After several days of long journey, the group finally reached the place they were headed at sunset.

He found a lake and decided to rest there.

The officials did not know Xie Hongyi. But they had seen him when he entered the palace as a concubine. It seems like this woman was sent from the Xie family.

" Greetings. What are you doing here? Wasn't the other concubine in the temple courtyard?" Asked Mo Yuan.

The temple courtyard is a gathering place for the participants who participated in the hunt. That's where the end point of the hunting party is.

Most of the royal women such as the Empress, the Emperor Consort, the official wives, and the others would be there to greet the participants. Rarely were there women participating in the Autumn Hunt, the forest was not a safe place for meek women like royal women, which was why Mo Yuan asked.
