9. In the hospital

A few days later, Maya slowly regains consciousness and her condition begins to improve.

That day, David was sitting next to Maya along with Mother Maya who all the time waiting for Maya's consciousness, but suddenly the atmosphere stiffened when Veronica came to visit Maya.

Veronica just kept quiet with an occasional look towards David or virtual mother. Suddenly Veronica shed tears, she walked up to Maya by telling her story when she met Maya at Jack's funeral.

''The day of Jack's funeral, I met Maya, my aunt also knew about it, Veronica said sadly. At the same time, Maya's mother imagined the incident at the funeral. '' When I spoke to him, I gave Jack his last letter to Maya. ''

''Last letter?'' mother Maya asked by approaching Veronica with a curious feeling in her heart.

She writes her feelings to Maya in the letter, her feelings of destruction when she learns that Maya betrayed her.It should be proof of Jack's departure, actually Maya can be blamed for Jack's death, jack's father forbade me to do that. He wanted me to give the letter to Maya, so he could know that the cause of Jack's death was Maya. But, I really don't know, with me doing this Maa will experience an accident like this to make Maya coma again. I really don't know.'' Veronica's light with tears streaming down her cheeks.

Hearing what Veronica said, Maya's mother was completely speechless. His body immediately limp and will fall but, at that time David helped Maya and sat her on the sofa not far from him.

Veronica hugs the unconscious Maya. As Veronica was hugging Maya, her expression changed. A sharp and evil look was seen from Veronica's eyes as Veronica hugged maya.

''Sorry Maya, I did it on purpose. But I didn't know that you were going to have this accident, I'm really sorry.''

Veronica is sad again, she lets go of Maya's embrace and moves away from Maya. Her tears kept dripping, she walked away from Maya and approached David.

David was silent. She just gave Veronica a small code to get out of Maya's room. Veronica who was aware of the code, she nodded and approached Mother Maya. But when just a few steps, Mother Maya turns her face and avoids Veronica.

Seeing that, Veronica was annoyed. She wants to beat up Maya's mother, but she tries to control her anger.

Veronica left without saying goodbye to Maya's mother. At every step she took, an evil smile was always on Veronica's face.

''Yes, if you survive this time. I'm so grateful, but who could have done this to you? Who hit you and is not responsible like this?'' veronica asked in her heart.

Veronica who keeps thinking about the perpetrator who hit Maya. She was sitting outside the room, but suddenly as she was sitting in the waiting chair, a nun approached her. The sister gave me a letter addressed by Veronica.

When he received the letter and read it, it was revealed that it contained a letter that Jack had written to Maya. Seeing the letter, Veronica was shocked. He just kept silent by continuing to stare at the letter with a wide-eyed look.

A little while later, David came out of the room to meet Veronica who was still waiting for him outside the room. Seeing David's arrival, Maya wakes up from her seat. He hurriedly pulled David away from the room with a panicked look.

''Geek, I feel like we're both being watched by someone, '' Veronica said uneasily.

''Why ''Why? What's up ?'' answer David.

Hearing that answer, Veronica gave the letter she got from the nurse. At first, David was ordinary, it happened because David did not know that the letter he read was a letter from Jack.

''Why can you say that we are being watched, it could be that this is a letter made by someone else and this is to disturb you, said David.

''No dear, the letter is indeed the original letter from Jack I have read, and this letter is exactly the same as the letter I read at that time. I really!.''

David hurried to embrace Veronica, he tried to calm down the panicked Veronica.

''Come on, this is nothing, maybe the police gave you the letter to keep, so.. I beg of you please do not think anything bad about this I beg with you.''

Veronica nodded her head by fondly stroking Veronica's head. After her embrace was released, Veronica wiped her tears. He smiled in front of David and hugged David back tightly.

Just then David just smiled, he stroked Veronica's body lovingly. After they hugged, Veronica just kept quiet by staring at the letter.

''No, don't think about it. Maybe the one who sent the letter was the police, David said.

Hearing that, Veronica nodded her head. After that he left the Sakita house with the letter with him.
