They talked about subjects and stout practices, especially for Melody who was new to the world of pastry confusion. William felt sorry for his friend, the two asked Amelia something about something she had not learned. It seems that Amelia knows some information about the subjects that William does not yet know.

After he asks her to help Melody, Amelia also feels sorry for her new friend. Because it was too late they finally decided to go home, as usual Amelia always disappeared from the sight of the two of them.

William and Melody talked about a lot of things, including today, the first day Melody worked in the food field, she saw Melody who was still not ready for it. Then he intended to cheer him up, he said that today is still training so there is no need to hesitate to make mistakes.

"Relax, today it was me and Lia's sister who were watching the new boy.. Let's hope Lia's sister today is used to teaching new people.."

"What was Lia's sister like?"

"... Scary, even the person chosen by uncle Willy for his ability had to resign because of Lia's assertiveness, uncle Willy also used to get angry by Lia's brother.."

"But I saw him kind and cheerful.."

"That's the outside, so understand the circumstances and follow what the orders are.."

"Hehe, okay.. I'm ready."

They arrive in front of William's house, but Melody is told not to go home first because William wants to give her a notebook. He went into the house and went to get a notebook in his room, after which he brought the thick notebook out of the house.

William gave the thick notebook to Melody, his friend looked surprised because of the thick notebook. Slightly dirty cover but still good inside because William kept it tight, after which Melody tried to open it.

The first thing Melody saw was about the easy introduction of pastry ingredients until already, Melody read it on out of curiosity. But William woke him up and told him to read it at home, after which Melody said goodbye to him and went home.

Being happy to be able to help his friend to forget that he had to work as well, William immediately rushed to his workplace with the clothes he was wearing without replacing them. He sped his way up until he got ahead of Melody, seeing his friend walking while reading his book.

"Day heart, don't bump.."

Uncle Willy came in and ordered everyone to be ready, the restaurant opened and everyone was busy with their business. As usual, it was three o'clock, the hour in which the new workers entered. Brother Lia came to him and he realized, William was done with his work and invited Lia to the top.

While on top he saw uncle Willy sitting while preparing for training for the new workers, there were three people who had come including Melody who was sitting with Willy's food. There were only eight workers assigned above, all of whom chose Willy's food.

They both wait for everyone to come and see the kitchen, even though it is small but looks luxurious. William looked at the menu for the place, now that he saw only six menus where two drinks and four meals. He thought that his training was less stressful because the menu was a little, but he also thought about his friend as well.

Melody got the cashier position for now as there were already three Chefs and one person making her drink, whereas there were three maids ready. Every month Uncle Willy would evaluate the workers and every Sunday there would be a change of position, it was done while training so that Uncle Willy knew where the right position for his new workers.

After a few minutes everyone had come and sat down in the chair in front of his uncle Willy, William and brother Lia were also sitting in front of him. Uncle Willy began to explain how it worked and the rules about the place, after which his uncle told the new workers to go to their respective positions.

The first test that Uncle Willy did was to the servants to know how they were serving the guests, the three new servants were told to serve each table. Thus Willy's uncles Lia and William sat at their respective desks separately.

Uncle Willy started it and the new servants went to the three examiners, as the waiters usually gave the menu book and asked the guests for orders. After getting their order answered back to the kitchen and telling the chef to make the order real, the three judges began to give value to the person who served him earlier.

After waiting for the order to finally be finished, the servants took the order to the guest table and placed it on the table. After it was assessed again, Willy's uncle told the two of them to eat it and judged it. After the meal they judge him again for his chef this time, for cashier uncle Willy tells sister Lia to judge him.

The exercise lasted an hour, after which Willy's uncle sent everyone back to their seats and showed them the results of their training. The first person to show the results of his appraiser was William, he looked at his person with a firm look.

"For you, sorry.. I won't call you by name first because it's still in practice so you can focus on work.. It helps you not to be distracted with your surroundings, for the appraiser is good enough.. But, it seems like uncle Willy and brother Lia also have the same appraiser to the servant who serves them.. Although this is a cafe, but still to always ask if the guests need something while waiting for their order to come.. That's all.."

After that judgment from uncle Willy, no different from William's but there are still some that need to be justified. After it was Lia's turn about the appraiser, William immediately broke into a cold sweat and unintentionally looked towards Melody. He nodded his head as if he wanted to tell his friend something, but Melody did not understand.

William just resigned and prepared mentally, two had told the matter to Melody and he hoped his friend was ready to receive words from Lia's sister. The appraiser began and Lia's words came out, as William had expected. Sister Lia was very strict with her servant even the three servants, who should understand about the servant is William.

But it seems like sister Lia noticed him while working as a guest servant, the new workers fell silent and felt cornered by the words of sister Lia. After that it was the chefs turn, this time William did not come because they both understood more than him.

'May these new workers not run away.. But Melody won't be that easy to give up.'
