TRAUMATISED
EPS. 55. Reality is not as good as a dream.

After the training ground ended, Lea and Richard left school and drove to the library that Richard mentioned earlier.

And before long, they also arrived at a library that was really big.

" Woah, this library is big too." Lea said.

" Yes, come on.." Richard and the two entered.

" What are you looking for?" Ask Richard.

" Books about business." Lea said.

" Business?? Do you want to learn about business?" Ask Richard.

" To be honest, I've been learning about business for a long time, I'm just looking for new insights to further hone my knowledge. " Lea said.

" Lea, you're a woman. Do you want to be a business woman?" Said Richard.

" My mom's a girl, and she's a businesswoman. I also have to forward my grandfather, he'll retire soon." Lea said.

" What about your dreams?" Ask Richard.

" Dreams?? I don't have any dreams." Said Lea, with her slanted smile.

Leah walked away from there, leaving Richard to look for a book about his business.

' You have Lea, you always tell me first, that your dream is to become a famous painter. You even buried your own dreams. ' Inner Richard looked at Lea sadly.

Richard himself walked the other way in search of the book he wanted to look for. After a long time of searching for books, the two met again and sat down at the library table.

Lea glanced at the book that was in Richard's hands and frowned.

" Would you like to learn about ART?" Lea said.

" Yes, I want to be a famous painter." Said Richard.

I don't know why, after Richard said that.. Lea seemed to remember that word. ' I want to be a famous painter.' A familiar word in Lea's ear.

" Oh.. " Sahut Lea's.

Lea took out her reading glasses and began to open her book, she read a book about the business she took from there.

To be honest Richard's goal was also the same as Lea's, looking for books on business. Because his mother was a woman and Richard wanted his mother to rest.

But now there is one more woman he loves who will plunge into the business world, Richard does not want Lea to lose her dream, so he provokes Lea's memory of her dream.

" Lea, do you not remember at all your dreams and ideals in childhood? " Task Richard in a very slow voice.

Lea took off her glasses and looked at Richard.

" No." Lea said.

" You told me once, that you wanted to be a famous painter, don't you remember?" Ask Richard again.

Lea tried to remember by looking into Richard's eyes. She remembers when she was a child that she loved drawing in a picture book. Of course Richard was there, and Richard was drawing too.

" When I grow up, I'll be a famous painter. Look, my picture is better than yours. " Speak the voice of a child in Lea's memory.

It was a little Lea sitting with a lot of colored pencils strewn across a kindergarten room.

" You want to be a painter? " Ask the boy, who made sure it was little Richard.

" Uhum! I want my painting to be known to the world later. " Little Lea, so enthusiastic.

" I'll accompany you later. " Speak little Richard's voice.

There was a carefree laugh coming off of the two, little Lea who laughed so crisply. Richard had always looked after Leah, like a brother protecting his sister.

' I remember, but what can I do. The reality of his circumstances is not in my favor.' Inner Lea.

" She.." Said Richard.

" Hm.. I remember." Lea said.

" It's just a kid's dream, Chard. We are adults, we have to think about so much. And I don't have time to think about that silly dream." Said Lea, and went back to wearing her glasses.

" You want to bury your dreams?" Richard.

" Basically if you hadn't reminded me of that, I wouldn't have remembered that I had such a dream either. So suppose I never had such a mind." Lea said.

" Now I'm not the Lea I used to be, I have to think about my family's future. Dreams and dreams are just past stories." Lea said again.

" The reality before the eyes is more important than thinking about dreams in childhood. I admit I've regained my smile and fond memories from that childhood, but Richad, our lives are what's now before us, not what's behind." Lea said again.

Is correct.. Our life is what we live. We have dreamed, aspired, even have a shadow about the future we want to design. But the circumstances and the reality are not like that.

We can suppose, but it's just a sign, not a reality. Reality is crueler in the shadows.

As Lea experienced, she had dreams and thoughts as a child. But who knew he would be devastated by the trauma of his parents' divorce.

Lea's life became so drastically changed, Lea became a cold and untouchable girl. Even if it wasn't for Richard, maybe he couldn't necessarily smile like now either.

" I'll help you." Said Richard.

" It's Richard, if I want that dream to happen then I'll make it my own. I just want my mother and grandfather to rest in peace and enjoy their old age in peace and quiet." Lea said.

Richard finally just nodded, he could not force Lea. Leah was still the grumpy Leah and not the patient one even though it had changed a lot.

Finally, the two continued reading until it did not feel like the day was getting late and they missed their dinner.

" The library's gonna be shut down, let's go home?" Said Richard.

Lea took off her glasses and looked at the large clock stuck to the library wall.

" Gosh, eight o'clock at night?" Lea said.

Richard chuckled, both of them drifting in their respective books to the point of not remembering the time.

" Hum, let's go home." Said Richard.

" I'll return this book first." Lea said.

Richard nodded and helped Lea return the bookbook to her respective shelves. Then they both came out of the library building.

" All dinner, will you?" Ask Richard.

" Can." Lea said.

" I have a flagship restaurant, which serves seafood, you want to try?" Ask Richard.

" Anything." Lea said.

The two drove away on Richard's motorbike to a restaurant that Richard recommended. The restaurant is not too far from the library.

Before long the two got there, and yes. The place was so crowded with visitors.

" Do they have a private ripple? " Task Lea.

" There's actually, but we haven't made a reservation, it's probably full. Wait here I'll ask the guy." Richard and Lea nodded.

Richard went inside, and Lea waited in front of the restaurant. Lea pulled out her phone and told Livy that she had eaten outside with Richard so Livy wouldn't wait for her.

"Lea.." Say a voice.

Leah glanced at the owner of the voice, and Anton stood before her at this time with a woman named Grace.

" Lea who did you come with? Where's mommy? " Ask Anton.

Lea was just silent, and her eyes glanced towards Grace who was currently staring dislike at her.

' Is the world really that narrow?' Inner Lea was upset.
