"Nat, yesterday I called you why not pick up, anyway?" Nathan was immediately aghast as someone patted the table in front of him while waiting for a food order at the Canteen.

Nathan glanced sharply at Laras who displayed a pouting face at him. Nathan so surprised, why try first he can judge this Laras rich girl? Is it true what Daniel and Neo said, if he had to use Laras?

Nathan doesn't deny, Laras is beautiful. Very pretty, in fact. It's just that, his nature is loh, make sniffing chest. Nathan used to realize that he was even enslaved by Laras, but instead still chuckles after the girl. Thankfully, now he is conscious. No longer stuck with the beauty of Laras which is the girl's sharp weapon.

"NATHANS! WHY ARE YOU?" Laras yells in annoyance because Nathan doesn't answer his question.

"Heh, ondel-ondels! Nathan is well aware, has escaped from your magic. So don't ask me why he changed!" Daniel answered immediately, because the man saw no sign of Nathan would answer Laras's question.

"Heh, Kudaniel. Not to b4cot! Who's using magic, my guy's a pretty gini." Laras did not accept the ridicule, eventually even serve Daniel.

"Freely beautiful, if the brain is empty, bad nature, doyan clubing, pampering, spoiled, and others!" This time, Neo's chiming in. Never mind, that man is indeed spicy-mouthed. He does care if Laras is offended.

"You...!" Furious barrel. Wanna be mad but all Neo's names are right. He then turned to Nathan. Take the empty seat beside the man and bring him closer to where Nathan is sitting. "Nat, look at your friends. They do not like me, so I used to be lazy to accept you. But now that I don't care if they don't like it, I'm going to keep fighting with you!" Laras puts out his sweet words which he believes can melt Nathan. While Daniel and Neo almost vomit because of hearing the speech Laras.

Nathan brushed off Laras' hand that was coiled around his arm. "Ras, stop, man! Shame on the kids."

The barrel immediately froze hearing Nathan's flat speech. No, this is not the Nathan. This is not the Nathan he knew. Nathan will always welcome his presence with pleasure. Even if he told the man anything, Nathan would obey. Nathan will defend her when she receives hurtful remarks from Daniel and Neo. The big question is, why did Nathan suddenly change?

"Nath, what the hell are you doing?" ask Laras slowly.

"Why are you? Go, Ras. Stop acting gini rich. Not everything will focus on you forever. What else you have never appreciated before. So stop acting like you're hurting." Nathan immediately stood up, uttering all those words with a sharp gaze towards Laras. The man then left, but their food had not yet arrived. It feels like Nathan is so lazy to be close to Laras. Where was he when Nathan went after him first? Nathan's turn away, he's acting like the one who's hurt the most.

Barrel clenched his hands tightly. He was furious with these two people in front of him. He is already too tired with all the changes Nathan, and is instead faced with two strange creatures that always follow Nathan.

"It's none of your business" replied Flat Baras.

"Oh, she's afraid the magic isn't working, Yo. Just imagine, he will lose all the attention of the men because his magic is gone. That's why he started chasing Nathan."

Barrel closed his eyes for a moment. He was honestly so furious at the moment, yet he tried to hold on. Just imagine, since he lowered his pride to seduce Nathan and even get a rejection from the man, witnessed by one canteen anyway. Roughly, he got up from his seat and left the Canteen to laugh with Nathan and Neo.

"Si Nathan really knows what it is, huh, Yo?" ask Daniel suddenly.

Neo shook his head slowly. "May the mind be conscious. But, Nathan's wealth is like a lot of minds like that lately. Don't you realize, Dan?"

Daniel nodded slowly. "Yes, since Ade's new he's been weird."

While Nathan, in his class, is watching his phone screen. There, there was a portrait of him with a girl standing back against the lake. There was a little distance between them, because when the picture was taken, both of them objected.

Yes, it was his picture with Sukma when they had a picnic yesterday. The photo was taken by her father, thanks to the mother's coercion of course. In fact, Sukma's face was clearly visible there. Because, the mother even pretended to be sad if Sukma did not want to lift his face. Never mind, that middle-aged woman was indeed full of tactics.

Nathan breathed out slowly. The longer, the more pity grows in Nathan's heart for his adopted sister. For some reason, Nathan felt like Sukma was not just because of his mother.
