The Rewrite Our Destiny
Chapters 13. Kun Maak

True Ily guess that night in the hospital makes Ily preoccupied with emergency patients. Until the time shows at nine o'clock at night, Ily returns to her room with her faithful sister Gaby following.

Ily threw the body in her soft work chair. His shoulders had slumped signifying this day was so exhausting. "I'm gonna grab a drink, Doc. Do doctors want mineral water, too? Let's just say," bargain with Sister Gaby who is now ready to go out again.

Ily nodded. "Yes, Sus. I'm asking for help, yes" said Ily sounding tired.

Sister Gaby agreed and rushed out of the room. After Sister Gaby left, Ily straightened her back and looked for the whereabouts of the cell phone that had been lying on the table since noon.

When the lock screen opens, there are no pesna or calls from Pandu. Ily breathed a rough sigh. Could it be that Pandu was still angry with her because of the incident this morning?

Ily put the phone back down without intending to contact Pandu. He wants to calm down for a moment from the demands of work and the demands of the relationship with Pandu.

His head back Ily rested on the shoulder of the chair and closed his eyes. It was so comfortable that Ily unconsciously fell asleep for a while.

Ily opened her eyes again when she heard the creaking of the door of her room. Sister Gaby just came back after going out to buy drinking water and ... Some food in a crackle bag.

"Eh! I'm sorry, I'm bothering you, Doc," sister Gaby said.

Ily shook her head and smiled faintly. "No, Sus. I am thankful that I was awakened. I can sleep here if you don't come in" said Ily.

"This, Doc. Mineral water and Betawi soto are for doctors," said sister Gaby while offering a bottle of water and a bag of crackles.

"Thank you, Sus. So how much is this?" asked Ily while sipping her cold mineral water.

"No need, Doc. Today I want to practice Doctor," Sister Gaby replied with a meaningful smile.

Ily's probing gaze cast with squinting eyes. "What is this for, Sus? Do you have a new boyfriend?" ask Ily to guess.

Sister Gaby looked down timidly and Ily knew the answer right away without needing to hear it directly from Sister Gaby.

"Congratulations, Sus. May we get to the marriage stage and get old together," said Ily again pray.

"Thank you for the deal, too" continued Ily, who was soon adopted by sister Gaby.

After the wkstu showed at nine o'clock past thirty minutes, Ily said goodbye to sister Gaby to go home. Ily also asked the nurse who became his assistant to go home. They both have to go back to work tomorrow.

The two walked together and separated in the parking lot because they brought their respective vehicles.

Ily patted the eel when she realized that she was not carrying a car or motorcycle.

"Why am I so careless," monologue Ily cursed to herself.

When Ily turned to the place where Sister Gaby passed, it turned out that her assistant had run the motorbike and exited the parking area.

Ily rubbed her face rough then took her phone to look for an online taxi. However, it seems like today is the Ily's most unlucky day. No taxi will take Ily to the hospital because it is past nine.

According to the story Ily heard, online dirvers had experienced mystical events when receiving orders at the hospital meeting point at eleven. Finally, all drivers agreed not to receive orders from hospitals above nine.

"Should I walk? Oh God. Why is this day so unlucky," Ily grumbled as she descended the steps.

Ily pulled over and let the car go first. However, the car instead of driving stopped beside where Ily was standing.

Ily banished the glare light that entered her retina. As if aware of the blinding car lights, the car owner immediately turned it off. Not long after, the car's glass opened and Bayu's head gawked from there.

Ily was shocked to the point of jumping. The quiet and dark conditions make the atmosphere feel creepy.

"Good, Doc! I'm shocked at this, you see," Ily annoyed as she held onto her chest.

Bayu chuckles slowly. "I'm sorry. Why walk? Didn't you laugh at the car?" ask Bayu who now looks out of the car.

"Why walk?" asked Bayu again because Ily had been silent since then and caused curiosity in his heart.

"I didn't bring a car. I was escorted by Pandu here again," replied Ily gave an excuse.

Bayu squealing slowly. "He drove you and forgot to pick you up? What kind of man is he," pouty Bayu without hesitation.

"It doesn't matter to me. Because today Pandu is attending the wedding of one of his business partners. I don't want to interrupt the timing" explained Ily who was heard defending Pandu. It's always like that when Bayu starts commenting on Ily's lover.

"Just keep on defending. You have entered the stage of falling in love is not normal. People today often refer to it as Bucin," upset Bayu who does not affect the feelings of Ily at all.

"Leave it. This is my life!" annoyed Ily who immediately walked back leaving Bayu who was still gawking.

"Cally! Waitaminute! Let me drive you home!" shouted Bayu who was ignored by Ily.

"Be careful up ahead there are ghosts wandering around. At hours like this they come out in dark places!" pekik Bayu tried to make Ily stop stepping and it worked.

'Yes! Finally I succeeded, ' Inner Bayu then walked closer to Ily who had not gone too far.

He hurriedly pulled Ily's arm and carried her into the car. Ily seemed to not accept and wanted to protest. However, Bayu's voice again sounded and managed to make the fine fur on Ily's body bristle.

"Don't you dare walk your own way through the jasmine alley. On nights that are more than nine o'clock, there likes the smell of pungent jasmine flowers. And it is said that it was kuntilanak who was going around looking for prey" whispered Bayu.

Ily according to him and went straight into Bayu's car. After Bayu also entered, Ily turned her head to look at Bayu's side profile.

"So far, whose prey is Kun's mother? Is it baby sister?" ask Ily curiously.

Bayu raised one eyebrow. "No. But he's just a prank" whispered Bayu then giggled amusedly.

Ily who felt lied to directly hit Bayu's arm tight. "Gee! What the fuck. I've been so serious about listening. But, thank you for dropping off," said Ily in the end resigned.

That's better than Ily having to walk three kilo meters. "It's not all free" said Bayu who started running his car.

"Pay how? I pay," said Ily lightly.

"Pay wear feelings can't you?" ask Bayu who made Ily finally silenced.
