Haykal's Suspicion

Haykal stared at Kana who was seriously training for her fashion show in front of the mirror in their room. Somehow he felt that for several weeks, his wife looked more cheerful in her mood.

Since William and Zenith's marriage was annulled, and since William decided to marry Asyifa, Cana's mood has never been good. Every day there was something he complained about William and Asyifa's relationship, and not only Cana but also with Ratih.

But these few weeks, Kana's never been like that again. The woman became more relaxed and focused on her career in the modeling world, just as Ratih also started to get busy with various upper class groups.

"Some time, I noticed you're getting cheerful and not irritable anymore. Is there any good news coming to you?" asked Haykal with an investigating look.

Kana who had just finished with the training she did, stared back at Haykal cynically. Her mood suddenly turned bad, upon hearing her husband's question. Stupidly, Kana walked past Haykal just like that towards the refrigerator.

"Didn't you hear me?"

"I hear you"

"Then, why don't you answer my question and just pass me by?"

"The color of your question does not need to be answered by me"

"Not need an answer?"

"Yes. If I am happy and cheerful, is that the wrong thing? That is my right! Why do you ask something that you know the answer to?" kana seems to be getting angry.

"Why raise your tone all of a sudden just because I asked like that?"

"Your color pisses me off!" kana snapped while stomping her feet.

"I asked like that, because I know you very well Kana! I know very well, surely something that has become your ambition has been realized, so that makes you become like this. It's impossible if nothing happens"

"What have I done? Even if my ambition has been achieved, isn't that a good thing?"

"Of course not good. Because of every ambition you have, there must be something bad in it!" haykal said, it started to look emotional as well.

"Geez, why are you being so suspicious of me Haykal? Please don't make me become even more upset with you!"

Haykal, who could not bear to argue with Kana, chose not to reply again. He immediately got up and walked over to leave the woman alone.

"Why silence? Where are you going, I haven't finished talking to you Haykal!"

Kana, who doesn't like to be ignored, becomes very upset and tries to hold her husband. But because Haykal did not want to stop, Kana ran towards him and pulled the back of the man's shirt to tear.

"What are you doing? Are you crazy, why pull my clothes to shreds?"

"Who told you to ignore me like that? You know, I don't like being treated like that!"

"I'm so because I no longer have anything to talk to you about. But you must remember these words of mine, if you are found by me doing anything to destroy William and Asyifa's relationship, I will make sure you get the reward from me!" threaten Haykal, then walk out of the room.

"How dare you threaten me, Haykal! Do you think I'm afraid of your threats? Crazy husband!" yelled Kana hysterically.

Haykal who could still hear Kana's screams, could only sigh slowly. He then remembered the documents he had taken last night to check, he had to return them immediately.

The man took the phone out of his pocket and pressed the call menu on his sister's number.

"Hello brother, what's wrong?" greeting William who was spending time with Aliya at the woman's house.

"Where are you Will, are you in the company?"

"Yes brother. It's still working hours, so of course I'm in the company. Why is it brother?" william is lying.

"There's nothing. I just wanted to meet you to return the documents I took last night, did I just go there?"

"Sister Haykal want to come? Ja__don't brother! I mean, I'm out there to finish the job, not in the company. Let me come to you later, brother, where are you now?"

William, who was afraid that his older brother would actually go to the company and not find himself there, chose to look for another reason. While Aliya was busy making lunch for them, just looking at William with a curious look.

"Why did your answer change? Well, you just come to court. In two hours I have to accompany my client at the trial, so we'll meet there" Haykal said.

"Alright brother. Well then, I'll come there if brother's trial is over. Just let me know later"

"Why wait for my side to finish? I thought you'd come by now?" ask Haykal astonishment.

"I told you, I have a job outside. Can't do it now"

"What job? But daddy said, this document will be needed for another hour-long meeting at our company. Did I hear wrong?"

"Meet? Half an hour?" William asked in a tone that sounded as if he was recalling again.

"Yes. Or maybe I heard wrong, let me just call daddy to ask"

"No need brother! I just remembered, if there really is a meeting after another hour. I just forgot for a moment, I'm sorry brother"

"No problem, I think I'm the one who misheard. Well then, let me just deliver this document directly to daddy. Take it easy, I'll say that you can't take it because you have a job outside"

"Don't! Just me, let me go get it straight from brother. I'll leave right now, wait for me and don't go to the company!" pinta William then switched off the phone without giving Haykal a chance to speak again.

Haykal who was surprised to find the phone connection just died, could only stare at the phone in his hand with a look of wonder.

I don't know why Haykal felt suspicious of his sister. William's attitude said as if he was hiding something from Haykal.

"What happened to William today? Why is he acting a little strange? Is it just my feelings?" mumbled Haykal to himself.

William, who did not want to leave Aliya and end their togetherness, forced the woman to go with him to Haykal's place.

"Are you angry baby, I'm forcing you to come with me to Hayka's?" william asked, looking at Aliya's pretty face with a worried look.

"I'm not mad at you, I'm just a little upset. I'm upset that you forced me to leave when I was just about to eat my lunch!" reply Aliya pouted.

It was true that he had become annoyed, but that was not the reason for being annoyed at the man next to him. Aliya only felt William was acting so selfishly without thinking about Asyifa's feelings.

What if Haykal sees the existence of himself coming along with William? And what if after seeing her, Haykal told Asyifa too?"

Aliya was only afraid if Asyifa would find out about her whereabouts, which was in the middle of her marriage to William.

Aliya did not want Asyifa to be hurt, especially in her pregnant state. Although he refused repeatedly, William did not want to leave Aliya.

Aliya who already understood what William was going to do, immediately avoided the man's face. And fortunately, their car had entered the courthouse parking lot so Asyifa immediately reasoned.

"All right, I forgive you. Already there, go down and grab the documents you need from Brother Haykal" Aliya ordered, while pushing William's body.

"Hi brother. Where's documents?" william asked without further ado as he arrived before Haykal.

"Wait for William!" hold Haykal while holding William's hand.

"What else is it, brother? If the thing you want to talk about is not very important, how about next time? I really need to get back to the company" brother"

"I'm holding you back because I want to go with you to the company. Dady called, and told me to attend the meeting too"

"What's? Haykal wants to come with me to the company? But, isn't it that big brother can't, because there's a trial in a minute?"

"There's still two hours left, so it doesn't matter. I can come right back here, after the meeting's over. Isn't it?"

Hearing Haykal's explanation, made William's body immediately stiffen and began to sweat. He was afraid that if he allowed Haykal to come to his car, Aliya's whereabouts would be known by his brother.

"Ah, so. Then, sister Haykal just ride in her own car. Wouldn't it be better if we took each other's cars? There's no way you're gonna leave your brother's car here"

"I can't, because my car was just borrowed and taken away by my friend. So, I had to ride your car. You won't mind, will you, then let's get to your car"

Leisurely, Haykal immediately passed William in the direction of the parking lot. In a panic, William immediately blocked his brother's steps.

"Sister Haykal was asked by my daddy to attend a meeting also in our company. And he wants to ride in my car, because his car is being borrowed by his friend"

"Yes, brother, I'm out now" William replied, pretending to pour water into the closet.

"Sorry, my stomach is suddenly hurting. Let's go" replied William rushing out of the toilet.

Haykal who saw William's departure, could only look at his sister's back with a suspicious look. He overheard William's voice in the toilet cubicle, as if he were talking to someone on the phone.

But Haykal bigung, why would William have to call in the toilet? Was he afraid of being heard by Haykal?
