14. Packing Productions

The two men who were still in line and sitting in front of me were in the race to spend the most pizza with slices of equal width. I couldn't help but laugh at how their faces looked as they struggled to chew and swallow quickly to become winners.

"Ha,,,ha,ha, I won!" Rushqi laughed exclaims after having just swallowed his last chew.

"Huh,, huh...!!" I laugh like Rush.

It was beyond expectations. Denis, who I thought would be faster to finish a slice of pizza than Rush, turned out to be unable to do it again and stopped for a drink.

"Huh, huh...! Bang Denis, your stomach is full of wine and oranges!"

"Heah.. Yes, Ling. My stomach is too flat and six pack, not fit to eat much. Unlike Rushqi, his stomach is sagging!" Denis chimed in on me and ignored Rush's sharp turn.

"You dare to challenge again?" ask Rush to look down on Denis.

"Six pack belly race, dare?! Our jury's ling, "challenged Denis to the man next to him. Denis looked at me intently. Rush fell silent, his fixed eyes glancing at me for a moment.

I took another slice of pizza and a glass of water. Feel clumsy if they really fight flat stomachs. Who is willing to be a judge... I am not going to.. Telling the Denis..

Apparently the man was hungry. His hands clamped the pizza slices back out of the box and ate them straight away quickly. Like mocked Denis who is no longer able to with the rest of the slices of pizza that has been placed.

"So you keep calling me bang, huh Ling?" ask Denis with disappointment. Denis wants me to call a mas like Rush if he wins a pizza.

"Yes, that. You're gonna lose, Den..!" Rush spoke fiercely to Denis.

"Yes sometimes if I forget, also I call mas, kayak earlier," I replied mediating. Aware often forget to mention Denis with mas.

"But you lose, you lose, Den. Don't forget, pick me up every day for a week" Rush said to Denis, who was sneering at him.

The hungry-looking Rush took the food seriously on the plate. With the menu that has been prepared by Bu Yanti dzuhur earlier.

Denis absolutely refuses to take heavy meals at the dinner table like Rush. However, his mouth continued to leave the longan that from the terrace brought him here. Denis is really a fruit ant.

True joy, but we may be evil. There was not a single QC whose lips did not smile this morning. The news that miss Yong did not enter due to illness, is an encouragement to our work today.

Especially for QC who stay in the office lab. Those who are like imprisoned every day, feel free for a moment from the shackles that chain. The work place is like in an aquarium, momentarily turned into a field ground this morning. The usual quiet atmosphere was quiet, turning into a supermarket this time.

Because, uh, there's no surveillance cameras in here..

As usual, ita me and mbak are QC fields. Hard workers who are also required to be assertive, even without a heart if forced at some point required.

The main observation on Monday morning was to check the cleanliness of the area and fill in the clean room data record area.

Filling data clean room area in each packing machine just finished when instant noodles began to emerge from the conveyor back end in each machine and line.

Seven back end machines branching out into fourteen packing machines, only a QC man is on guard. I am one person.

I let it flow like water and try to calm down not to worry. From one line to the next that takes a long time.

If there are any errors beyond the specification and QC will, just make a high light along with a warning letter to the line leader as well as the supervisor.

If the defect is exceptional and impossible to cover, QC will issue another letter on hold. For example, like the case of the wrong seasoning supervisor Andrew that night. Which led to his resignation.

And on hold this is the specter of QC that is very disliked by supervisors in packing. Although on hold is very rare, but this is a threat that undermines the work comfort of supervisors in production.

It's not my fault that it's slow to inspire or release prodak. Of course, the responsibility is shared. Between the supervisor, the leader, the entire operator and myself. The main task of QC is to ensure. Confirm the certainty of everything.

Just one mistake in QC, a shortage of team personnel in the field.

"Morning entry??" the sudden voice of the man surprised me.

I straightened my back from a little bending over. I was writing the inspection prodak results when the man rebuked me. What turned out was Rush, rather Errushqi's supervisor. As written on the name tag he put on the chest.

"Yes," I answered briefly and subtly.

Rush no longer looked, the man walked away from my desk. I understand so well, there should be no useless conversation in the production area. Surveillance cameras in the packing area are always on full standby.

Unlike the back end where there is no cctv. But the two supervisors in the back end are incomparable. While on packing, there is almost never a scene of cursing and cursing. Supervisors in this area are quite protective. And ready to back up if there are errors or problems with the operator and product.

"Cats,,,!!!" I shouted shrillly at the leader line guarding the packing machine I was missing. She's older than me, but I'll just call her a name.

"Why??!" tanyanya exclaimed not to like. The operator and leader line in packing is arrogant, feeling backed up by the boss.

"Is your bundle sealer not hot?! You didn't check??!! Look at! Not worth it!!" I shouted hard at the Indramayu girl.

Because Indri did not respond too much and also did not approach, I swung for a while and then I threw a bundle of noodles towards his face quickly. And Indri caught him swiftly.

"It's almost a pallet, are you sleeping?! This way this way, the problem machine doesn't know!! On Hold,,,?!!" tanyaku exclaimed at Indri who now looks pale face. Although wearing a mask, but I memorized Indri's facial expression.

"Oooii,,!!! Stop engines..!!!" indri exclaims to discuss with the guarding machine operator.

The packing machine that merges with the bundle sealer stops and dies completely instantly. Noodle cake aka naked noodles that come out directly from the back end, forced to be accommodated in temporary barrels. Indri has darted to the back end to be fast-paced on Bang Farug, the back end leader.

The automatic noodle printing machine will be turned off by him. Only steamer noodles and fryer noodles that continue to run to spend the noodle products that have been made.

"This machine is not damaged.. But it's not hot yet you've operated it. The engine part should be coming very early,,!!" as a technician who was invited by Aminah, senior supervisor, to repair a machine that was considered problematic.

Of course I don't care about this. I went back to monitoring other things I hadn't seen and confirmed in the machine.

Only one thing is certain, I took a carton of noodles on a pallet as proof of my defect and high light this morning. But there was no intention of me to hold a pallet with a lot of cardboard containing bundles of noodles that were not too sticky and very vulnerable to open.

About a palette with this defect I'm forgiving of. But with a note, I published a high light with a warning letter that I made for this defect without me including the letter on hold.

While handling the defect that has been a lot in the cardboard in the pallet, the supervisor will invite me to talk for safe, appropriate and best preventive measures to apply.
