Chapter 4. Again

"Alright," said Renita lethargic.

Renita wants to be angry. But he has no right to do that. Indeed, the consequences are only friends for Pandu.

The car that Renita was riding in had actually reached the parking lot of Pandu company. However, hearing Pandu's ban for not coming, Renita can what?

From the back seat where Renita was sitting, she could see the figure of Ily coming out of her luxury car. Renita smiled wryly looking at him. "It's funny to see myself as a stunt double" monologue Renita is hurt.

"Return, sir, like the initial address" Renita told the taxi driver.

Days change. Ily and Pandu have agreed to go on vacation today. However, when the car is both about to go, Ily suddenly gets a call from the hospital telling her to deal with emergency patients.

"Hello? What's up, Sus?" asked Ily when the phone had been connected while glancing at Pandu who was next to him precisely on the steering wheel.

"Alright, Sus. I'll be there soon" said Ily again after hearing Sister Gaby's reply across the street. The call was interrupted and Ily looked at Pandu who was now staring at him with a flat face.

"Why?" ask Pandu with a face that restrains annoyance.

Ily rubbed her face rough. "I'm sorry, Ndu. Looks like our vacation has to be postponed. There are patients who need me" Ily explained with great caution.

Brakes.

The stretcher hit the handle of the steering wheel rough enough to make Ily surprised to hold his chest. Ily had never seen Pandu this angry.

"N-n-du? I beg you to forgive me" said Ily stammered, terrified.

Huh.

The guide exhaled and took his breath several times. The shadow of a beautiful day with Ily disappeared already when Ily again put her work first.

"Go away," said Pandu briefly without bothering to look over. Surely after successfully suppressing his anger strongly.

"I'm sorry, Ndu. Maybe next time we can go" Ily said again before actually getting out of Pandu's car.

Pandu's eyes continued to look in the direction where Ily disappeared after boarding his car. Pandu stared at his office building which looked towering. It seems, he better work for today.

Although many praised her relationship with Ily so much, it did not really make Ily understand her wishes.

Drrt ..

Pandu's daydream flinched when he heard a long ringing on his phone. When looking at the flat screen, Renita's name was plastered there. Pandu sighed softly, could not be denied if the figure of Renita influential in his life.

"Hello?" sapa Pandu is not powered.

"Hello, Ndu. You're going on vacation with Ily?" ask Renita across there.

Pandu sighed harshly. "Next time I'll go. Ily there is a sudden job," replied Pandu did not want to cover.

"You're going to the office, right? I'm going to your office, okay? maybe you need a chatter buddy" Renita said expectantly, across the street.

Pandu thought for a moment. Having Renita in the office is not a bad thing. "Come here" replied Pandu.

Renita smiled happily across there. He was sure, not how long Pandu would be crushed on him.

Elsewhere, Ily is struggling to save a woman with end-stage brain cancer. His condition was already very weak with the number of medical devices attached to his body.

"We're trying once again, Sus," Ily said when her first experiment failed to lure the patient's heartbeat back to the beat.

However, after Ily attached the device for three times, the patient's heart rate was not heard. This is further amplified by the sound of the ECG machine that sounds loud, indicating the patient has given up.

Ily closed her eyes tightly. He failed to save someone's life. Ily cried as she watched her family members scream hysterically.

There was a sense of pain in his heart when he witnessed the death of someone and the cries of those around him.

"Dok. We've done our best. Everything is in accordance with God's will" said Bayu doctor who also takes care of patients.

"Yes, Doc. Everything is in line," said sister Gaby to calm down.

After the body was covered with cloth, Ily and doctor Bayu paid off first. While sister Gaby and sister assistant Bayu, had to wait for the body to be taken to the morgue.

Ily requested that Gaby's sister give the family a little time to grieve before the body was cremated.
