and began to help them both clean the kitchen, he began by removing the garbage collected by the two people. He took his trash out and put it in a big garbage can that was provided by uncle Willy, he returned with an empty trash can and when he arrived in the kitchen he put a trash can with a new base. Finished by changing the base he put the trash can back into its place all.

Finished with one job, he washed his hands first and then helped the dining room, finished by washing his hands he walked forward and right at the manager's desk and the waiter he saw uncle Willy was already there. He greeted her and immediately picked up a cleaning tool for the table and chair, he picked it up and started cleaning the table and chair. Because the restaurant has two floors, the officer who had to clean the place is divided into two and William who handles the first floor. Unconscious of the time as he focused on his work and finally finished by cleaning all the tables and chairs, he returned to the kitchen to wash his hands again and prepared to be ready as the restaurant was about to open. It was a Saturday on which the second floor of the restaurant was ordered by people from the upper and lower circles was the floor for people who did not book a place, while waiting for the restaurant to open he chatted with Lia's brother who was beside him.

“Kak... today who will come? I saw uncle Willy in front of the butler's table. Usually uncle Willy will be in the kitchen but today is in front... Is the guest this time very important?.” he asked.

“Eh...my friend? Hmm but who? I never told my friends about this restaurant and they didn't ask me where I worked.” he said.

The atmosphere around Lia began to tense up, because William did not want to ask questions to Lia sister he could just sit still and wait for the opening hours of the restaurant. Not long after the other chefs entered the kitchen, Brother Lia who saw the late chefs put on an angry face. The chefs who arrived late saw Brother Lia immediately run and change his clothes, finished changing their clothes they immediately lined up in their respective places while waiting for orders from Brother Lia. Since all the chefs had come, Lia moved out of her place and walked forward, she wanted to see her uncle Willy and make a report with him.

“William.. You came early in the morning. Because Lia did not scold you..” said a staff member there.

“I woke up at five o'clock in the morning Brother Nindy and I don't know what to do.. I was waiting. But is sister Nindy too late?” tanyakanya.

“What a coincidence yes. I have come from earlier. I was beside you when you came back here.. my duty is above so you don't meet me.” he replied.

Nindy is a chef who works at William's restaurant and worked there at the same time as William four years ago, just like William he also worked under the guidance of Lia's sister while others under the guidance of Willy's uncle. As two minutes left for the restaurant to open they kept their word and prepared to focus on work, two minutes passed and Lia returned with her uncle Willy to the kitchen. Brother Lia immediately ordered all the chefs to make the order that he received, William immediately brought the ingredients that had been prepared by Brother Lia this morning to the place where the chefs needed the ingredients. He also brought the tools needed by the chefs, the task he had today was the helpers of the chefs.

They began to cook orders for guests who came to the restaurant including uncle Willy also cooking, sister Lia also cooking because today's order is very much. One by one the cooking is ready and sister Lia tasting the cuisine, if it is fit then it will be ready to serve to guests if not already eating will be repeated or improved. Orders came back one by one from the people who came there, because many orders entered Lia told William to take some orders. William received the order and began to cook it, one by one finished and he put it on the finished food table. Brother Lia tasted the cuisine and handed it to the waiter to take, he was given a thumbs up by Brother Lia if the cuisine was right. William saw the praise of Lia's brother began to get excited and immediately made the next order.

“I must not disappoint the customers.” thought.

Time passed and daylight arrived. The guests were done with the meal and asked for dessert, because the task was done William changed the task to clean the dirty dishes that had been finished in use. He cleaned the dirty dishes with Widia's grandmother and another person who worked as a washer as well. Because he was used to the task being done and he rested for a while, he saw that Lia and Nindy's brother were making dessert with great focus. William who saw the work of the two men was amazed and wanted to be with them, Lia's brother who saw William was looking at him directly told him to take orders from the guests in front. William immediately got up and walked forward taking the order, arriving in front to pick up the order he saw his friend coming down from the stairs. He recognized her face and immediately took the order and walked away from the place, but someone saw her face and followed her.

“Eh instead of that William.. hey William. I'm here.” he said while shouting.

William ignored him and went straight into the kitchen and put his message into place, he arranged the order he received and put it into each place. She read and needed a sweet meal, she was confused by the order. Because he did not want to waste time he put the order to his sister Lia who was making cooking.

“This sak no order.. because confused with the order I put here yaa.” he said.

“Hm.. bring here.. Hmm.. this. huh.. alright. you can take care of this. just do it..” he replied.

“But I don't understand sis... What does that mean? I was afraid of making it wrong.” he said.

“Create a cake like yesterday, but now make a big, wet one instead of a small, dry one. You can't be” he said.

“Alright. but I have to buy the material.” he said.

“Go quickly.. here is very busy. and do not disturb others.” he said put on a serious face.
