CHAPTER 5 LOVE BEGINS TO SPROUT

Man Se walked out of the building with a big smile. This afternoon he was going to have lunch with Min Hyuk. But someone was seen running behind him, a beautiful woman wearing a beige blazer.

"Man Se... You really are Oh Man Se right?" ask the woman.

Man Se who felt his name being called immediately turned his head. The woman's face was cheerful, even with Man Se who was initially a bit surprised.

"Myung En" said Man Se.

The two of them laughed with excitement and hugged each other.

"You work here?" ask Myung En.

"I'm just replacing someone, not a regular job anyway" Man Se explained.

"You're the Kang family's adopted son, so they didn't give you a regular job here?" ask Myung En.

Man Se shook his head.

"I don't want to owe them too much" said Man Se.

"You? Why is it here?" search Man Se.

Myung En smiled at her smile.

"I just had a job interview here and got accepted" Myung En replied.

"Congratulations, yes" said Man Se.

"At least I get to meet Oppa Seo Woo every day," Myung En continued bashfully.

Man Se smiled at Myung En's words. She knows Myung En has been interested in Seo Woo since High School because Seo Woo used to be their upperclassman.

They both came out of the building together. A car stopped right in front of Man Se. Someone opened the car window. Min Hyuk was already inside. Looking at Min Hyuk, Man Se smiled, while Myung En gawked at Min Hyuk.

"Geez, is that Min Hyuk's sister?" myung En was amazed.

Man Se smiled. Min Hyuk honked the car horn.

"I go first yes" said Man Se.

Myung En was still gawking fascinated by Min Hyuk. Man Se got into the car and they immediately drove off.

"Where are we?" ask Man Se.

"To the market first, then to my apartment" Min Hyuk replied.

Man Se raised his eyebrows to hear his brother's answer.

"Markets?" man Se asked as if unsure.

"Search what?" continued Man Se.

Min Hyuk smiled looking at Man Se curiously.

"I made a new recipe, I want to practice it" explained Min Hyuk.

"Great," praised Man Se.

Their car was driven to a traditional market. Man Se and Min Hyuk walked together while holding hands. There is a spark of happiness in them.

Min Hyuk started to pick the ingredients. They will cook fresh meat today, then choose organic vegetables. Every now and then Min Hyuk explained any fresh vegetables and good meat quality. Sometimes ask Man Se for an opinion.

Man Se knows, Min Hyuk has a hobby of cooking. Min Hyuk's dream all along was to open his own restaurant, but since he had to shoulder the responsibility of being the heir to the Kang Group, he couldn't carelessly decide on his own career.

Finally, after college, Min Hyuk had a lot to learn about running a business, and now he's CEO. Min Hyuk became independent, successful, and tough as in front of Man Se now. Man Se smiled seeing Min Hyuk so excited today.

Man Se put an apron on Min Hyuk, then sat sweetly while drinking coffee at the dinner table. He saw the figure of Min Hyuk who was washing vegetables and began to cut meat, he looked charming. Man Se thought Min Hyuk was indeed a reliable figure in every way. Feeling looked at by Man Se, Min Hyuk turned his head and smiled.

"Man Se," Min Hyuk calls Man Se out of his daydream.

"Aaah, yes," Man Se replied understandingly then picked up the item that Min Hyuk had requested.

Chef Min Hyuk's cooking was soon completed. Min Hyuk served it on a plate and they started eating. Man Se smiled happily

"Enak," praised Man Se after tasting the food Min Hyuk served.

Min Hyuk smiled widely.

"Other times come with me, there's something I want to show you" Min Hyuk said.

Man Se was curious.

"What's that?" ask Man Se.

"You'll find out later," Min Hyuk replied making Man Se even more curious.

After finishing eating Man Se washes dishes, while Min Hyuk stands while enjoying a canned drink on the balcony of the apartment. The man looked out over the expanse of Seoul during the day.

Finished cleaning, Man Se walked over to Min Hyuk. He saw the tight-fitting backs of Min Hyuk and the field. It felt like Man Se wanted to embrace that male figure. Min Hyuk looked over and smiled. The hand of Man Se.

"Is this a dream or is it real? You can be free to love and be loved by you. Or is it just a mirage that gives the illusion?" ask Man Se.

Min Hyuk smiled. He looked at Man Se's eyes deeply as if asking Man Se to see for himself the seriousness of the speech he was going to say.

"Man Se. .. This is not a mirage. I hope you will be my wife, and mother to my children. I want to age with you" Min Hyuk replied reassuring Man Se.

Man Se looked deeply into Min Hyuk's face.

"What about Mom and Dad? Do they know your decision?" ask Man Se.

Min Hyuk let out a long breath.

"I'll tell them as soon as possible" Min Hyuk replied.

Man Se smiled then nodded his head. Suddenly Min Hyuk's device rang. Min Hyuk was surprised and Man Se smiled amusedly. Min Hyuk picked up his phone.

"Yes, I'll be there soon."

It was only Min Hyuk's answer after listening to the explanation of the person who spoke on the phone.

"Who?" ask Man Se.

"Secretary Park," Min Hyuk replied. "I'll take you back to the office yes, I'll have a meeting with someone" he continued.

Man Se understood then let go of his hand grip. Min Hyuk held Man Se's cheeks with both hands, then kissed Man Se's forehead. Today Man Se is feeling very happy

Elsewhere, Park's secretary is with someone, sitting in a cafe. The man had a thin mustache and wore glasses. He is Detective Ahn hired by Min Hyuk to investigate the factory fire case. Before long they waited, Min Hyuk came and approached. Both stood up and bowed respectfully. Min Hyuk gestured for them to sit down.

"How's Detective Master doing?" ask Min Hyuk.

Detective Ahn took out a pen from the pocket in his shirt.

"The fire department chief who handled the fire case can already be found. He stopped working shortly after the incident. He even moved house and worked as a seller of fried chicken and drinks in the suburbs. I managed to convince him to testify later and give him some money.
