Savero goes into the Martesana Pasticceria to pick up Flavia. The two of them will go to the hospital to check on Savero's gunshot wounds.
Flavia immediately took off the apron she was wearing when she saw the man who had come for her enter the bakery. With some bread he put into a paper container, he immediately walked up to Savero who stood with a smile on him.
"Is it no longer painful? I should've picked you up because you were sick, but I was picked up." Said Flavia, giving him the bread he brought.
"That's no problem, I'm happy to come to this place. I'm also glad you gave me these breads." Savero replied while taking out a Panettone and biting it right away.
Flavia ran Savero's car while the man sat beside him greedily eating the bread Flavia had given him.
"You'll get fat if you eat too much bread. You can be a fat cat who only sleeps all day while your fat builds up." Exciting Flavia while occasionally looking at Savero who enjoyed his meal.
"No problem, I will sleep all day and enjoy my life by eating your bread later." Savero replied with deheman while chewing bread.
Flavia just chuckled softly in response to Savero. Suddenly, a thought was in his head. About the thing that since knowing it made the woman think about it.
"Sav, what do you think of Rue's pregnancy?" Ask Flavia.
Savero stopped eating and turned to Flavia who was looking focused on the streets by looking ahead.
"What mean? What happened to the pregnancy?" Savero asked back because he did not understand the meaning of the Flavian question. "Why are you asking me about her pregnancy?"
"Don't it feel weird? The woman was married to your father not more than two weeks, but she was quickly pregnant. Isn't that weird? Was she really pregnant after marriage?" Flavia explained what he had been thinking since yesterday.
Flavian words make the heart of Savero instantly beat faster. Flavia's suspicions made him a little confused. How could he think like that.
"Don't you think that's weird, Sav? Was the woman pregnant when they got married? Is that another boy and not Mr Don's son?"
"Fla..." Savero looked at Flavia. "Pregnancy may occur because they are married even though it has not been more than two weeks. Don't think bad about it. It could be that my papa and Ruella had also made love before they got married. No one knows about it."
"Yes, you're right too. No one knows about it. Only that woman and Mr. Don know." Flavian Speech. "You said he went to the hospital today to check the contents, right? That's good, the age of the contents will be known, right?"
Savero did not reply, he became strange at the attitude of Flavia which inexplicably became unpleasant when talking about Ruella. The woman he liked even mentioned Ruella to the woman several times. That sounds weird to Savero.
"If it wasn't your father's son, what would you do, Sav? That's so outrageous." Flavian.
While Savero only pay attention to the way Flavian speech that sounds increasingly ketus talk about Ruella.
"Why are you quiet? Does that not matter to you? That's the same as that woman tricked your father, right?"
"Fla..." Call Savero without looking at Flavia. "I don't think we need to think about things that are none of our business."
"What did you say? That's obviously your business, too. Doesn't it matter if your papa was tricked by that woman?" The Flavian language has not changed its way of speaking.
"Tell me, Fla. What's wrong with you? What exactly do you still hate Ruella, thinking such things about her?" Look at Savero on Flavia who just stepped on the brakes because of the red light. "It turns out you still hate the woman who hit Matteo. That's right, right?"

Ruella, her husband and her mother Renata—, come to the hospital to see Darla. They want to check Ruella's content at this time.
"Yes, this baby is very healthy. You don't have to worry." Darla said she was examining Ruella's stomach with an ultrasound device and noticed the image appearing on the monitor.
Donzello seemed very happy to see on the screen, a big smile with a happy expression on his face.
Not with Renata. The woman who was the mother of Ruella was someone who had the background of a doctor seeing something strange in her eyes. Even so, he just kept quiet and did not react to anything because he wanted to ask her directly to the princess.
"The baby's healthy, right?" Donzello asked as Darla finished examining Ruella's contents and sat back behind her desk.
"Yes, his heart is beating as it should. You don't have to worry about master d'Este." Answer Darla. "Drink vitamins and eat a healthy diet. It would be better if madam d'Este wasn't too tired."
"That's very nice. I'll make sure everything's okay until our son is born. Isn't that Miss Renata?" Donzello turned his head to Renata who was still standing watching with the questions that occupied him.
"Yes, my grandson will be born well and healthy." Renata replied after trying to dispel her suspicions on what she felt.
"If it's like that, we'd better resign first doctor." Donzello said as he stood up and helped Ruella who was sitting next to him to stand up as well. "Ah yes, come to the party that we will hold for this happy news on the weekend. We're gonna have a really good show."
"Well, I'll definitely come, sir." Darla answered with a smile.
"You go home, I'll stay here for something." Exciting Renata looked at the child and his daughter-in-law.
"You want what mama? Come home with us." Said Ruella, her tone of voice sounded very limp today.
"I will return to Sicily after this and will come to the party with your father, Rue. Go home and rest. Take good care of your body. Youunderstand?" Renata embraces Ruella by rubbing the belly of her beloved daughter.
After Donzello's departure with Ruella, Renata sits in the chair opposite Darla. Something he wanted to ask the doctor.
"What's wrong, madam? I know you'd want to ask me something. But I promised not to tell anyone anything about the truth. I don't care if you kick me out of this hospital either." Darla said that from the beginning knew what the owner of the hospital where he worked was going to ask.
"So it's true as I thought." Renata.
"You better just ask your daughter to make things clearer."
"Jawab only, is the USG examination the other day also because of Rue pregnancy?" Renata asked with a serious look at Darla.
"A doctor cannot fool another doctor. Isn't that right, madam?" Answer Darla with a question.
