#30. The Flying Horse Sect
"I will show you something interesting if you follow what I want," when I see a,fa the objectionable face of the prince, Laksminingrum tried to make him want to obey. The curious prince complied.
The two of them fought against the king while fending off the attack from Arya Bayu. Actually Laksminingrum wanted to make the king cornered and then he would unmask him. That way, he would be able to explain the king's overly drastic change in attitude.
"Are you that scared of me that you only dare to fend off?" Arya Bayu looks irritated when she seems ignored.
"You better help me. I'll show you something you never thought of. Answer Laksminingrum.
"Something I didn't expect? No kidding!" as expected, Arya Bayu is indeed not the type that is easy to cooperate with. He was too eager to get rid of everyone who was there.
Laksminingrum after some time finally managed to also make the king cornered as well . After finding the right time, he recited a few spells and then rubbed them onto the king's face which instantly changed as well.
Arya Bayu and the prince were surprised to see her. It turned out that what they were fighting against earlier was someone else.
"Where's king? was he afraid to face me so he took refuge and made others fall?" Upon seeing the changed king's face, Arya Bayu immediately attacked the king in a more brutal manner . He wants to kill her.
"What's going on? Why did his face change?" the prince who was very surprised immediately asked that to Laksminingrum.
"It looks like he's using a science that can make him change. He killed his victim and then copied the victim's memory so that no one would notice. My teacher gave me knowledge so that I could change it back to its original form. If you ask why your father has been acting so strangely lately, you have found the answer" Laksminingrum explained it simply.
"He killed your father and used your father's face to make money ."
Arya Bayu who attacked with anger could finally make his opponent bend their knees. Just as he was about to kill the man, Laksminingrum stopped him . He did so in order to ask what the fate of the real king was. At least there is clarity about the king's body.
"You stopped him from asking about that kind of thing. I would rather die than tell you!" answer with pride.
Arya Bayu who thought that he would get such an answer without any more cue directly stabbed him. I feel a little relieved after doing something like that. Although there is still anger in his heart because the original king has not been defeated.
"Now he's dead. Now, duel with you! But I guess a spoiled prince like you won't win against me" Arya Bayu challenged the duel.
"How about a duel with me?" Laksminingrum offered.
"You who? Your lover? " ask Arya Bayu with a tone full of arrogance.
"I accept. I will fight for my pride" the prince accepted his challenge even though he himself knew he would not win. At least if he died he could die in a more honorable manner, that was the main reason why he accepted the duel.
"It's good that you still have your pride. I think we'll fight tomorrow. You need a lot of rest so that I can enjoy the duel between us. We better tell the soldiers outside to make a truce first."
"Whenever it is, I will be ready to do it" replied the prince.
"Then, we do it after the sun is as high as a spear in front of our respective troops."
