Edward hears that the Kingdom of Hirendel is being attacked by troops from the Kingdom of Victoria sent by Edmud, after learning of the existence of Princess Gwen there.

But King Richard kept asking them to carry out the main mission as soon as possible.

Although the Hirendel Kingdom only had 900,000 warriors, but they had an impenetrable fortress.

With Penny's idea, Lucius and Penny decide to break the order for Edward's safety.

Edward with his shield immediately broke through the line of bandits guarding in front of the Orc holding cells.

After the man took Edward on a duel, the bandits spontaneously made a circle of shields around Edward and the man.

Edward gladly accepted the man's offer, but Edward hesitated at his words.

Without a word coming out of Edward's mouth, Edward prepared himself to fight the man.

As Edward blinked, the man unsheathed his axe and immediately ran at full speed towards Edward.

Edward did not expect that the man had such incredible speed.

The axe was pushed aside by Edward with an iron shield in his left hand.

But the stalk made Edward's injured left hand shake violently.

Again Edward could only fend off the second attack from the man because the speed of movement the man had could not be matched by Edward.

Slowly, the shield in Edward's left hand began to crack after the third full-strength attack was launched.

Edward began to feel his left hand tremble as it repelled the axe.

The Ultima Sword was only designed for one powerful slash because it required a great amount of power for each swing.

When Edward began to let his guard down due to the severe pain in his left hand, the man launched his left knee into Edward's face which was fending off his axe attack from above.

Edward's chin was struck with full force from the man's knee so Edward bounced far back.

Seeing Edward bounce off, the man laughed at him along with the bandit troops around him.

The pounding of full strength left Edward barely able to stand up again.

As Edward looked at the man who was running towards him with his axe raised, Edward closed his eyes and took a breath preparing to die there.

With a badly injured left hand, a broken shield, and with a loud bang to his head, Edward began to feel like giving up and catching up with his father.

“Edward! Wake up! Remember, it is not the strength that makes you strong but the courage that is in your heart.” Edward heard Princess Gwen whispering in his ear as Edward closed his eyes.

As the axe was being swung into his body, Edward's eyes immediately opened and repelled the attack with Ultima's sword in his right hand.

As Edward stood up again with both feet, Edward's eyes looked like a blazing fire.

Edward immediately felt his body filled with a great spirit.

All the bandits who saw it were very shocked because Edward was able to withstand the swing of the axe at full speed from the man whose body was as big as Guntar.

“For Princess Gwen! I, Edward, swore I would return to him in one piece!” Edward's inner voice cried out loudly to Edward himself.

Realizing that Edward was standing in front of him, the man immediately jumped on Edward with an axe pointed at Edward's head.

Edward instantly raised his Ultimate sword upwards and jumped towards the man as well.

Without a chance the man stuck his axe to Edward's head, the sword Ultima in Edward's hand first penetrated his armor to penetrate behind his back while in the air.

It turned out that Ultima's sword hit the man's heart so he immediately fell and died.

The bandits who saw it were furious and immediately ran to take up arms towards Edward.

At once Guntar rampaged amid the crowd of bandits and threw them here and there.

Not only that, it turns out that Lucius and Penny immediately ran into the battlefield to help Edward.

The four-man fight against the 289 bandits was fierce.

The four of them had been cornered, but Edward's elite army emerged from the forest and entered the battlefield against Edward's orders.

With ease Edward's forces eventually won that great battle and left only one bandit who was still a teenager.

Edward stood on the corpses of the bandits and stared intently at his troops.

“Guntar vows to fight on Edward's side forever!” Shouted Guntar happily while patting Edward on the shoulder.

But the clap of a two-meter tall Orc was deadly, so Edward bounced forward, fortunately the armor that Edward had was very strong.

“Lucius! Penny! And the whole army! Line up in front of me! I will do military law to you for violating my orders!” Although happy because of solidarity, Edward did not want his orders to be underestimated, so providing military punishment was mandatory.
