7. A Party

Siyyara is surprised by Tristan's whereabouts, Siyyara has no idea that Tristan is Gallen's younger brother.

At the sight of the wounded look that Tristan showed her, Siyyara lowered her head and clasped Gallen's hand even more. Siyyara only realized the names of the Gallen and Tristan surnames are the same, and how stupid he was because he had not realized it all along.

"Siyya, what's wrong with you?" Ask Gallen gently.

Siyyara shook her head slowly, while stealing a glance towards Tristan. Siyyara is not happy with Tristan because Siyyara knows that Tristan loves her very much.

"Sir Gallen, you better open this event quickly, they're all waiting for the presence of Mr. Gallen from now on." Tristan tries to divert Siyyara's nervousness.

"Would you bring your sister's lover to sit there, he will be tired if he continues to stand using high heels."

"You're right, Tristan."

"Siyyara let me take you to sit there," said Gallen with his fingers Siyyara, to make it more convincing if they have a relationship.

Siyyara nodded again in silence. Gallen was astonished by Siyyara's silence, as Siyyara would usually babble here and there making her ears ring, but today she just looked down silently, as if she was avoiding someone.

Gallen was quite curious, but he didn't want to know, because Siyyara was just his lie lover, nothing more.

"Sir, I-I want to go to the toilet for a while" Siyyara told Gallen.

Gallen was surprised by Siyyara's new call calling her with Sister's call. Usually Siyyara will call him by name only without the frills of Brother.

"Do I need to take you to show you where the toilet is?" Ask Gallen.

"Ah, no need brother. I can do it myself" said Siyyara with a thin smile.

"Okay, I'll wait here."

Siyyara nodded in response.

Gallen immediately headed to the center of the crowd and held Mic to raise his voice.

"Good night everyone, I say thank you all for taking the time to be present at this party."

"Oh my God, I didn't think Tristan was here, and he turned out to be Gallen's sister." Siyyara bit her fingernails.

"Gallen also announced to everyone that I was his girlfriend. It seems after this my life will be very difficult."

"It's all because of Gallen. If only that man hadn't shown up in my life, my life would have been quiet."

Siyyara mirrored, Siyyara looked at her appearance wistfully.

"This was the first dress I wore, no one had given me a dress before. Maybe if Mommy was still around, she'd make me like a girl in general." Unknowingly Siyyara's tears fell on her cheeks.

"Siyya misses Mommy, Siyya will not forgive the person who made Mommy leave Siyya." Siyyara vented her sadness in the toilet. When her grief is over, Siyyara decides to return to the party.

But again Siyyara had to meet with someone she wanted to avoid, who else if not Tristan.

While Gallen was busy with his speech, Tristan immediately searched for Siyyara, Tristan wanted to hear an explanation directly from Siyyara.

Tristan walked towards the toilet, but Tristan did not enter the toilet area. Tristan was just waiting for Siyyara in the passageway that connects to the toilet.

"Silly!" Call Tristan.

"What?" Siyyara asked in a crisp tone.

"When do you know Mr Gallen?"

Siyyara closed her eyes for a moment before answering Tristan's question.

"Just ask Gallen himself. I have to come back soon," said Siyyara, eager to escape from Tristan.

"Wait!" Tristan stops Siyyara by blocking Siyyara's arm.

"Take me off, Tristan. Brother Gallen will look for me if I don't come back soon."

"No, before you answer honestly, I won't let you go."

"REMOVE!" Siyyara jerked Tristan's hand firmly until Tristan's hand was removed from his arm.

"What will you get when you hear my answer? Hasn't Gallen been calling for a reality? Why do you not accept that fact?" Siyyara raised her tone, as Siyyara wanted to make Tristan aware that Siyyara did not have any feelings for him.

"I love you, Siyya! My heart aches when I know that you and my brother have a relationship. Didn't you think of me at all Siyya?"

"Even you once said that you don't want to have a relationship with any man because you don't believe in LOVE. Then have you now opened your heart to my brother?" Tristan.

"YES!" Siyyara replied slowly but the sentence was pressed down on Siyyara, so it was very clear in Tristan's ears.

"Hopefully happy, I'll be happy if you and Mr. Gallen are happy. And I hope you understand Gallen's busy life, Siyya."

Tristan smiled his wounded smile at Siyyara. Without saying anything, Tristan immediately turned his back and left Siyyara.

"Tristan wait!"

Tristan responded by stopping his footsteps.

"W-can we still be friends?" Siyyara asked doubtfully.

"Yes," Tristan replied briefly and concisely.

"Tristan, sorry." Siyyara muttered softly, but it could still be heard by Tristan.

Gallen was still making a long speech, as Gallen had ended his speech, all bustling with applause from the invited guests.

Gallen searches for the whereabouts of Siyyara and Tristan, somehow Gallen feels awkward when Tristan meets Siyyara.

"Do Tristan and Siyyara know each other? It could have been, because Siyyara was attending the same school as Tristan" Gallen murmured.

"But if they knew each other, why did Tristan behave like he didn't know Siyyara? What's all that for?"

Gallen tries to shake off his bad thoughts, and searches for Siyyara's whereabouts. Gallen did not want anything to happen to Siyyara because Alvian himself asked him to look after Siyyara as long as Alvian was on duty.

Shortly afterwards, Gallen saw Tristan sitting pensively alone in the seat at the very end.

Gallen approached Tristan and patted him on the shoulder slowly.

"What's up, Tristan?" Ask Gallen.

"Ah, no brother. I was just thinking about Mama, Mama must be lonely at home."

"You're right, but you don't usually think to yourself just because you think of Mama.  Tell me honestly, what makes you like this?" Ask Gallen in a firm tone.

Tristan remained silent, she did not want her brother to know about her feelings for Siyyara at this time.

"No, sis. I said right. I want Mama's condition to improve immediately so that Mama can accompany her brother when there is an important event like this," said Tristan.

"Sister wants the same thing as you, too" Gallen exclaimed.

"Did you see Siyyara?" Ask Gallen suddenly.

"No, sis. Maybe he's still in the toilet" Tristan replied. And within a day Tristan had lied to her brother twice. This has never been done by Tristan before.

Gallen mangosteen understands.

"I'll look for Siyyara for a minute."

"Yes, brother."

Siyyara decides to exit the hotel hall without Gallen's knowledge, because Siyyara feels that if he continues to be there, Siyyara will get into new trouble later.

Siyyara kept walking away from the party crowd, and finally Siyyara stopped at a park next to the Golden Globes. The park was very quiet and dim, Siyyara decided to sit on the park bench. Because all Siyyara needed right now was calmness.

"What can be expected from LOVE? LOVE can only make a friendship broken. So sucks!" Siyyara.

"Love is also what makes you in this world" replied someone who suddenly came. And Siyyara knew the man from his voice.

The man drew closer until finally the man's face was clearly visible in front of Siyyara.

"Why are you here? You shouldn't be here. You'd better go back to your party" said Siyyara judes.

"I'm looking for you because I'm reminded of Alvian's message."

"Alvian again, Alvian again. What did Alvian do that he left me to you, huh? I can take care of myself. I sent him a message, if in 30 minutes he doesn't pick me up, then I won't go home" Siyyara said.

"That's great. You shouldn't go home when you have no one at all. Since Alvian had told me that he was in Tokyo, so he left you to me."

"I don't believe you. How could Alvian go to Tokyo without telling myself? I know Alvian, he won't leave me with a man like you" Siyyara said.

Siyyara's phone suddenly rang, and on the screen the name of her brother, Alvian. Immediately, Siyyara shifted the green button on her phone screen.

"Hello, sis."

"Siyya, sorry big brother can't pick you up, big brother is currently in Japan because there is an important business that you have to finish. I hope you can be nice to Gallen, and don't go out of the house other than school, you understand?"

"But, brother....."

"Alright, sister close the call. See you this weekend, brother loves you."

Siyyara stared at her phone with a blank look.

"What?"

"Have heard directly from Alvian, right? Now, come with me back to the party."

"No! I'm going home, and don't stop me."

"Hey, listen to me. What do you want to go home? At this hour, there will be no taxis. And the distance of this place with your house is 30 KM. So, don't make trouble. COME INSIDE!" Bent Gallen.

"Again, if Alvian hadn't been my best friend, I wouldn't have kept a spoiled and troublesome girl like you." Gallen's sentence makes Siyyara's emotions peak.

"YOU! Get out of front of me now! I don't want to see you again!" Shouted Siyyara.

Siyyara stood up from the park bench and walked to the highway to return home. Siyyara did not care if she had to go home on foot. Siyyara will prove to Gallen that she is not a troublesome girl as Gallen said.

"Wait on! Where are you going? It's not good for a girl to wander around in the middle of the night" Gallen said, trying to prevent Siyyara's departure.

"Don't stop me! And don't follow me!" Said Siyyara again with anger that had still not subsided in his heart.

Gallen only looked at Siyyara's departure with a hard-to-read look.
