THE SINFUL BONDAGE OF MAFIA PRINCESS

THE SINFUL BONDAGE OF MAFIA PRINCESS
017. FOOLISH ACT

Savero entered his home after deciding to go home. Though today he plans to stay at the hotel but somehow he decided to return when the day before night.

The exact same is the time of dinner. He immediately walked into the dining room where Donzello and Ruella were enjoying their dinner. Both of them saw the presence of the man.

"You home? Didn't you say you were going home tomorrow?" Donzello asked Savero who hurried to the dining table where he used to sit.

Savero put the handbag from a bakery towards Ruella. But the bakery was not Pasticceria Martesana, a place that belonged to the Flavian family.

"You're not going to the bakery, are you? That's why I came home to buy it." Said Savero after holding a spoon and about to eat.

Ruella looked in wonder at Savero. It was not because of the kindness of the man who bought him bread but his focus was different.

"Why not from the Pasticceria Martesana bakery?" Staring at Ruella, his gaze was astonished and looked displeased.

Donzello remained silent, watching his wife's interactions with his son.

"Today the shop is closed, thankfully you are not there. That's why I also bought from a different bakery." Savero lied while eating his food.

"Is this delicious? Is this bread as good as the bread of Pasticceria Martesana?" Ruella still looks reluctant and feels disappointed at Savero's gift of bread.

"try it. It's the same price, and I don't think it'll be much different." Said Savero looks very relaxed by throwing a makeshift answer.

For a moment Ruella looked into the contents of the bag where the breads were located to find out whether the breads were there delicious with the breads of Pasticceria Martesana or different.

"Yes, I hope it doesn't disappoint." Ruella murmured while putting a bag of bread on the dining table that was a little out of the way and then returned to eating his food.

"Sav, why didn't you tell me that you took Rue and the hospital and did an ultrasound?" Ask Donzello.

Savero knew that his father would ask him. Honestly, he forgot about that. There was no intention of the man to hide that the other day he took Ruella to the hospital.

Ruella became tense to hear Donzello's question to the father of the child in the womb.

"Have I told you yet?" Savero asked back. "It seems I forgot to say it because I think Rue already told you." Savero looked at Ruella to throw it at him. "Didn't you tell your husband?"

Ruella became confused because Savero was like blaming himself on that. The woman did not answer anything and just remained silent with a panicked-looking face.

"That's it, it doesn't matter anymore." Donzello cried when he found out Ruella's confusion. "What matters is that there's nothing bad about her. Isn't that right, Sav?"

"Yes, he's fine." Savero replied with a gaze toward the meat of the steak he was cutting.

"I told you I was okay Don. You don't have to worry about me that much." Ruella held Donzello's arm with a smile on her lips.

Savero glanced at the woman sharply. It felt like she was dying to say how the woman who looked like she loved her father so much was in fact hiding how bad he was. But it is impossible that Savero said that because he was just as bad.

Savero involuntarily sighed after gulping down some white water. The two others at the dining table stared at him instantly. Realizing that Savero tried to look ordinary by again cutting the meat of his food.

"What time is it tomorrow to go to Paris?" Savero asked while slicing the steak.

"We'll go after breakfast, Sav." Ruella answered enthusiastically.

"Yes, after breakfast we'll leave right away. Is there something you want to do first tomorrow?" Look at Donzello with his son.

"none. All right, I'll get ready after this." Savero said after that put a piece of meat into his mouth.

"Tu—wait a minute!" Ruella exclaimed with a strange feeling that she felt upon hearing the conversation between the father and the child. "What's this about? We were? Why is he getting ready?"

"Rue, Sav will also come with us to Paris." Donzello. "I think I forgot to tell you."

"Why should he come, Don? It's our honeymoon." Ruella protested with her symbolism. "You're just there."

"I'll be more calm Savero's coming with us, Rue. You still look pale even though you're fine. He can check on you when you're not feeling well." Donzello.

Ruella clucked in annoyance as she turned to Savero who was looking at her. The woman is reluctant if another man takes part in her and Donzello's honeymoon trip.

"I also don't want to come along if I'm not forced to." Savero exclaims to Ruella.

...***...

Savero stuffed some of his clothes into the suitcase. The suitcase will be brought tomorrow. The man's feelings are still not good. He still felt his disappointment in Flavia.

It looks like going to Paris tomorrow might make him feel better. After Paris, he decided to go back to London.

After he finished putting everything he wanted to carry into the suitcase. Savero dropped himself on the bed. He recalled how Flavia seemed to have rejected him.

Right now what Savero has in mind is whether he should stop chasing after the woman, or he will still keep trying to get close to Flavia until he really agrees to accept himself.

Suddenly the door knob of the room looked like someone was trying to open it from the outside. The locked door made the person outside unable to directly open the door.

Savero was astonished at who the person who tried to enter his room was. Immediately he rushed to the door.

"Sav, open the door!!" Ruella's whispering voice from behind the door sounded.

Savero's face was more and more astonished at the woman. Why did Ruella meet her? Inevitably, Savero opened the door lazily.

Unwelcome, Ruella went straight into Savero's room and closed it. Savero simply stared increasingly lazily at the woman's actions.

"Why did you throw your mistake at me?" Ruella immediately rebuked Savero. "You're the one who took me to the hospital, you should have told Don."

Savero did not respond to Ruella's words. He was too lazy to serve Ruella's annoyance because he felt it should no longer be a problem.

"Why shut up? What if Don knew the truth? You confused me earlier, I don't know what to answer when you blame it on me."

"You don't have to say anything. I know that papa will stop talking about it when he sees you with that stupid face of yours." Said Savero coldly. "You don't have to worry about Darla either. I trust him as much as you trust your best friend. As long as you don't act stupid what you're hiding will be safe."

"Be—really?" Ruella's gaze exuded a sense of her lethargy. "Thank God then. You don't know that I'm so afraid Don knows."

"Now come out!" Remove Savero.

"One more time, you shouldn't have to come tomorrow! Why are you coming with us on my honeymoon and Don?" Ruella again looked annoyed.

"You take it easy, I won't bother you two. Do everything you want but you have to take the vitamins I give you. Don't let anything happen to your womb if you want everything to go the way you want it to." Said Savero who stood at a distance of two meters from Ruella. "Now come out. Don't let your husband know you're in your stepson's room."

"Yes, of course I'll be out seka—"

Ruella's words came to a halt when she heard a knock on the door from outside. The woman who turned her back to the door immediately turned her head in surprise.

"Sav, are you inside?" Donzello's voice came from outside the door.

Frantically, Ruella stared at Savero, who was similarly shocked by Donzello's presence behind the bedroom door.
