Although in fear, Edward kept his eyes closed to protect himself from attack in the dark fog.

Suddenly the atmosphere became silent within that dense fog.
Edward slowly stood up and lifted his shield up.
When he was on his feet, Edward felt his entire body freeze.
Frozen with fear in the heart, the Wraiths easily began to approach Edward's body.
Slowly, Edward opened his eyes and looked around.
Edward looked at the small stone in front of him, right now there a woman who had been in his heart, Princess Gwen, was seen standing with empty eyes.
“Gwen .. Are you that? Gwen .. Gwen come here! Gwen!!” Edward ran as hard as he could to chase after Princess Gwen who disappeared in the dense fog.

Edward set his foot on a small rock, where Princess Gwen was seen standing.
Suddenly, from this rock Edward looked behind him.
There Edmud, his sister, was sticking his sword in the body of Princess Gwen.
“Gwen!!! Watch out!!!”

Edward jumped up with one giant leap, so his jump shattered the small rock he was standing on.
“Edmud!!! Die!!!” edward shouted from the air while swinging his Ultima sword towards a figure similar to Edmud who was sticking a sword in Princess Gwen's body.
*Outside!!!
The sound of a powerful explosion produced Ultima's sword, plunging and destroying the surrounding land until the cracks were widespread.
However, the shadow of Edmud and Princess Gwen disappeared from in front of him.
“Edward, this is Dad. Come here, Nak.” Edward heard King Julien's voice calling out to him from behind the mist on his right.
Slowly, Edward walked in the direction of King Julien.
Edward even took off his Ultima sword and shield, just as he was closing in on his father.
When it was 2 meters from the figure of King Julien, Edward saw something different from the ring in the hands of the figure of King Julien.
The real King Julien always uses the sacred ring relics of his mother, Claudia Middleton who has the title Commander of the Valkyrie.
At once, Edward realized that it was all an illusion from his heart.
"It's just an illusion! Edward, awake!" edward tried to stop his footsteps from approaching King Julien.
Surprisingly, Edward's feet continuously approached slowly towards the figure of King Julien who was opening his arms.
“Edward! Asinine! Remember, it is not the strength that makes you strong but the courage that is in your heart!” princess Gwen's voice whispered from the bottom of Edward's heart.
After hearing Princess Gwen's whisper from her heart, Edward heard another whisper from her mother saying, “Mom will always watch you from above and pray for you, my son. Remember Mom's message, courage will defeat great power!”
The whisper of the Mother could never be manipulated or imitated by the despicable Wraiths, so Edward realized that it was the true whisper of the Mother and Princess Gwen.
For some reason, Edward began to feel his body filled with whispers from those closest to him.
They all encouraged Edward from the bottom of his heart.
When the hand of King Julien almost touched Edward's hand, Edward's eyes opened consciously.

A sharp scythe swung at full speed, fortunately Edward was immediately aware of the illusion created by the Wraiths so that Edward managed to avoid.
Edward raised his hand up, and summoned his Sword Of Light.
(Fyi: Sword Of Light is basically like Mjonir, Thor Hammer, which can be called at any time. However the Sword of Light would only appear if Edward had enough courage with a completely clean heart. The appearance of Sword of Light comes from a collection of light purity and courage of Edward's heart, so that this sword will be summoned directly into Edward's hands. Now seen in Edward's right hand were gathered glittering lights, the light signifying the presence of the holy heirloom sword, Sword Of Light.
The presence also signified the outburst of courage that emerged from Edward's heart, from the words of Mother and Princess Gwen.

The sword appeared in Edward's hand, but its shape was already very different from before.
Previously the sword only looked like an ordinary sword whose every slash was capable of splitting a large stone, now it looked like a lightning bolt compressed into a sword form.

A powerful explosion when the sword managed to fully form in Edward's hands.
Realizing Edward's true strength had risen, the Wraiths summoned more troops and began to attack Edward.

Now Edward is leaning in the protection of Erenel's wings, at the location he just exploded earlier.
Edward looked up, and saw snow slowly falling over the location.
The warmth of Erenel's wings caused Edward to slowly fall asleep.
With the snow falling this time, Edward felt in his sleep he began to penetrate space and time into the future.

The cloud-covered morning had risen, and autumn had passed until now the snow had begun to fall.
For a year after last year in each of Steph's dreams, Steph never again jumped into the past and played Edward.
But strangely enough, this morning he awoke with a memory of Edward.
A memory of the journey Edward took for an entire year, in the past.
“Salju? What does snow have to do with all this? Why is it that when winter begins, I feel a sense of re-connecting with Edward in the past?” inner Steph while holding her head that feels quite dizzy.
From her room, Steph called Gwen Carolina and Jhon Austin.
Steph invites them to discuss what she experienced this morning when she woke up.
After a 30-minute wait, Gwen and Jhon arrive at Steph's modest home, which is on the outskirts of Albama far from the crowds.
“Hei Gwen how are you? Long time no see. In this 1 year your face looks more beautiful,” greeting Jhon staring at the blissful face of Gwen in the living room.

Gwen stared happily at Steph holding the tray, pushing her wheelchair.
“Steph, you are still forcing yourself.” Gwen approached Steph while pushing her wheelchair.
“So, what reasons have you gathered the three of us here, hm?” John began to seriously ask.
“You know, last year Gwen and I both played someone in the past. But within a year after winter, we both never again jumped into the past. But this morning, I woke up with memories of Edward's entire journey in the past and felt re-connected to him.”
Gwen looked at Steph with widened eyebrows, apparently what Steph experienced this morning was also exactly the same as what she experienced this morning.
“Steph, I'm just like you! The last thing I remember is that I was preparing for my wedding to William when spring arrived, then I was exhausted and fell asleep in my room!”

Only in every winter, Steph and Gwen Carolina will connect with Prince Edward Collins and Princess Gwen Wisse.
Why only winter? Well the answer will be answered in several chapters ahead in the investigation of the three of them.
