Chapter 68: Former Chairman of OSIS

Nio visited a slum on the outskirts of the city, the road was not too wide and such a thing as luxury was clearly absent, since leaving his residence Nio is not too uncomfortable with this situation even before he got a job he had to queue at public WC for hours.

He once again checked the paper in his hand while asking for directions from everyone he met on his journey. After a long effort he found a small house.

"Here is."

He hesitantly knocked on the door and called the occupants out, a chekrek sound was heard as the door opened, it felt like it sounded like a lot of neatly installed keys.

A dark aura came out from there with an unpleasant scent to smell on the nose, apart from that a little girl stood in front of Nio, her long blonde hair was disheveled and she was wearing only a sagging t-shirt to the side as well as shabby shorts.

Nio watched him closely, he might be a child since nothing developed there.

"Wait, where did you see? N-disrespectful," he shouted in a defensive pose.

"I want to meet Felicia, is your sister there?"

"Huh?"

"Eh?"

"I'm Felicia."

It took a few seconds for Nio to digest the previous conversation until he finally turned his gaze to the side.

"I want to talk."

"Don't take your eyes off like that, you're kind of rejecting the truth about me. For now come in."

This is the third time Nio has entered a girl's house without anyone third party being in it

He's getting used to it and it feels bad for his mentality.

"Sit where you like."

This room was full of trash and there was barely any room to use, there were stale pizza pieces and a few cans of cola stacked up until Nio decided to tidy it up a bit to get a comfortable seat.

"Hey, do you like adult games too? No problem to look."

"I didn't come for that, my name is Nio from East High School there are some things I want to ask you about North High School."

"Hoh, before you beat three High School I was happy to see it."

Felicia got rid of the erotic images on her screen and replaced them with many videos of the fight that had been going through East High School.

"I heard that only the staff and important people can access the underworld."

"That's right, I hacked it well..Maybe you came here to ask me about Hirakawa Aoi, am I wrong?"

"I heard that your power disappeared so I thought about whether Aoi took it."

"That's true, but without any strength I'm quite an expert in a field like this."

Nio could understand what he meant, he understood some things that he had misunderstood. At first he thought even Felicia might be depressed because the chair of OSIS was taken by someone else but in fact it was not visible from his face.

Most likely he dropped out of school because he felt he didn't have to be there, from the pattern of the system used inside his laptop Nio was sure of one thing.

This guy is a genius from birth.

"The reason I went to school was just because the OSIS chair was held by me and it was fun enough to play around as a ruler or so. Unfortunately Aoi appeared and seized it, he said, that's why I decided not to come back there and go back to my past as a confinement, if you want to ask for my help to fight it then the answer is okay, but before that can you buy me some food first I'm a little hungry."

"I've been ordering it online since, I thought you'd say that."

"Heh interesting, you can guess the mindset of others carefully."

Nio does not think that he is the most genius among many people, everyone has advantages and disadvantages of each, which is why humans always need others to cover up the shortcomings.
