“That's Amira right, huh?”
“That's the same kid Devan.”
“Amira has twins?”
“They are very well maintained, yes.”
“That's why Amira isn't with Ainun, huh?”
Desas desus neighbors accompanied Amira's steps to the pelaminan where Devan with his new wife stood. He also replied to all the greetings and smiles of some people who were stale with him.
The eyes of Devan and his parents were stunned when they saw Amira holding Eve who was very similar to Devan. Eve with Devan as a betel on the two sides.
“Salim equals om and tantenya, dear.” Amira said as she stood in front of Devan.
Adam and Eve kiss Devan and his new wife. Miss Dewi can't wait for her turn to look closely at the face of the child carried by Amira.
“Mira, this is mother's grandson?” Ask the Goddess Mother innocently.
“Sorry, this isn't mom's granddaughter.” Amira's speech leaves a coating.
“Bu, Adam want it?” Adam pointed at the rows of watermelon arranged but above the clear bosara.
“Bby, babe.” Amira asks Revi to get two pieces of watermelon for Adam and Eve.
After fulfilling the wishes of her two children, Amira invites Revi and her two children to get out of the tent. Their steps did not escape the sight of Devan and his parents. I don't know what they think after seeing firsthand the child Amira was born with.
Not only Devan and his mother, but all who knew Amira looked on with pity. Now, they no longer accuse Amira of being pregnant with others because Eve's face has proven that their accusations are not true.
“You're back, Mir?” Roni appears in front of Amira.
“Iya, mass. Poor kids to sleep.” Amira said reasoned. In fact, his children had slept for a long time in the inn.
“Wah, nephew cute uncle yes, whose name, dear?” tanya Roni held the cheeks of Amira's two children.
“My name is Adam, om.”
“Au, Awa.” Eve did not want to lose to her brother to introduce herself.
“Good name.” Praise Roni.
Amira has no reason to shy away from Roni as the man does not corner Amira like the others.
“Oh yes, Mira. I'd like to apologize if it's been wrong with you all along. Sorry my wife, too, yeah. Ever since you left, I've always thought about the mistakes my wife made you.” Roni said sincerely.
Among all the family members, only Roni felt a lot wrong towards Amira when she did nothing wrong. In fact, the one who made many mistakes to him even relaxed and further cornered him.
“Ngga needs to be discussed, mas. I've forgiven everything that happened in the past.” Amira.
“Yes already, I want to take the kids first to meet his grandmother and grandfather.”
Amira leaves Roni for a visit to her parents' house. He hoped that, with his arrival bringing Adam and Eve, his mother could soften and accept him.
Amira decided to walk alone to enjoy the atmosphere of the hallway that had long been left behind.
“Kak, there was someone who had come at the puskesmas. He looks at us continue.” Revi.
Ever since Amira was busy with Roni, Wiwin kept staring at them. Revi wanted to talk but was sad because Roni was there.
“Let's go, Vi.” Amira cuek.
“Iya Ma'am, Alhamdulillah.” Answer Amira politely.
“Wah, similar Devan really yes, the girl.” The mother said she was focused on Eve.
“Bu, Dean was pointless, anyway? Kok Awa mi Dean rus.” Ask Eve with the typical phrase of her little child.
“That's Eve's father and Adam's, but he's gone with God.” Answer Amira. He did not want to introduce his son to Devan because the man did not acknowledge his son at all.
The door of her parents' house was wide open, Amira could see Ainun sitting in the living room eating a snack. In the past, when Ainun left home, his father was sick and asked Ainun to come back.
Inevitably, Ainun had to return due to his affection for his father. However, until now Ainun is still angry with his mother even though it has been past one year of the incident.
“Assalamualaikum,” Amira greeting right in front of the door. He took Eve and Adam by the hand while Revi was beside them.
“Waalaikumsalam, sister!!!” Ainun immediately hugged Amira at the door.
Amira almost staggered back as Ainun hugged her tightly. Ainun did not realize that Amira was holding two small hands on her left and right hands.
“Kak why did you come again?” the tears of Ainun were now unbearable. She was crying because she missed.
Hearing the commotion ahead, Amira's mother, father, brother and sister-in-law came out from within.
“Oh, good! There is still your face back here!? Who let you come to this house again!? I've banned humans like you from stepping on this house!?”
“Mother!” amira's father could not bear to hear his wife's curse.
“What!? I want to defend this boy again! The ungrateful child! The child who easily embarrassed the family!” amira's mother is still emotional every time she sees Amira.
“I bring mother and father's grandchildren, Bu.” Amira said with tears.
“I don't have any grandchildren like you! Get out of here!”
“Mother!?”
“Dad want to defend this child! Go with this fucking kid.”
Amira could not bear to see her mother's hatred. He chose to leave instead of seeing his father and mother quarrel just because of his presence.
“Kakak,” Ainun hold his brother's hand, “kakak take mother's grandson, Bu.” Ainun said he hoped his mother would soften when she saw two children near Amira.
The children were already crying because of their grandmother's loud voice. Amira never snapped at the two so they cried underarms hearing a very loud voice from her grandmother.
“Come to you Ainun! Login!” mother's word. Inevitably, Ainun had to remove his hand from Amira's hand.
“You're too arrogant, Mom. You are too concerned with people's speech than your own children. Ever since we got married, you've always arranged everything without heeding my words. Now, you are more concerned with the words of those who do not know the truth than your own children and grandchildren. Here, in front of the children, I Dirga Wijaya chose to leave you with one.” talaq
The deg!
The word at the end of Mr. Dirga's sentence the father of Amira made all who were there cry. Mr. Dirga firmly menalak his wife because it can not stand his nature.
“Bela keep the boy! Dad spoiled her too much until she stepped up. Just get the hell out of here. Go!”
Amira stepped out of the house without looking back. Right now, she had to take care of the feelings of her children and the wholeness of her family. If he had stayed there, his father could have run three of his mothers.
Revi just kept quiet while holding Adam because this was none of his business. He understood the limits of not interfering in his employer's family affairs. He only needed to calm down the child who was crying in fear in his carriage.
Not only Adam, Eve cried even worse than Adam because she saw her mother crying. Amira had already tried not to show sadness in front of her children, but this time she lost. What was before him could not make him to pretend to be strong.
Luckily, not many neighbors witnessed the family quarrel because the neighbors were busy at the wedding of Devan, the ex-husband. Amira was able to leave without having to answer questions from the neighbors who asked what happened.
