The Twin Sons the Ruler

The Twin Sons the Ruler
Don't let insecure affect you!

"Master, Miss Reyna is here already" one of Ardan's bodyguards reported.

"Send him in!" order Ardan while leaning his body on the back of the sofa.

"Good, Master!" the bodyguard posted a bit of his body and passed out to call Reyna.

Reyna is seen stepping in very carefully and her heart is beating faster than a normal heartbeat. Reyna's forehead wrinkled in confusion, looking at the figure of anyone who was in the room. Not only was Ardan in the room, but there were Amanda, Aby, Celyn, Kenjo and Anin as well. Even her brother Roni was there too. Instantly his feelings grew more anxious.

"Why just stand there Reyna. Please sit next to your sister!" Reyna bit her lip, stepping nervously towards her brother Roni. Ardan rarely smiles, but somehow this time Ardan who smiles just feels creepy for Reyna.

"Come on, please sit down!" said Ardan, who saw that Reyna was still hesitant to sit down.

Reyna landed her body, sitting on the sofa, after Roni gave a small nod towards her.

"Reyna, do you know what I mean, calling you here?" Ardan started the conversation.

Reyna shook her head, "Absolutely don't know, Sir." Reyna said honestly with a trembling voice.

"But I'm sure, in your heart, you can at least guess in which direction. Right?" said Ardan, which made Reyna a little shaken and silent did not answer.

"You shut up, we assume, means yes. We're here to ask you, why did you reject my youngest son, Adrian?"

Reyna immediately gasped and turned to look at her brother Roni. As expected, Ardan must have known.

"If they already know, why should this family call me? shouldn't they be happy, if their son I refuse?" Reyna sat down with her eyebrows linked together.

"Sorry, Sir! that's because I really don't love Mr. Adrian at all. I'm serious! But, I swear, sir, that I never teased young Master Ardian, so that he could like me. So, please don't fire my brother. I promise, I won't come here again." Reyna cerocos, relentlessly. She thought the family would fire her brother.

Everyone in the room looked at each other and tried to hold back the laughter.

"Why do you think so far, Reyna? why do we want to fire, Roni? We won't do it" Aby opened her voice, with a faint smile.

"Y-so?"

"We call you, just want to ask, do you really not like Adrian one bit?" Ardan reopened his voice, with a flat expression.

"Yes, Sir!" reyna replied while lowering her face not daring to look at Ardan's bead eyes.

"Are you sure, and you dare to swear on your words?" Reyna felt increasingly cornered, with Ardan's words challenging her to swear.

"Yes-believe, Sir!

"If anyone is talking to you, look at the person!" Reyna raised her face and returned Ardan's gaze. But only for a few seconds he was able to return that gaze. The next moment he immediately lowered his head.

"If you're sure, look me in the eye now, and say firmly that you don't like it at all, Adrian!" Ardan.

Reyna flinched for a split second. The next second he heaved his breath heavily, then ventured to raise his face.

"Stop, don't go on anymore! because if you continue, you'll be more sinful, because you've lied." Ardan immediately interrupted Reyna's speech, before the girl, finished her speech.

"We already know that you're lying, Reyna. You like my son too, but you turned him down because you feel inappropriate, don't you?"

Reyna was stunned, because Ardan's speech was very on target.

"I've heard everything from your brother Roni. He explained everything." continued Ardan, who made Reyna stare, asking for an explanation from the brother. Reyna was really confused right now.

"Don't he, the one who so many times, ask me to refuse, Adrian? but why did he tell you the truth?" Reyna.

"Don't blame, brother! I came to your sister myself" said Ardan, who understood the meaning of Reyna's gaze, to Roni.

"Actually, Om was very disappointed, because you guys had time to think that, the Om family, looked at people from their status. This is not a selfish parent who imposes a will for the child. What makes a child happy is the main thing. If Adrian is happy with you, Om can't possibly not approve." said Ardan at length makes Roni and Reyna bow their heads.

"Originally you know, when you first rejected Adrian, I already knew. Because without Adrian knowing, all this time I ordered some bodyguards, to watch him from afar. So, when Adrian decided to go to the beach, my bodyguards monitored him from a distance not too far away. I also got a report when you suddenly came, because you thought that he was going to kill himself. From there I know that you actually like my son. I guess that night, you changed your mind and accepted my son, because he came home happy. Coupled with the reports of the bodyguards reporting that they saw you two ...." Ardan stopped his words while shaking his head. While Reyna's face was reddened, because she knew what Ardan meant.

"But it turns out that my guess was wrong. You still reject Adrian, and even make him heartbroken, worse than before. Just so you know, these two days, we lost his smile. At first I wondered why he suddenly asked to continue his studies in London, even though he had previously refused to go there. But I finally knew the answer from the bodyguard report. Turns out it was because you said you hated her and didn't want to see her face again."

Reyna lowered her head even more, feeling very guilty.

"I'm sorry, Sir! I just don't know how else, so Mr. Adrian stops approaching me. That's why I put those words out." Reyna said softly

"Don't call me and Adrian sir! Call me Om, and Adrian by his name, according to what he's been asking for all this time."

Reyna was getting quiet. He felt surprised, if it turns out that Ardan had known everything.

"You know, I got a report that after you said the words that hurt Adrian, you cried and were busy blaming yourself stupidly. From there I was sure that something was not right and I was sure that it would lead to 'inappropriate for your family to be compared to our family', which is why I came to your brother. Because I also believe that this must be from your brother's direction as well. Turns out my guess was right." Ardan explained back.

Roni and Reyna were unmoved not knowing what to say. The two of them even just lowered their heads not daring to stare at the faces of the people in the room.

"How, Reyna? do you still want to reject my son again, after finding out, that we knew from the beginning and approved of him?" this time it was Amanda who opened her voice.

Reyna lifted her face and looked at Amanda, biting her lips.

"But, Mom, Adrian already hates me and he's gone a long way!" reyna said with a clear liquid coming out of her eyes without excuse.

"We're sure she won't hate you" Aby opened her voice. "You must be wondering, if we had known, why would we let him go anyway and not tell him the truth. Aye right? that was because this was the only way, so that he would continue his studies there. Let's just say we're taking a chance on both of you Aby added, explaining.

"Reyna, nothing is perfect in this world. Even those who have high self-confidence must have a sense of insecure. But don't let that sense of insecure affect you. Instead you have to make the sense of insecure into a motivation to be able to achieve the thing you insecure earlier. For example, you feel insecure about someone who is very smart about you. Yes, that way, you have to study hard in order to be smart like that person. Don't even get discouraged. It makes you not think ahead and stick it there." said Aby, wisely.

"Well, just like now, you feel insecure because you don't deserve Adrian, when you know that my sister likes you. You should try to be more worthy. Not that big brother, you should have your own company, no! But you can try to assert yourself in other ways. For example, at least, you have the same level of education as him. So now, we want, you follow Adrian to London, and continue your school with him there" Aby said at length.

"Who-you mean?" reyna asked, trying to digest the direction of the conversation, Aby.
