Rio Flashback.

"It's okay! now can you explain, why isn't Jasmine and Mr. Ardan married? why are you two?"

Rio took a deep breath and exhaled him in a single jolt. There was a sense of sadness on Rio's face. "Long the story, Mother Amanda,"

"I have plenty of time to listen to him, Mr. Rio. I promise, once you're done telling me, I'll tell you where Jasmine's address is now."

"All right!" resigned Rio, hoping Amanda does not lie later, and really willing to give Jasmine address.

Flashback.

"And where are we going after this? didn't we go too far to leave Miss Jasmine at the cafe? rio said while aligning his steps with Ardan's long steps.

"No need! let him think first, why can he benefit more, if I myself refuse this matchmaking. Now just take me home. I'm tired, I want you to take a look."

Rio silently did not dare to refute, although he had a chance to look back and see Jasmine who was coming out of the cafe in a little hurry. Wanting to chase after who, Rio did not know, and did not want to know.

About 30 minutes, the car driven by Rio, stopped at a very luxurious whitewashed house, which was the residence of the Bagaskara family.

After the car stopped perfectly, Ardan got out of the car followed by Rio, and they walked together into the mansion.

"Well that's the kid's coming!" rudi exclaimed, with a sparkling face, as soon as he saw the arrival of Ardan.

Ardan felt a little shocked by the presence of Mr. Johan and his wife, the parents of Jasmine, in his home. However, Ardan did not show much surprise. He is still trying to behave normally by shaking hands and kissing the backs of the hands of the two friends as well as his papa relationship.

Ardan actually wanted to go into his room immediately, but he couldn't possibly do it, because later it could create the impression of 'abhorrent' and could even cause 'heartache' on papa's friend who is predicted to be his father-in-law later.

"Hmm, how, son Ardan? my daughter has agreed to be betrothed to you, we're here to discuss, when will the wedding of the two of you be held," a smile that expands completely undated from Johan's lips, Johan said, shows that he is very happy now.

"Sorry,Om! actually, now I'm the one who'd mind getting married to Jasmine."

"Ardan, you are now explaining well, why are you rejecting this matchmaking, when you have agreed before? are you hurt, because Jasmine rejected you?" guess Rudi. And Ardan shook his head in response.

"No! I'm not hurt at all. I refused, because we both didn't love each other and couldn't possibly love each other. I just want to marry the person I love, and I'm sure Jasmine will, too" Ardan said.

"That's no excuse, Dan. Once you get married, love will show itself. You gave papa a reasonable reason, if for that reason, you should still be married to Jasmine.

"I just don't want to, marry the girl that Rio loved and love him too!" chirped Ardan suddenly, involuntarily. To make the net in the room enlarged with an open mouth.

"Did? how about carrying my name?" inner Rio with a patterned eye.

"Is that Rio?" Rudi stared in full sight towards Rio.

Rio wanted to answer 'not right'. But looking at Ardan's bleak eyes made Rio nod his head, justifying.

"That's right, Dad!" all pairs of eyes turned their heads towards the voice, which turned out to be Jasmine who appeared suddenly. Rio was getting more and more confused as to what was happening and what would happen after this.

"You don't joke, Jas! how could you possibly love a young man, who was only an assistant? are you stupid, huh?!" johan snapped with a hardened jaw.

Rio clenched both his hands tightly, feeling humiliated by Johan's condescending remark. Want him to open his mouth to answer Johan's insults. But he suddenly paused when he heard Rudi's voice, Ardan's father.

"What do you mean, Johan who said Rio was only an assistant? He was considered my own son. So we don't insult him as you please!" tucked away in anger in Rudi's soft words, which made Rio feel moved, not expecting that Rudi, the owner of Bagaskara Company, loved him sincerely.

"But it's the same if he's not your son. And everyone knows he's just an assistant. Want to put where my face will be if my daughter becomes married to an assistant. I still want Ardan and Jasmine's match to continue!" firmly Johan with a tail of eyes that glanced cynically towards Rio, whose face had already turned red.

"But now I don't want this match to continue!" rudi's words, made all eyes stare at him in shock.

"You have insulted Rio, you have also indirectly insulted me. I did not expect, if it turns out your mind is very 'squeaky'. You are more concerned with reputation, compared to the happiness of your own daughter. And I didn't expect you to look down on people who aren't on your level." Rudi said.

"Sir Johan, even though I'm only an assistant but I can make your daughter happy, and can give her what she wants," Rio finally opened his voice, making Jasmine who was standing beside him gasp in shock.

"What the fuck? we're not really getting married, are we?" inner Jasmine riled.

"Jasmine, you are truly a child who does not know of being lucky and 'stupid'! you always defied papa. Try not to run away and agree, surely now you are married to Ardan. Now I don't consider you my son anymore.Come on, let's go home!" Johan took his wife by the hand, and took her home.

"Pa, I don't want to! don't be so selfish. Jasmine is our son!" peekik Ratna tried to release the grip of her husband's hand.

"Shut up! if you want to keep thinking he's your son, don't consider me your husband anymore!" threatening Rudi with a very sharp eye, making Ratna flinch unable to speak anymore. Only tears were shed that indicated that he was now sad.

"Baby, Ma!" jasmine shrieked in disbelief, as her papa could spout such cruel words. Not only Jasmine, everyone who was there also could not believe that Johan was that bad.

Johan stopped walking and looked back.

" Rud, from today on, our friendship and cooperation are breaking up!" concluded. Then he pulled his wife's hand back, leaving the Bagaskara family's residence.

Jasmine was crying so much that she felt guilty because she was the beginning of the matter, which forced Rio to admit to something that was not true.

"I will marry you and take responsibility for your life." Rio whispered right in Jasmine's ear.

That's why Rio ended up marrying Jasmine, even making an extremely luxurious party. Aside from the sense of responsibility of getting Jasmine kicked and not considered by her own family, Rio wanted to prove that she was able to make a very luxurious party that was not inferior to the party of those who were considered 'sultan' by the people.
