Ily flinched from the daydream when she heard the door of her room being knocked from outside. Not long after, the chief doctor Bayu seemed to pop out from behind the door complete with his distinctive cengirns.

Bayu chuckled softly then appeared fully but remained in a position in the doorway. "Lunch outside yuk? Singles right?" ask Bayu who sounds like a prank to Ily.

Ily let out a rough sigh then sat up with her chin on. "I was lazy to come out. Later let sister Gaby just buy it as usual," replied Ily refused subtly.

Bayu now breezed in after hearing the rejection sentence from Ily. "Don't want if later Ily told the sisters to buy food," said Bayu while approaching Gaby sister who was still sitting neatly in her chair.

Ily wanted to answer but the elevator door was already open. He came out first and turned to look at Bayu.

"Can't you talk about him again? Or I'll just cancel our lunch?" threaten Ily not fooling around.

Ily immediately brushed off her hand held suddenly by Bayu. "No need to hold-hold can not anyway? Wonderful," Ily's annoyed.

Again Bayu muttered sorry and let Ily walk first. When he arrived at the canteen, Bayu immediately acted to order food.

"What do you want to eat, Ly?" ask Bayu who is ready with a pen and notebook in his hand.

"I'm coming as usual, Bay. I'm an all-eater" replied Ily, handing over her lunch to Bayu.

Bayu only sighed then immediately passed from before Ily. Not long after, Bayu came back with two rice dishes.

Ily magut-magut when looking at the contents of the two dishes that Bayu brought. "Gee. This is a favorite food, Bay," said Ily sumringah.

Bayu smiled widely. "Eat, Ly. This is sambalnya but do not eat much," said Bayu while thrusting a mini plastic containing a red sauce.

"I still love myself. So, I'll eat to my ability" replied Ily who has now spilled half of the chili on the plastic.

Without the two of them noticing, there was a pair of eyes that were staring at them with a gaze full of wounds.
